Front desk girl didn’t even say hi when I walked in. Bud is weak.

I drove all the way out to get a special and they said I did not qualify because I had been a customer of URBAN GREENHOUSE. Which is clearly not stated on Leafly that they are co-owned by the same owner. To make matters worse I placed an order as a first time patient and it went through and was confirmed and still I wasn’t notified or contacted that special was not applicable. This place is wack, no wonder it was a ghost town. Do not recommend.

I have been going to this place for the last several months and pretty much only this place. Sure I have been to others, but this is the Closest one to my house and work. I think they can step up their patient and customer service. Very slow to fill orders, hire some more bud tenders you have the the space and your not utilizing it to its fullest potential. As I write this I'm standing in 100 degree heat outside no shade for the patients. Buy a shade for the patient, and one for your security officer. And while we are on the subject, please talk to your big security guard, he's ghetto as he'll, let's get some professionals in there. I don't pay good money for my meds to listen to his gehtto ass talk shit with all his homes that come in. I don't want to hear that. A dispensary should be a positive experience for all, patients and staff.

First time I’ve ever been to a dispensary that takes an hour to even take you back. Ridiculous. Hire more people or warn customers on arrival it will be an extremely long wait

would not recommend this place bought a preroll ( muv) went. to light it when I puffed the weed came out onto the floor. It was pure dust weed couldn't reroll it.

HOA was one of the first dispensaries I ever visited and continue to visit when ever I need to pick meds up. I've tried out other dispensaries and although there are some other decent ones out there...HOA is hands down my favorite go-to location. Product quality, prices and Great Customer service are what keeps me coming back. The convenience of being able to place my orders through Leafly is a plus. I like that I don't have to wait that long when I get there. Amanda usually has my leafly orders ready to go, which makes the experience pretty fast and convenient. Thanks to everyone at HOA for always making it a positive experience. 👊

On 11/24/19 I visited this dispensary for the BOGO special on Select Elete cartridges. I requested two 1 gram sativa, and two hybrid cartriges. The bud tender informed me that they had no sativa 1 gram cartriges in stock. I requested four hybrid 1 gram cartridges. I paid $152.32 collected my purchase and left. Once home I opened a cartridge and put it in my battery Glancing down at the oped box, I noticed it was an indica cartridge. looking at my receipt, I noticed I was charged for three indica and one hybrid cartridge. Fortunatly, the receipt was wrong and only one cartridge was an indica. I immediatly called and spoke with the bud tender that had assisted me. She said it was a simple miscommunication. This was not a miscommunication, she simply screwed up 25% of my order totaling $36.66.

One of the worst harvest locations I’ve been too. God forbid you forget ur mask and ask the security guard for one. Was very rude to me so I returned the attitude I was given I had a jacket that I cud zip all the way up too cover my face and he says only masks then I walk away mumbling and he asks if I had a shirt to use which is it ?? Get a new security guard he ain’t catching shit

I had a horrible experience at 2 harvest locations. I saw online and was told in person that I would get $25 store credit per referral. In the past I had referral someone and they in fact gave me the $25 credit the same day. Now they don’t want to honor their referral deals! I referred my brother and my father on Monday and was promised $25 credit per person but that I would have to wait a few days to get the credit added the system. Today I went in and wanted to use my $50 store credit and now they want to say they change it to 25 points?! 25 points?! That isn’t even equal to $1!!!! How tf are you going to promise someone 50 DOLLARS in store credit then change it 50 points? YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR WORD! I will never return to any harvest location again because of this horrible experience and I will be sure to tell all my card holder friends to do the same! Most of their flower is dry asf and everything is over priced. BUYER BEWARE.

Absolutely ridiculously slow. I waited 43 min just to get called. Terrible management. All of the other Harvest locations are fast. Drive to a further location and save time.

I was low on cash (but I had $30 in change) and needed meds so I drove 10 miles to this place to find out they are to good to accept change😕. It was right when they open so they weren’t busy and they would have the time to double check my counting but oh well, looks like I’ll get my meds from somewhere else who’ll take physical money.

Social distancing practices were, appallingly, not recognized. This is cause for major concern, considering this establishment sells medical marijuana. The lobby and the medical/recreational lines in the back room were packed, completely disregarding social distancing. This is a small establishment that needs to recognize just that.

GARBAGE. We’re currently in April 8th and you guys are selling flower from 12/20. You clearly don’t care about quality trying to sell full price dry buds at full price and not informing the customers your product is dated. And please don’t respond like you’d really smoke 4 month old weed at will. Your 8th is in the garbage, 0/10. Please check the package date before you buy.

we used to love Golden Leaf they had a good selection and reasonable prices. Unfortunately we won't be returning. Sat in the waiting area for 25 min before being called back, want told about new patient paperwork until I asked because people that arrived after me got called back before me. Prices are higher and not really worth it which sucks because that was a main reason we would go to Golden Leaf.

I use to only go to golden but they took their bottom 6 dollar shelf away that what made me come knowing I'm not rich that was a deal but I will not pay 8 or 9 dollars for a 6 dollar product when they go back to caring for the patient I will return

I placed an online order 3 days ago. I was never contacted and my order was never filled they left it pending for 3 days. Today it finally was canceled. This place is a joke. I was able to fill my order else where the same day within 1 hour , I don’t see how you plan to keep your doors open. Best of wishes!

Please don’t mock it until you try it. They have a lot of high quality flower and edibles... 10 out of 10. :)
