Before January 22nd this place was the go to spot. Now that it’s recreational it prevents me from getting my meds, at least without having to wait 45 minutes in line because of all the recreational users. We need more medical only dispensarys. Some of us can’t wait in line for 45+ minutes just to get our medicine.

First time here, nice clean place. Although the staff and budtender were very nice, the online price for the strain I chose was listed as $30 per 1/4 but was charged $38. Apparently they just added the strain I chose to their top shelf and forgot to change online pricing and wouldn't extend the lower price for my purchase. I can't say I'll be back. Also online pricing does not include tax.

straight trash. come here if you want to deal with clueless employees, dry weed and under weight bags. anyone who used to have a clue is gone. the office manager refers to patients as "users" too....no thanks taking my business elsewhere.

worst service I've ever had!!! called before I drove over 30mins to make sure they had what I was looking for. I was told they had what I needed, drove there to sit for 45mins. No new pt paperwork in the lobby to fill out, have not seen a front person. Finally get called back to find out they Do Not have what I need and to try and sell me the same product but when I get to check out the price was not what I was expecting and was not told the price difference. You need to update your leafly, update your staff on what product you do have on hand so everyone is on the same page. You wasted my time an i didn't get my meds. I do not recommend this place!

I called just to find out if I had been a patient or not and was declined that information. The dispensary told me if I wanted that info I would have to be there in person, so they want me to take a 25minute drive just to find out if I had been a patient there or not and was told that giving out that info could put said person in danger lmao you have to be kidding me. I understand not giving out the info on allotments but this is just ridiculous. Lost my business in an instant good job harvest of Tempe.

Can't wait for them to be open again!! Really is the best dispensary. Hopefully it continues to keep its great reputation & great service.

#1 complaint is that this dispensary has never been Patient-Centric. Y'all (Harvest, not the staff) couldn't care any less about what the patients need - example: you dont sell grams and just got pre rolls back in. You sell prepackaged 1/8's for $50. Deli style for 50 is outdated with the competition this valley has & finally you aren't diligent enough to maintain any menu (Leafly or your Website) with up-to-date product so pre-ordering isn't an option for everyone. Quality is poor! Very dry buds, pre rolls are practically kief so they resin up and dont burn and the potency of your products (% THC) that's advertised can NOT be correct - never lives up to it. Personally; I get headaches after smoking some of your flower, idk if its chemical washing in your grow process or just the heavy chemicals in the ingredient lists. I don't recommend this place to anyone who isn't just out to smoke just anything medical and really has specific preferences, ailments or other physical needs for Medical Marijuana, they have no interest in patient compassion - only profit! Please - staff ... make this place a more inviting & competitive place for local patients. im tired of driving 10-20 miles to get real medicine.

To anybody who has been visiting here throughout the past as a medical patient/card holder...kiss those days good bye, they will never be back and just be glad you got to experience them. I used to walk in and developed relationships with staff...that is NEVER gonna happen again. I once could go in..have a conversation with a staff and discuss strains/life for up 5-10 minutes. This is the official END for the value in medical service. Their eyes are on money and recreational sales now...shameful

My first purchase I bought an 1/8 of gorilla glue gelato and an 1/8 of 5th element. 5th element was fantastic, however GGG wasn’t. I ground up 1-2 little nugs and pulled 3 seeds from my grinder, I called the dispensary & told them, they put me on hold a few times, then when while I was on hold they picked up the call for a few seconds then hung up on me! I was calling because I don’t want seeds in my flower and they couldn’t just say “thanks for letting us know” instead they don’t know what to do so they hang up. The bud tender I had was amazing, I think her name was Amanda? But this phone call totally put a shitty taste in my mouth about this Harvest location.

Been coming to this lil spot for a minute now and used to love having order ready right when I'm there but yall got one person in front and one person in back? I think you guys need more workers or a faster way to get in and out and the consistent non stop talking to patients the budtenders seem to know personally very annoying when you have people in the sun waiting forever but what's more annoying than that is that every time for the last 4 times recently I call and make an order yall say itll be ready and I get there and YOU DONT HAVE ANYTHING I ordered ? like wouldnt you check before confirming itll be ready or update menu ? VERY annoying at the most as well and one dude in particular dont know name but you seem to have an attitude everytime I'm in there especially when you say bye have a good day goodbye like that's twice you say goodbye but not even looking at me or acknowledging straight up! other than that everyone is very nice and spotless store great environment I think everyone is just tired of waiting and never having what we want. Love Harvest no way was intended to disrespect anyone

Last night was the worst service I EVER received I have been coming here for a year, and when I arrived I walked up to the medical line no one was there, as I waited the security didn't even come out for 3 minutes one person walked right in, and then he came out looks at me and says you just came I said no I been waiting a few minutes and I have a online order, he says oh, it's gonna be "a while wait,on online orders" like what, he proceeds to let 3 people who showed up after me in from the rec line, and then 3 more as I stand there still waiting, I end up leaving when he allowed another rec in before me that was a totally of 7 people. I got in my car and called the dispensary, called 12times before girl answered, she answered the phone laughing and talking to someone else before addressing me, and I asked to speak to manager I waited 35 minutes and no one answered all while sending messages on your chat on your website NO RESPONSE. I hung up, same girl answered I said can I speak to the manager please, she says oh we are busy I'll see if I can get him. I attempted to say something to her and she put me on hold, 15 more minutes and no one answered. I tried to call back by this time it was 8 pm and no answered. Need less to say I never got to pick up my order, the service is horrible and security guard is the rudest person I ever met. Since rec everything went down hill, I wait forever when in the store in line, rec is always helped first. Medical side seems to take forever and there's usually only one person there, I know because I come in twice a week. And there's about 4 at rec sometimes more. And y'all say making online orders is faster that's a lie! Some of the employees are nice, but this place is so unorganized. I attempted to call a little bit ago to speak with the manager but NO ONE answered again. I made sure to call after 9 when I knew you were open. So unfortunately I am writing a very true review of this dispensary and it's services.

The indica flower at Harvest in Avondale has fire indica flower. I always feel welcomed as soon as I walk in. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help with all your needs.

After coming to this location for 3 years, I can gladly now say I won't be back. Service has never disappointed me, but the quality of the product certainly has. I haven't really been coming to this dispensary over the past year and that is because the bud is simply way too dry. I purchased 5 different strains in 8ths, and all of them are really too dry. This weed has been causing my hemp wraps to tear, and it's not making it easy to roll a blunt!

It is too bad this location no longer carries any high grade THC flower like Hopes Cookies. I was told this location only has the flower that doesn't sell at the other locations. Too bad, lost my business...

Who ever answers the phone lied to me. I was very displeased because I had driven so far to get there. The staff was rude. I personally think this the worst dispencery in the Phoenix area.

I drove all the way out to get a special and they said I did not qualify because I had been a customer of URBAN GREENHOUSE. Which is clearly not stated on Leafly that they are co-owned by the same owner. To make matters worse I placed an order as a first time patient and it went through and was confirmed and still I wasn’t notified or contacted that special was not applicable. This place is wack, no wonder it was a ghost town. Do not recommend.

I have been going to this place for the last several months and pretty much only this place. Sure I have been to others, but this is the Closest one to my house and work. I think they can step up their patient and customer service. Very slow to fill orders, hire some more bud tenders you have the the space and your not utilizing it to its fullest potential. As I write this I'm standing in 100 degree heat outside no shade for the patients. Buy a shade for the patient, and one for your security officer. And while we are on the subject, please talk to your big security guard, he's ghetto as he'll, let's get some professionals in there. I don't pay good money for my meds to listen to his gehtto ass talk shit with all his homes that come in. I don't want to hear that. A dispensary should be a positive experience for all, patients and staff.
