I love Gold Leaf. Everyone is so friendly, at first the atmosphere can be a little intimidating (fancy fancy) but that is quickly diminished by the hospitality and kindness from the staff. From the doorman to front desk to budtenders, everyone is kind and helpful. One employee who stood out to however was Rachel, really enjoyed our conversation and she was most helpful. This is my go to dispensary. - All of their products are super high quality and they always have an impressive and diverse menu. If you have a change to visit - you should!

Always amazing service and they always honor deals even when it is not written

After a discrepancy over the dating of valid daily deals...OWEN a manager honored the add understanding that the discrepancie was an issue for Gold Leaf to fix...and did not concern Me as the customer....If the add says the sale is from 6/26/20 - 6/27/20..im sure we all see a 2 day sale...they wanted to say it wad only 1 day...that they cant seem to get Leafly to fix it....not my problem...again.Owen fixed the problem....THAT SOLD ME !!! YA HAVE MY ATTENTION AND BUISNESS NOW.. Its a beautiful facility that rivals the west coast style of dispensary...ya almost feel like your gonna be offered a joint and a comfy seat at any moment....As i have b.v extreme ptsd and anxiety....im shocked at how comfortable i was....ty Owen for the experience today...and id also like to thank Samantha for helping me at the counter and navigating thru the initial confusion....I WILL BE BACK !! BTW....THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT...ALL THE WAY FROM PERRY HALL MD...TY AGAIN....CHEERS

I’ve been here several times, and always bad experience! Only used as last resort. First time there forget my change, next time can’t get my name right after going 20mins of correcting it for you to immediately call me the wrong name again, menu NEVER right (Leafly, Weedmaps, or Gold Leaf “yes their own menu on their website”), descriptions wrong of what items are, look at you like your speaking an unknown language if you ask for terp counts/specifics of a strain (hope you are aware you have to provide these upon request per MMCC and that is the whole reason of lab testing for safety), DON’T even know how your own programs work (I.e rewards), had to ask for a manager to finally be treated like a patient (this took 3 visits and review directing me to ask for a manager to be treated as a patient), make recommendations based off sales instead of consulting the consumer (it’s onsale so that is what they want, try asking you get further), and the list goes on! Basically I would recommend knowing what you want and pray they didn’t misrepresent it on the menu/availability and you may have a good experience. With that being said I would still be 1000% going all in that your experience will still be bad somehow!

Anytime I am anywhere near Gold Leaf I drop in, whether supplies are low or not. To the owner: 1. Love the uniforms and the training. The experience is everything and you have nailed it. The doorman who greets you warmly dressed to show respect to the store and the customer alike is a great way to start the experience. The lovely, well dressed ladies that greet you inside make you feel welcome. Then, the trained budtender that holds the door and welcomes you in like a maitre d, I love it. Not every bud tender is created equal and some are better than others but generally speaking, and in a difficult labor market , YOU are doing a great job. 2. You obviously have scale so it seems GL gets the best of the best. I live in Easton nearer to Sunburst and they never have as many strains as you do. Good example is the Garcia strains recently. 3. I tried the delivery this past week for the first time - AWESOME. No charge, use a cc or cash, nice car pulls up and gentleman gets out and discretely delivers goodies. 4. Packaging. I call them bibles but those books that hold the prerolls are great. Keep making deals for discounts with them, they are fun. 5. Maybe a loyalty program? I go to sunburst and get an equivelant of a 10% credit for future purchases. Keep it up!

Samantha K was an amazing bud tender! Gold leaf was out of my fave Garcia caps frozen lemon and I didn’t know what to do. Her recommendation of gleaf stardawg was just what I needed. And she told me how much I had available left for the month which NO ONE ELSE has ever done and I’m a regular. Great job Samantha for standing out above the rest this week! Happy holidays

The customer service here always exceeds my expectations! I had purchased a cartridge recently and when I got home I noticed it seemed severely under filled. Brought it in and spoke to the manager Paul, instead of just giving me a small store credit they allowed me to get a replacement one of the same type. Was super thankful for allowing the swap and making the transaction smooth. Thanks gold leaf!
