Brandon H helped me out with the sale today and educated me on terpenes I wasn’t familiar with. I usually do curbside but it always makes my day better to be helped by helpful people
I had a lovely and efficient visit here, and very grateful for DJ setting me up with some awesome pre-rolls!

Delivery of hash rosin was stored with cold packs during summer (they were cold when I got them which was definitely appreciated). Driver, Tye, was also on time and friendly. Good job

I visited this store yesterday and was amazed at the experience. It was like shopping on Maddison Avenue in NYC without the high prices. Donovan was my assistant and was friendly, knowledgeable and has exceptional customer service skills. The prices are wonderful, I got twice as much product for my money. Gold Leaf is now my go to store! Even better Donovan explained that they deliver across the bay bridge where I live with no delivery fee! Whats not to like!!!

I placed a delivery order and unlike the three previous successful deliveries, this one was an absolute nightmare. First of all, I never received the tracking notifications which make the process extremely efficient. As an attorney, I am consistently in and out of Court and speaking with clients, Judges and the like. The tracking has ensured multiple completed and successful deliveries in the past. I did not receive tracking updates of the driver in route, I did not receive notification that the driver was approaching for delivery. However, what I did receive were 3 missed calls from an Tammy Fleming. Who the heck is Tammy Fleming?? I called the number back and stated I had several missed calls from this number. The caller stated, " Ohh Heyyy...it's Austin."... Umm... ok. I asked, "And what was the call in reference to?" His response, "Umm, (with laughs in between) your healthcare." I was thoroughly confused and getting clarity from Austin was like pulling teeth. After an exchange and getting absolutely no where with Austin, I let him know I had to get back to work. My delivery window was from 1-4 pm. At 4:15 I called the Gold Leaf store and spoke with a Manager and let him know what had happened earlier and asked if my delivery was still able to be completed that same evening. he assured me that I could get the same pricing if I drove out to Annapolis to pick it up. He let me know that the driver would be back in the store by 7pm with my bag and I could pick it up then. At 7pm, I left my home in the sticks of the eastern shore, a little over an hour from Gold Leaf and went to pick up my order. Upon arrival, the from desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Once I was brought back to the counter I was approached by Levi, my budtender and Toni. I'm guessing Toni was the supervisor for the evening. Without saying hello, or making any eye contact she came in hot with "Ummm... you had the delivery order...well we can rebuild the order but we will not be able to honor the delivery pricing because you missed your delivery." I tried to explain to her what happened and about speaking with someone earlier that told me the accommodation was possible. She then rolled her eyes, went around to two other male budtenders to talk about the situation telling them "that's not policy and that's not happening" I stood at the counter with Levi as he began to build the order, he was very kind, professional and the complete opposite of Toni. After calling another manager or owner, Toni returned and said, " we are going to honor this, THIS TIME, but this is completely against policy and we won't be doing it again." After attempting to berate me like a toddler she stormed off in a huff. Levi continued to be as kind as can be and completed the order. As I was about to leave, I guess Toni realized how uncalled for her attitude was and approached me and said " I hope your day gets better." Toni clearly has no idea what good customer service looks like. While a less senior employee like Levi or the pretty blonde girl at the from desk knew how to be polite, accommodating, and even apologetic. I have been a dining room manager in a fine dining restaurant, where my job consisted of making allowances for my guests to provide exceptional service. I have apologized to deescalate situations and provided a level of understanding and care. If Toni tried that abrasive approach with a customer that matched her level of nasty, that situation could have been a situation in which the authorities needed to be called. I have been a customer of Gold Leaf since opening day. I love the products and will continue to support the business as an advocate for cannabis in general. Toni clearly doesn't represent the Gold Leaf mission or esthetic. A company that makes deliveries in Teslas, the employees wear black blazers, everyone is polished and professional. Then there's Toni. While Toni escalated the situation, I want to thank Levi for being so help and sincerely kind, give that man a raise. As well as Shannon, she is always the best whenever I shop at Gold Leaf.
Gold leaf is a huge disappointment and I'm so sorry for Annapolis residents that have to rely on it. Yeah they have good deals, yeah they have a wide range of products, but the culture and the atmosphere? Hard pass.

Amazing atmosphere, costumers service and some good product!!! Antonia was my bud tender and she made all of my requirements were fulfilled. Thank you Antonia and I would recommend anyone going here for a 1st time because I guarantee they will be back again & again!!!!

I really like the uniforms and Tim Samuelson’s knowledge of on the products in the store. He had great energy and had me laughing the whole time. I was really happy with everything I bought and I look forward to coming back. Thanks Tim.

Four times in a row a placed an order and then when I got there ( 1 hr. drive one way) they could not find something and would not even give me anything comparable at the same price. Kinda left a sour taste as you could expect, so I didn't go there for awhile. I noticed they had just got some stuff in that I had be looking for and nobody else had so for the first time I used their delivery service. I live on the Eastern Shore almost to Delaware and I sure was not going to drive there on a Friday with all the beach traffic, I placed my order on Thursday got confirmation and put the delivery app on phone, great updates on your order, driver calls at 2:30 said he could be here 15 mins. earlier than my scheduled earliest time and wanted to know if that was OK, it was not an issue. So right on time the most professional person delivers my order, to bad the store doesn't have this persons attitude working in it but I do understand in these days of super low unemployment help is hard to find. He saved them, I will be ordering more thru delivery in the future, not driving to the store.

My delivery driver Jake was prompt, professional, friendly and arrived on time. Excellent service and was happy to answer any questions I had, Goldleaf delivery and the main store are fantastic and fairly priced. Great employees and great dispensary.

Huge selection of medicine. However I can find the same products (albeit not all at one location like this) at other dispensaries for less money (makes their sales seem awesome when really it just puts them on par with other dispensaries) and they don’t acknowledge my industry status even tho we help their employees for FREE. When I find myself in the area I often stop at mana over gold leaf for that reason.

Stopped in for preorder and had the pleasure of the lovely Madison W ( id 49153 ) not only checking me in but grabbing my order and getting me on my way!
Today again, another fantastic experience at Gold Leaf. Tim and Floor Manager Ricky were unparalleled in kindness and service. Every time I visit, I have the utmost impressive service and hospitality from ALL of the staff. Always a large selection, never disappointed and treated like a human. Tim greets me every time I come in by my name. From the guys on the accessories side, ro the order fillers and the beautiful greetings, this place is exceptional. I have a few choices to visit within my home, and I still choose Gold Leaf, sometimes twice a week because of the phenomenal deals they have every single day(reminded text every morning by 830am). Thank you, Gold Leaf, and especially Tim, Thank you all!

I really enjoy when I get Stephen D. as my bud tender. this gentleman always goes out of his way to help me . Not only helping me stay within my budget ,but finding the best options to get the most bang for my buck. I always leave with a smile. love gold leaf have yet to have A bad experience!

This was my first time visit to GoldLeaf, and was very impressed. Very upscale atmosphere, the staff was very friendly and professional, and they made me feel like a guest. I also felt very safe while being there. The personal service is outstanding. My advisor, Dakota, was very informative and helpful in determining which products would be the best match for what I was looking for.
As for the products, so far I tried the Rainbow Xbites, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Very smooth and not too intense. Lasted for hours. No after effects.
