My ratings are so low for service because of my recent experience. I loved GL, and there have never been any delays or confusion for me when ordering until now, and the staff did not handle it well at all. It took 50+ minutes of confusion to place my order, over an hour if you count the phone calls I made prior to arriving. I arrived for curbside PICKUP, and realized on my own that my online order hadn’t gone through. A budtender happened to walk up to my window when I pulled up as I was reordering on my phone, and recommended that I do FULL SERVICE curbside rather than resubmitting my PICKUP order as the latter would take longer and push me back in the queue. So, I texted the curbside number immediately as instructed by the budtender (who said I just need to text the same curbside pickup number I’ve used in the past and say that I’d like to place a full service curbside order. No other details as far as what info they will need for Full service, so I assumed my name and total would be taken/calculated after checking my card and ordering.) Well, whoever is behind the phones today rudely responded, with back to back texts such as “Name??? Cash??? Card?? We need to know these exact things.” They basically were rudely asking for more information that I didn’t know I needed to provide for FULL SERVICE, but I complied without complaint thinking “oh They’re probably super busy, nbd.” It was taking a little long, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was closing time. 30 minutes late I texted the curbside number again about the unusual wait, because even on busier days it has never taken this long. I was then told via text that the wait was my fault for “taking too long” to provide order details even though the budtender who gave me instructions when I pulled up did not inform me of all of the Info I was supposed to provide for a full service curbside order. Regardless though, from the time I actually did send all of the necessary details, it still took over 30 minutes to get my order and I watched ALL of the other patients pull up, order, and leave without an issue and within about 10 minutes per car. I was the last one to leave at like 8:20 PM and I got there before 7:30. To make things even worse, when the budtender finally came out, he had my order and total wrong. No fault to him personally, but that was the cherry on top of this bad experience for me. There was one time a few months back where they actually skipped my curbside order mistakenly, and gave me a discount for the extra 20 min I had to wait when I didn’t even mind or ask for it. That was wonderful service!This time, not only was no compensation offered, but the staff seemed very apathetic and dismissive. I just think it’s incredibly rude to blame a continued customer for an unusual wait, especially for the amount of money I spend at this dispensary. I am very am disappointed and not sure if I’ll be back.

Love coming here. I was in a hurry today (bummer I know I could spend 2 hours in here) and my budtender Brad was knowledgeable and efficient and We selected a happy stash and was in and out in 10 minutes. This is the only place I come now! Thanks Brad.

This place was great. My “bud tender” As they call it was Tony. She talked to me about terpenes and taught me things I didn’t know. Massive selection of cartridges and and overwhelming amount of flavors of cannabis. Wish it were closer to home!

There was a super helpful bud tender that helped me with all my goodies. His name was John A .

Was in earlier and finnally got the gorgeous devin ( yes the female devin) as a bud tender , she has always been great upfront and on phone , and that great personality,and customer service transformed beautifully as a bud tender . I love the place and every visits nice , but devin and todays visit takes the cake , thx girl .😉

This place is wonderful! One of the staff Noah recommended I come here and gave me some great solutions to my problems. When i came and placed my order they had everything i needed! Awesome service thank you Gold leaf.

Always have a good experience when I go here. Every interaction I have I feel like I know the budtender. I knew I had a raving review coming up, so I thought to ask for a name today. Devon was helpful and kind when I needed to add more or had questions about my order. My only tip is to check your receipt or know your preorder. They get busy sometimes and my price wasn’t what I thought it would be- but they fixed it right away!

Visited Gold Leaf in Annapolis last night for my first visit and was thoroughly impressed. Super professional, friendly, and knoeledgeable staff! The facility is clean, modern, and upscale. My budtender Mikaela was awesome. She was patient with my questions and offered me several solutions for what I was looking for. Her knowledge really helped me in making my decision. I'l definitely be back. Gold Leaf is great!

great job gold leaf i had only 7 g in my allotment and mary picked out five cartridges and they were phenomenal . my budtender maggie was great (sorry for coming curbside i have a bad leg ) keep up the great work

I do really like this place BUT...it's very frustrating when I place an order online before they open and they tell me my order is ready but I get a phone call hours later saying they ran out of what I wanted.

I have been twice and both times had Cheyenne as my budtender. She was nice, professional, and helpful. All her recommendations have been spot on. Thanks great job!

Easy 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating for Gold Leaf! Great service with a professional staff that's dressed to impress. Very competitive pricing in comparison to the market/region. Lengthy inventory of products. Probably the best pop-up daily deals in Maryland, "1g=$10" for Top self pre-rolls. Many testing above 30% THCa and super duper terpie. Definitely worth a visit regardless of where you live in the State.
