I made the choice to use Fresh Karma in Parkville as my first dispensary experience in missouri and I couldn't have been happier. My budtender Tierrea C, was fabulous. She was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and did not try to pressure me into buying more than what i was looking for. I was in the there for 20 min, door-to-door, and could not have been happier with my experience. I cant wait to go back again and look forward to working with such an excellent staff.

I did an online order and they said my order was ready. I go to pick it up and they say they don't have anymore. How is my order ready but you don't have what I ordered. Wasted gas and time.
