Karma Fresh in Parkville, KCMO is one of the best dispensaries in KC! The staff are kind and helpful, and they make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk inside their store.

Shoutout to budtender Rob Constance and his deep knowledge of the modern cannabis world! If the cannabis industry is going to be taken seriously on the United States, it needs more professional understanding and less stoner gimmicks! Thank you and keep it up! Ps I'm putting this same review on Google and weedmaps also because people need to know where the best service is.

I was in your dispensary on Wednesday the 20th as an out of state visitor from California with my daughter who just got her Missouri medical card. She was helped by Rob who was super helpful and informative. I’ve been a long time user of marijuana and even I learned a lot just listening. Many marijuana users are in my age group (60s) and need the help of bud-tenders who actually know what they’re talking about.
