My visit was as always: the folks at Fresh are my Framily. They make it feel like family every single time, no matter who is there. My blood pressure immediately drops when I am greeted so kindly and warmly. Which helps my pain and let’s be clear; there IS a connection between body, mind and spirit. They make me smile and feel cared for and they are compassionate, patient and positive with Everyone around me. Consistently. The product is helpful and always exceptional as well. So grateful for Fresh.
I'm on my 4th DE medical card, so I guess I've been coming here a little over 3 years. Earlier, I was generally unimpressed, as the selection was barebones, and prices, equivalent to $400 / oz, were just outrageous.
Well, something happened last year, to where they have much better product selection, good potency on much of their stock, and best of all.... 50% off sale periodically. Like this past weekend, 4 eighths for $99. Quick math says that's $198 / oz, which is pretty outstanding. I'm guessing middle of April, they may have another sale on eighths, just in time for 4/20.
I really miss one of my early favorites, Trustafarian. One or two hits of that would knock you on your arse! Somehow, that strain is no longer part of their arsenal. Leroy was my next strain to be my favorite, but it's rarely in stock.
This was my second time coming and the staff is always so helpful and patient with me. I'm so lucky to have a place like this so close to home. I recommend it to everyone I know with a med card.
Considering there's only 2 dispo's here within a decent driving distance, this one's the best for specials. I was stunned to see how small it was inside. I'm used to Dispo's 10-15 times larger. Quality is very good, but prices are high, compared to what I'm use to, without utilizing the specials. They need more competion here to bring prices down. Product selection is only fair and they run out quick. I lived in Arizona for 35 years, and I'm used to the killer quality, much lower prices and the enormous product selection you get out West compared to the East. The staff is Excellent though and in no way should this reflect on them... very helpful.
I see a lot of people leaving bad reviews. I've gone to fresh a couple of times the past few months. Is the supply limited? Yes. In fact sometimes they go dry like every other dispensary in the state. The reality is demand is a lot higher than supply and it's probably not easy/possible to expand their grow volume. (not sure if there are laws around this)
As for the quality, I've always gotten > 20% thc and the bud was cured properly. (others have had different experiences apparently) Just about as good as you could ask for. The supply situation in the state is just DE being behind the ball on MM. Every year it will probably get better. They're doing the best they can guys, chill.
All of the staff is great, Friendly and knowledgeable. They keep everything clean and organized. And if you place an online order they get it ready super quick!
I placed an order online. My order was quickly filled, and I was notified with a text. I picked it up, which was easy. Everyone was kind and efficient. All good and no complaints.

The customer service is great! Ordering online is easy and very convenient. The only thing that could be improved are the options. Hopefully they get some non-flower options in soon!
It’s always a great experience @Fresh; staff is knowledgeable and well-trained on their products, The quality of their products is always consistently high-grade (prices are fair!), and The ability to pre-order and pick up SEVEN DAYS A WEEK is the icing on the cake. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere, You won’t find a better dispensary in Delaware.
