Been going there for about a year. They used to have a nice variety and availability of quality flower. Not sure what happened, but there is hardly any flower now. I hope they will get it straightened out soon.
I'm on my 4th DE medical card, so I guess I've been coming here a little over 3 years. Earlier, I was generally unimpressed, as the selection was barebones, and prices, equivalent to $400 / oz, were just outrageous.
Well, something happened last year, to where they have much better product selection, good potency on much of their stock, and best of all.... 50% off sale periodically. Like this past weekend, 4 eighths for $99. Quick math says that's $198 / oz, which is pretty outstanding. I'm guessing middle of April, they may have another sale on eighths, just in time for 4/20.
I really miss one of my early favorites, Trustafarian. One or two hits of that would knock you on your arse! Somehow, that strain is no longer part of their arsenal. Leroy was my next strain to be my favorite, but it's rarely in stock.
This was my second time coming and the staff is always so helpful and patient with me. I'm so lucky to have a place like this so close to home. I recommend it to everyone I know with a med card.
I have been dealing with first state since they first opened and they used to have the strongest strains bare in mind I said they used to. I went there today just to check it out and their best strain which would be probably cheese barely was hitting 21% their new strain Ayahuasca purple that was 19%. And I'll be honest they don't even feel that strong I'm used to smoking trustafarians between 28 and 34% from you guys or Leroy OG which ranges from 23 to 28% from you guys and I swear they don't have anything stronger than either one of them anymore, and even Alien Jack is down to 21% it's sad. and I was a true supporter of their sfv OG Kush cheese and sour diesel but they don't have the sfv anymore and when they do the quality is crap cheese has fallen off and Sour Diesel they got rid of completely.And when I asked why they stopped the sour d they said the plant didn't make them enough bud per plant to make money. so even thou it was helping people they cared more Bout $$$ and their prices are still a little bit higher I don't even understand how they're in business anymore because you guys literally are the best in Delaware you guys are a godsend to us out here in Delaware and I personally thank you so does my service dog nibbles
My visit was as always: the folks at Fresh are my Framily. They make it feel like family every single time, no matter who is there. My blood pressure immediately drops when I am greeted so kindly and warmly. Which helps my pain and let’s be clear; there IS a connection between body, mind and spirit. They make me smile and feel cared for and they are compassionate, patient and positive with Everyone around me. Consistently. The product is helpful and always exceptional as well. So grateful for Fresh.
They were very friendly and answered all my questions. It was my first time there and they were really easy going and made the process feel non intimidating. The product so far is great, although there is a very limited selection. I'd go here again. I like the convenience, whole thing even with new member paperwork took maybe 10 minutes. My order was ready to pick up within minutes of placing the order online. Appreciate the friendly and fast service.
The dispensary personnel are very kind when my anxiety has me asking a zillion questions -!🙏😂

I enjoy the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always fast service, even when I do not order ahead. The fact I get to see the buds is my favorite part of coming here..
1st, anyone should be able to place an order online for pick up the next day, no matter what time it is. Just because the store closes at 6pm shouldn't hinder late night ordering online for a next day pick up.
2nd, I can never seem to find more that 8 flower bud types on any given day. Nor can I find any dabs/wax items online to order.
You need to get with the times and offer your clients "all", that the other MM dispenseries offer.
Lastly, other dispensaries have give aways, why don't you? It shows class when you offer your clients a sample. Try it.
Best dispensary in Delaware hands down. There have been some product issues as far as only high CBD strains for a few months, but they had a robbery, and you can't rush growth cycles. What are our other dispensaries excuses for never having any products? I've been to the other local dispensaries where they've been completely out of flower, no tinctures, or capsules 5x in a row, and they've been running longer. If I'm going to be stuck smoking or vaping my medication, despite having lung issues since Delaware laws, and supply sucks, then I'll stick with the best flower, which is hands down Fresh. Plus it helps that they actually realize their clients are sick, and are continuing curbside pickup months after everyone else stopped.
