Man, love you guys, you're my neighborhood dispensary but that pink haired chick is rubbing me and my wife the wrong way. She's been rude to my wife, interrupting her, talking over her, and basically making my wife feel uncomfortable . I've had a similar experience with her, as well. We refuse to buy from her but even when I am talking to the other bud tenders I can hear her obnoxious voice over the person directly in front of me. Seriously, I hate to give bad reviews but we are considering going else well and felt we should at least say something. That bad seed has gotta go!

Love this cute little shop!! good selection of flower and chocolates. Love the fact that there are lady Budtender's here. The girl with blueish hair and the girl with pink hair are both very kind and patient. I think his name is Justin he's a swell guy and super knowledgeable

Small parking but totally worth it when coming into this shop!! Friendly staff. Have came in a few times before and all the staff there is amazing and are so friendly!!!

However perhaps I did not explain it well enough. There were no customers in the other room. No customers exited...we could all hear the two employees back there. After waiting (in the case of the 3 people in front of me) around 15 minutes, then one of the employees came to the window and loudly announced that everyone had better hurry. No apologies for everyone sitting there etc. I don't mean to nitpick but that's what it was. Again I have had very pleasant experiences overall at FB and would shop again, just not at night. Thank you

Love love love this place. Best dispensary in Portland. I have tried other dispensaries. Will not use them. This place is small and cozy not overwhelming. Staff rocks!

I love the art in the lobby! And the front desk is very friendly. The staff inside, the bud tenders are very knowledgeable and were able to help me find something I really liked and worked for my pain, thank you Foster Buds!

I go here at least once a week since I moved into Portland. They have a good selection and it's a nice, friendly environment. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Foster Buds was my first dispensary visit and Breanna, the budtender, was super nice and able to help me pick out my first strain, which was Me Off Kush (excellent!). I went back the next week for an indica and she helped me pick out Blue Chunk, which to date is my favorite strain. Love that they are Bernie Sanders supporters and have donated some of their profits to his campaign! You guys ROCK!

Good people, good prices, great service, what more do you need really. Rich really helped me out, and was great about working with me and letting me know all my options with product, as well as all the saving options they've got.

Stopped by a few times since its close to home but every time I was in the guy behind the counter was short and direct with me. I got one worded answers for every question I had about the product. Other places explain the high and the type of strain which is always helpful, especially for beginners. Wish they were more friendly :(

Foster Buds is our new neighborhood dispensary and we're very happy to have them. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ile was our budtender and he could not have been more enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time in a store and I couldn't be happier that Foster Buds was the place. We'd recommend to any and all in Foster-Powell hood and all over Portland. This will be our regular haunt for meds and medibles.

I remember when this place was Smokey's bar and the makeover is incredible. The dispensary itself is small yet intimate inside, with products well displayed. The clones are also very well cared for. Ken and Caleb were very friendly and knowledgeable, they made a suggestion on edibles that I will be coming back to try.

Welcoming, customer service was great. We were very pleased with how informative staff was and just how comfortable and normal the shop was, as funny as that sounds. Very pleased with results; such a better result than on our parents roof 20 years ago. Definitely a repeat customer!

Would have loved to get some herb tonight, but the hours aren't listed correctly as they were closed just after 8pm. Planning on going back tomorrow, will update my review then.

Stopped in for the grand opening. For just opening, they had a pretty good selection, real friendly, knowledgeable staff and great prices. This is one for the "must stop in" list if you are in the area!

This place is the most amazing dispensary I have ever been to. Never have I felt so welcome in any establishment of any kind. They were so helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. All buds were beautiful and the blackberry kush joint I bought was phenomenal!! Never going anywhere else!!

Holy shit, their star master Kush!! Well worth the trip no matter the weather, I went the other day when it was hailing!!
