Electric Lettuce - SE Foster

As a first time customer to this location I was caught off guard by the unfriendly staff member that checked me in. Once I went back to purchase she continued the awkward interaction by saying “know what you want.” I began telling her I was coming in for pre rolls since it was the special, she began ringing me up and told me it would be $36 dollars, which made no sense if there was a special. I generally don’t speak up but I did, and asked why if they were on special. She told me there aren’t anymore and that was my total. I paid and left. I couldn’t believe how poor the service was since I had heard so many good things. The 3 joints were ok, not worth the time or money overall.

HOLY ELEPHANTS BATMAN!!!!! Forbidden fruit from your Elephant shelf is the dope as F%*K. Seriously, some of the best flower I smoked. When is the other store gonna get some, it's closer to me. Don't mind driving if I have to but thought I would drop a line a hook it up. First review on leafy. Gave it to you!! Cheerz

I used to like it but they are changing,they have no menus to look at and now you have to go out of your way to ask all the info that you can see on the menu,now you have to ask a person all that info and they got to look it up when you can see it on the menu,also the supposed big board has the info on it if i could read it,some of us has bad eyes,i thought they are suppose to be compassionate to medical patients,i dont feel like it there any more,overall they dont care about there customers is what it seems to me and there only there to make a buck anymore

I love Foster Buds, but I won't be shopping there anymore. I've been a customer since they opened. They were already priced higher than almost any dispensary in SE and they recently raised their shatter prices by almost 25% with no warning. $48 is way too high for a gram especially when the same product is being sold within 5 miles for $10 less. guess they have to pay for that remodel they didn't need somehow.

I moved to Portland in January from New York. Foster Buds was the first dispensary I ever walked into and to this day is still my favorite and my go to dispensary. I'll never forget: I was super excited with my life choices that brought me to Portland and I was even more stoked to get into weed culture (because alcohol is toxic and all that jazz). I was on my way home and noticed the tell tale green cross to my left a few blocks away and I decided to investigate. I was giddy as I approached, it was all very new and I just sort of stood there in aww at the site. A very charming person looked at me and said, You know... you can even go in." I was won over. I am was a novice with weed and needed a solid explanation of what I was buying. The bud tenders there have always been patient, helpful and friendly. I was thoroughly blown away with the first visit and am always touched when I walk in and feel welcomed. As it turns out, the charming girl, who invited me in that first time, was non other than Foster Buds' Bud Tender Justice! And she's been my bud tender ever since!

I came in one night with a wicked headache, Foster Buds was the third place I had been to. The other two shops were frustrating and not helpful, I came in and Rich helped me find a CBD edible and explained the differences. I've come back again a few time for more products and every one there has been equally helpful and knowledgeable. This is definitely my favorite shop and I recommend it to everyone!

This is the friendliest an most helpful place to go. An they r also open Alot earlier then other dispensarys which is very convenient. The budtender girl Tyler she's excellent an was very helpful with all of my questions.

I used to stop at Foster buds... not sure what happened, but $17 a gram!? You guys have dipped into the personal stash a little too hard before coming up with that price point. three words.. puddle.. town.. organics.. do yourself a favor and stop by there.

Surprise - open until 10:00 PM seven days per week. Good SE location, friendly budtender, small store, but good selection of fresh buds. I could smell the scent of strong weed when I first walked in the door. Flower priced at $14 - $17 per gram (currently out of $11 gram flower). Carried 2 strains of flower with a low THC / high CBD ratio. Co2 cartridges (1:1 THC/CBD ratio) $31 for 1/2 gram. Very nice small glass pipes were only $10. Prices seem a little high, but good quality will bring me back.

The selection and quality is fine but they are very pushy about upselling. No matter what you ask fo or about they are quick to show you something just a few dollars more expensive. Both times I've been the prices also didn't reflect the menu prices on Leafly.

Used to be my #1 spot but there focus is on rec. now. They dont even run deals for ommp anymore Nothing on edibles or wax. Like i said 100% rec. To bad i really liked this place. Great place for rec. We OMMP need to find more deadacated location.

This is my new spot. My wife and I have recently been on a tour of dispensaries throughout the city of Portland. We have checked out somewhere between 10 and 15 different clubs. Foster Buds stands head and shoulders above the rest. We had met one of the very friendly bud tenders (dreadlocks) at a neighborhood shop. We talked briefly and he handed us a business card for Foster Buds and we parted ways after letting us know that on our first visit we would receive a free edible. This is the important part. My wife and I had become a bit jaded when it comes to the edible scene. We had tried other products that advertise 200+ mg of THC only to find that we were dooped out of our money. This was the case at multiple dispensaries until we found Foster Buds. After offering us a free edible for our first visit I informed the staff that we had had less than satisfying experiences with edibles. This was quickly met with understanding and knowledge of the products not only that they carry at FB but also at the other dispensaries. This is when my friend with the dreadlocks introduced me to RSO or Rick Simpson Oil. These were the real deal. My wife and I each had one of the 214mg THC pills and finally we had what we were looking for. We took a pill each and waited... no smoking, just wanna feel the edible. Finally we had what we were looking for. A nice calm body buzz and the best part is that we didn't have to smoke. Thank you Foster Buds for being the source of knowledge that I was looking for. Great staff and great products with AMAZING prices!!!
