You're doing so many people such a huge favor by offering this alternative in this area. Fort Smith is still a pretty notorious city for a lot of people to be "in the weed closet" and not want to discuss these kinds of things openly. I think that's silly. Organizations like Fort Cannabis Co. will be at the forefront of trying to change the stigma that is associated with cannabis use. It's a beautiful thing, and these are beautiful people! When you come in it's a normal waiting area situation. Get your ID scanned, wait, get called to the back through a locked door. You are always one-on-one with your sales rep at the time and don't have to worry about "who is going to help you" or walking into a room and having to choose someone to work with or something like that. Everyone seems pretty purpose-driven and they are there to work, so they are only chit chatty if you want to be chit chatty. It's a busy place so it's usually best not to linger and it's obvious when they're busy. With their service structure though you are pretty unaware of that when you're browsing product. When you're done, you pay out, get your little stapled bag, and head out :) I was first helped by Heather and subsequently have been helped by Jeremy and then Nick. Someone else, too, but I unfortunately forgot her name and that's a shame. :( Everyone I've worked with has done a great job pointing me to products that can help me specifically with what I need. I experience persistent (like... unrelenting - all day - all the time) muscle spasms in my back, chest, and neck. They know what products to reach for and how to generally advise the coordination of cannabis products to alleviate symptoms based on "what you have going on during the day." Quality of service over all?? A+ ~~~~ Any questions I have are answered on the spot or followed up with very quickly after some research. The store has a good selection of products, albeit inconsistently stocked, and receives multiple deliveries of new products each week. This is NOT necessarily a negative... I think it's part of the difficulty of how Arkansas has the current distribution model set up and for safety reasons. The inconsistency is remedied by consistent updates to inventory on Leafly (and I do not currently recommend trying to look at their inventory on any other application). The time before last that I went there wasn't really a whole lot to choose from, but this most recent visit?? I was completely blown away by the selection. They were also running a promotion at the time on 1/2 and 1/2 cbd/thc carts that came with a pen... didn't jump on that, but it was neat to see a promo going! Keep up the great work, guys :D

Helpful and friendly staff my only complaints are towards the state. Fort Cannabis is doing their best with what they can right now.

This was my first time in any dispensary ever. And I felt good enough about the experience at FCC to make an account here and leave a few comments. Upon walking in, I was greeted with an energetic "Hey!!" from both the guard and the woman behind the counter. Felt welcoming. Pretty quick and easy to get scanned into the system and fill out the paper for them. I sat in the waiting area for maybe 5 minutes before being called back. Entering the sale room, first thing to notice was it is kinda cramped, but clean and organized well for the space available. I wish I would have remembered or gotten names while I was there, but I was in a bit of a hurry sadly, but everyone was awesome, and the product was better than I expected. Cant wait to see where you take FCC from here, and I hope to see grams offered soon.

yeah that's alot of work for me to have to escentualy schedule my purchase. And then get the right pick up time that's not a line wrapped around the building. No, I'm good. I always try and stay a week ahead or more for fluctuations in actual quantity the dispensary might receive. And that's all I'm going to do. And when I've had enough I'm going back to Oklahoma. Roland Natural Health's menu is always fully stocked and tons of quality concentrates FROM MORE THAN 3 COMPANIES so. I said it before and I'll say it again. The staff is great! Arkansas system is crap and you people know it. Arkansas is the only state having a product shortage of this type right now. Say what you want but flower production can't keep up. And then the seed problem Osage is having. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT ON SHIPMENTS PERIOD. that's my point. And we lost are chance to vote for change this year. I'm giving 5s because of the employees

I was there the other day when they opened at 10 am and although the line was already wrapped around the building the line moved fast. I was in and out to pickup my order in less then 20 minutes. The lady who assisted me was also helpful and polite. Overall, I have no complaints other then I wish there were more parking. I know you have plans to expand in the showroom area and that would be great. Thanks :)

This place is a ripoff. They need lots of competition so they will lower their prices and step up their game. Unfortunately Arkansas law prevents most competition. It wasn’t written for the people. It was written to get a few rich guys richer. There are only 8 producers and maybe twenty something dispensaries in the entire state. Fort Smith has one. Up until recently Fort Smith was the second largest city in Arkansas but Fayetteville finally surpassed it. There are pretty good dispensaries in the Fayetteville area because that’s a later get metro area. Prices are better and they seem to get better product there. It’s a more competitive market so the good stuff goes there. Oklahoma will vote on full legalization in March. If that happens these dispensaries in border towns will be put out of business because there is lots of competition in Oklahoma. Prices are way lower and selection is way better. Fort Cannabis/The Greenery, they need to go or they need to stop price gouging. Either works for me. The people working there are nice. I feel bad for them. They don’t set the ridiculous prices.

My favorite dispensary! Everyone is extremely nice and always helpful! I recommend 5/5 I can not say enough how fantastic this dispensary is!!

Best place in Arkansas

It’s ok

I would like a location closer to town but it’s a decent location. I usually have to plan a day out to visit rather than just dropping by.

I defiantly recommend this dispensary to anyone who is looking for great product and knowledgeable staff I have been going to this dispensary since they first opened, and I am very happy with the products and the prices are also wonderful. The staff are always so nice and welcoming.

I believe this location has a fantastic jumpstart on the industry there is somewhat of a lack of inventory however all of the other dispensaries in Arkansas have the same issues so therefore until we get more growers all the dispensaries will have the same issue

Love the place but they are overwhelmed. The State puts such high restrictions that they have wait times during peaks. I’ve had one issue calling during the peak when I called I felt the frustration from the person answering . I asked what’s you high potency and the person answering said “come on dude I’m not going to do this” Mainly because the want to filter all orders online do reduce BS . Normally I’d put this person on blast and say what a crappy customer service approach that is and ho all Karen because I spend a chunk of cash here . But not during this Covid BS. I feel ya girl. On a regular day these people are amazing right now I see stress. They are overload the state can’t keep up with demand because the state won’t approve more dispensaries , they treat medicine like poison and patients like piggy banks. These folks are doing their best in a new environment during the apocalypse. Tip them well because they get no support from the state.

Worst dispensary i have EVER been to!!! The staff is beyond rude and their products make me sick every time i buy from them.

Grabbed some Strawberry Cough and South African Kwazulu. Both were excellent. Please keep the sativas coming Also grabbed a blue dream cart, it was good. Please keep making customers feel as comfortable as possible.

People are great and the products are usually very good the only problem I had was when I bought a quarter for $55 online and they would not honor it they said it was a mistake. That's been the only problem with the place so far.

I am SO glad FCC is open. I've been several times and its always a great experience. The budtender Heather is always amazing to work with. I read several reviews saying they have no specials but I received 10% off my first trip and I've received a couple discounts ( example: one trip they had 10% or 15% off all BOLD flower) since. I'm so grateful to have a dispensary in the River Valley that I'll never go anywhere else!
