You advertise 1/4 oz but always sold out no tear pricing I understand you drug you feet for 3 years to open and know you want to make your money i can go up on the hill and get a ounce cheaper and that includes gas I like the staff and what you are trying to do but you need to get it together on the tear pricing and product on hand we don’t want excuse you have had three years

Absolutely fantastic place beautiful people very helpful very friendly in many ways also their security guard is absolutely fantastic very friendly also I recommend this place to anyone who needs medication.. A+

This new location is terrible. Its not even wheelchair accessible. Whoever approved this building must have been high. I am paralyzed and that security guy almost flipped me over going down one step. I'm sure they have no training but I keep getting told a ramp is coming. What a spit in my face. I have to rely on some idiot to get in the building. While others just pass me and look at me. I'll drive the little bit extra and go to vb where u also get 20% for disability not 10% and no access like your building.

For cannabis CO is a great company. Most everything in the store is priced equally, so whether you're getting. Higher th see Bud or more CBD Bud you're paying the same 45.50 with tax. I've been here since they first opened. I had my license several months prior to an actual dispensary being close. The staff is very friendly. Also very helpful in picking out strains you need for what you need it for. Excellent place of business, 5 stars all around.

The very best service, and not to mention how comfortable they make you. The security is really awesome. Their knowledge of the different medications makes the experience even better. From pain to anxiety they are the very best. Thank you to all the employees for the difference you’ve made in the state, the people.

I wait and wait and when they do get pot they only get four different kinds of flower. not one of the flower they did get it was NOT SATIVA. THIS IS NOT GOOD

very small waiting area and dispensing area. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable. It was just very cramped and claustrophobic.

All the bud tenders are knowledgeable and can usually recommend the perfect flower for what ever ails you! They are also extremely nice and know me by name, which exhibits just how much customer service means to all of them!! They show that they really care, about all their patients/customers by the way they answer questions thoroughly, without making the patient feel stupid or rushed. I know that sometimes, this takes longer to help that patient but with the new waiting room with plenty of seats (even with having to social distance) which gets us out of the weather for the most part unless they are extremely busy then you can wait in your car until there is room inside. They always go out of their way to be helpful. And let's face it AS HARD AS ARKANSAS OFFICIALS & THE MEDICAL MARIJUANA INITIATIVE-LAW WAS WRITTEN, WHICH MAKES IT COSTLIER, HARDER TO GET, HARDER TO DISTRIBUTE JUST HARDER IN EVERY WAY IN COMPARISON TO JUST ABOUT EVERY OTHER STATE THAT HAS MEDICAL MARIJUANA!! SO I THINK THAT ALL THE STAFF AT FFC ARE TERRIFIC!!😜 AFTER ALL WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET YOUR WEED UHH I MEAN MEDICINE.... AND SPIN A POKEMON STOP AND CATCH SOME POKEMON TOO WHILE WAITING!!!

Overall I had a good experience. As good as or in some cases better than other dispensaries I've visited. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Even security was friendly. I can't remember my budtenders name but she was knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. Prices are comparable to others but I never see any deals from them. Selection was limited when I was there but I did find two strains that I've been wanting to try so that was exciting. As others have mentioned it is small but they had me in and out quickly. Someone else mentioned that staff wouldn't open the containers so they could see product. My budtender did this without my even asking. Please start online ordering soon for us people with anxiety.

everything and everyone there are great. the product could be better. your selection is not that great, I went up north and they have three times more than fcc. in a pinch I'll go there to fcc but any other time I'll go north.

The curbside pickup doesn't work. Placed my order online and received a text stating that it was ready to be picked up. Drove the 25 minutes to the dispensary only to be ignored by the staff until I said something. I was then told I'd have stand in line for 2 hours for my order. I am disabled with degenerative arthritis in both knees and lower back. I'm also on oxygen 24/7. Standing and waiting around for two hours is not good patient care and not something that I can do. There has got to be a better way.

yeah that's alot of work for me to have to escentualy schedule my purchase. And then get the right pick up time that's not a line wrapped around the building. No, I'm good. I always try and stay a week ahead or more for fluctuations in actual quantity the dispensary might receive. And that's all I'm going to do. And when I've had enough I'm going back to Oklahoma. Roland Natural Health's menu is always fully stocked and tons of quality concentrates FROM MORE THAN 3 COMPANIES so. I said it before and I'll say it again. The staff is great! Arkansas system is crap and you people know it. Arkansas is the only state having a product shortage of this type right now. Say what you want but flower production can't keep up. And then the seed problem Osage is having. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT ON SHIPMENTS PERIOD. that's my point. And we lost are chance to vote for change this year. I'm giving 5s because of the employees

You're doing so many people such a huge favor by offering this alternative in this area.
Fort Smith is still a pretty notorious city for a lot of people to be "in the weed closet" and not want to discuss these kinds of things openly. I think that's silly. Organizations like Fort Cannabis Co. will be at the forefront of trying to change the stigma that is associated with cannabis use. It's a beautiful thing, and these are beautiful people!
When you come in it's a normal waiting area situation. Get your ID scanned, wait, get called to the back through a locked door. You are always one-on-one with your sales rep at the time and don't have to worry about "who is going to help you" or walking into a room and having to choose someone to work with or something like that. Everyone seems pretty purpose-driven and they are there to work, so they are only chit chatty if you want to be chit chatty. It's a busy place so it's usually best not to linger and it's obvious when they're busy. With their service structure though you are pretty unaware of that when you're browsing product. When you're done, you pay out, get your little stapled bag, and head out :)
I was first helped by Heather and subsequently have been helped by Jeremy and then Nick. Someone else, too, but I unfortunately forgot her name and that's a shame. :( Everyone I've worked with has done a great job pointing me to products that can help me specifically with what I need. I experience persistent (like... unrelenting - all day - all the time) muscle spasms in my back, chest, and neck. They know what products to reach for and how to generally advise the coordination of cannabis products to alleviate symptoms based on "what you have going on during the day." Quality of service over all?? A+ ~~~~ Any questions I have are answered on the spot or followed up with very quickly after some research.
The store has a good selection of products, albeit inconsistently stocked, and receives multiple deliveries of new products each week. This is NOT necessarily a negative... I think it's part of the difficulty of how Arkansas has the current distribution model set up and for safety reasons. The inconsistency is remedied by consistent updates to inventory on Leafly (and I do not currently recommend trying to look at their inventory on any other application). The time before last that I went there wasn't really a whole lot to choose from, but this most recent visit?? I was completely blown away by the selection. They were also running a promotion at the time on 1/2 and 1/2 cbd/thc carts that came with a pen... didn't jump on that, but it was neat to see a promo going!

I was there the other day when they opened at 10 am and although the line was already wrapped around the building the line moved fast. I was in and out to pickup my order in less then 20 minutes. The lady who assisted me was also helpful and polite. Overall, I have no complaints other then I wish there were more parking. I know you have plans to expand in the showroom area and that would be great. Thanks :)
