Five Zero Trees West

Worst service I have ever had at a dispensary. The woman seemed very incovenienced by our questions. My husband even commented. We won't go back. I have shopped at 5 dispensaries before, so I can gauge good service, this was not a place I would tell my friends to visit.

I enjoyed this spot! Their weed was awesome! Super stoney!!!! The shop is warm and welcoming and the staff is very friendly. I love this place

2 days ago I called ahead to see if they had grimace,a deal that was an 8th for 20$, I got there and as we get in the back were informed by a blondish haired woman that she ha just dropped the container of what we wanted and it shattered. I've actually spent quite of bit of money here and was never dissapointed until that. There was just a oh well feeling we got. Really sucks cause they have great flowers and decent prices,but I won't return now. There was no solution or a hey we have this instead...I'm huge on customer service, that is what makes a business run. And she lacked that. Shit happens but just seemed a little ridiculous.

One of the Best Dispensaries around as far as selection and pricing. The staff are awesome and super helpful. This is my neighborhood favorite. Stop by if you ever get the chance!

Great bud one of my favorite shops!

Clean, friendly and affordable. The flower is always well cured and trimmed with big gorgeous nugs. Personally I love that they carry granddaddy purple and purple urkle regularly.

I gave this location a scathing review a few months ago, but decided to try them again recently. Except for one policy issue for which the very kind person at the desk explained satisfactorily, I am completely satisfied and will visit this company again.

Hahahahahaha this place is a joke as a ommp patient I was getting some flower and also some other stuff and the budtender was just in a rush I only got to get my flower and I even let them know I needed a few things and they obviously didn't care

Easily the best dispensary in the area. The staff is extremely knowledgable about all the different products in the store. You can tell that the people working there actually want your business. They try to develop a friendly relationship and be personable with you. I really loved that about this dispensary. Other dispensaries in portland are friendly as well but you can tell that all they want is money and that drives me crazy. Five zero trees focuses on quality in their product and actually delivering a pleasant experience to the consumer. I know this might sound biased towards five zero trees since it's clearly obvious I am fond of their work but I recommend anyone to give this place a shot because I know for a fact you will not be disappointed.

Very beautiful dispensary. Friendly staff, large selection. Cash only, but many places are. They do have an ATM in the lobby. Would definitely go back!

Been here twice now, had Jordan B both times. First time talked about Jesus hotboxing a cave for 4/20, second time talked about Destiny. Great prices, solid strains, and the best service I've had at a dispensary. You got a regular in me 10/10 would toke again

Budtenders were knowledgeable enough but not super friendly. The atmosphere felt more like a psych ward than a dispensary- no phone usage, no touching anything, difficult to even smell the product, and just a generally unfriendly place to be in. I got out of there as quickly as possible.

Little dissapointed. The outside looks great. Drew me right in.. Lots of space, tons of glass and extra stuff for sale a low price. I asked for a heavy Indica. I was shown some Hybrid's. When I asked to see TJ's Chocolate Kush, I was told: "That's not too heavy of an Indica" .... I'm thinking... "It's what I asked for..." Anyhow, must have been TJs low end stuff. I ended up going with the $8 discount deal. Big mistake. Lame experience. No menu or prices made available easy. Bad service and bud tending...

So....... My buddy and I came into the shop the other day. Wait time was about 5mins (medical) As we enter the main room there were more people buying cannabis then budtenders. I couldnt really see all of the bud, no display nugs. Very clean also impressive wood work throught. A touch of class type of place. but it has its improvements it needs for the industry to come. My biggest disslike of this place is that when they way out your buds, they do not use gloves, tweezers, just a bare hand. They said they clean there hands before touching but i did not see that from my point of view. This should be taken into note that almost EVERY other dispenseries does use some form of protection when working with the buds. Conclusion I would shop here a again but i will be asking for them to not touch the bud BAREHANDED

The quality of herb they possess is exceptional and their budtenders seem to know their stuff. They're not the best at making good personal recommendations based on your needs or curiosities but you're practically guaranteed to find something you'll like anyway because they DO know what tastes and feels good. I've been here a few times and haven't been dissatisfied with any of the purchases I made yet. It also helps that they got chubby dudes working there - the other places nearby have very corporate robotic people on staff and they're unlikely to answer any questions. At least FZT tries and I gotta review them with 4+ stars for that. The fifth star is for the crazy good menu.
