Still in Medford, but really in Phoenix slightly hard to find! But awesome!!!! Very helpful bud tenders and awesome discounts!!! Bathrooms and a coffee bar! Very large living room style waiting room with a fireside feature! Will be back! Thank you!

For sure one of my top 5 places to go! Loved the interior and the overall feel of the place, and the people who work there help take the experience to a whole new level! The smoke there is by far some of the best at a decent price. Worth every dollar spent! Loved that Chem4! Fell in love with my first visit and look forward to coming back!!

If you are proud to spend a little bit of your money you will definitely be proud of the loud that you will be smoking best bud hands down always. If I don't want to bullshit around and I do want to get some quality flower this is where I go. They are always holding product from pistil point and butte creek which is why I go there.

The service here is exceptional and the selection is just is great. Brandon and Jon in particular were fantastic bud tenders and I hope others can experience the quality that only Fireside delivers here in the basin. Also they have happy hour the last two hours of the day! 20%!!

Tomorrow will be my second visit to Fireside. Our first was several days before Oct 1.. Like many patients, we planned ahead figuring it would be a mess. I, personally, don't think it's fair to judge this or any dispensary according to what happened in the first few days after legalization. Our first visit we were helped by a very knowledgeable guy. We are long-time users and knew what we wanted but he talked me into a trying a 1/2grm on a few different kinds. I'm glad he did. I'm heading back tomorrow to get a supply of two of them. I was astonished at how it worked on my pain. So, yeah, I would and will recommend these guys. ps The only thing I would suggest to all dispensaries is there is no place (usually) to sit while we wait to get our stuff put together. My legs are killing me. Can I please have a chair? Thanks :)

This is easily one of the best shops in Southern Oregon. Their cannabis, customer service, and knowledge is top notch. I still frequent many shops (cause it is nice to switch up the flavors every now and again ; ), but Fireside continues to be one of my favorites.

We all need heroes these days. Someone who makes it all ok and helps us through the tough times. Someone who inspires us to take chances and become our best version of self. Well in regards to cannabis there is one such person in the valley who I trust count on and admire. That person is Ben from Fireside Dispensary. Ben is a mild mannered person who is very passionate and brilliant with cannabis flower and oil. He has a knack for listening to patients/consumers and being able to find the perfect item or combinations of items to help them achieve their goals. Each time I go into fireside I hope to get Ben as my Bud-Tender. If not he always says hi and offers to show me something new or awesome I haven’t seen yet. He remembers items that have worked for me and lets me know when its in stock. Ben is easy to talk to and he is very humble. He has no problem telling you how he feels about certain products and why they may or may not be appropriate for your needs. He is never afraid to share personal experience and truly has everyones best interest at heart at all times. So when in a pinch and if you need a hero I invite you to run to fireside dispensary and ask For Ben. He will make and maybe even save your day. Thanks Ben you are the Man. -Joe Public

After a not so great experience at another dispensary I decided to go into Fireside a few days back to give it another try. I was helped by a guy named Ezra. He treated me with respect and took my concerns into consideration helping me pick the best item for me. Thanks to Ezra and the fireside team I am now getting the relief I need from my back pain.

I am a senior with a bad back and knee so thought I would give weed at least consideration. Glad I went to Fireside as they were helpful with lots of information and friendly.

Worst experience ever every time I go here I always have to wait In back in the line over and over because they don't know how to sign me in and a medical and they always try to charge me rec even though I told them and that's when they send me back to the to back of the line this is the fourth Tim it happens don't waste your time here I know I never will they just lost a customer that spend 400 to 300 and shop not at fireside any more that it

Great place, great service, great products!

I really like this dispensary, great product a little pricey but it doesn't disappoint, the staff is great except for the big guy with a beard he always seems grumpy and acts like it's a hassle to answer questions it's to the point where I will wait until another budtender is available he seriously needs to work on his customer service skills.

When I think about what to look for when choosing a dispensary Fireside immediately comes to mind. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are more than suited to be of service to any customer. Ranging from the experienced smoker looking for something to suit their taste or the first timer looking for fun informative experience. They have wonderful selection for both the medical and recreational customer I find to be of highest quality no matter the price range. So if you you like friendly people and good medicine I highly recommend them as a frequent and satisfied customer myself.

prices are to high. 13 a g for medical is just to high. I like the shop itself and the staff were all very cool and good people. Quality was very good on the franks gift I bought. Prices are just to high for me but I will probly be back on the 4 for 40 day

Always has a wonderful variety of concentrates and usually the first in the valley to get new drops always checking this leafly to see what they have new!!!

This place is impressive and worth a visit to check out the selection and meet a big bud-tending dog (who's cool as hell). I've been to this place several times and have walked away happy each time.

good location. The only recommendation I have is they should put out sample jars instead of opening the jars every time someone buys something it is making the product dry.
