Fireside Dispensary

We all need heroes these days. Someone who makes it all ok and helps us through the tough times. Someone who inspires us to take chances and become our best version of self. Well in regards to cannabis there is one such person in the valley who I trust count on and admire. That person is Ben from Fireside Dispensary. Ben is a mild mannered person who is very passionate and brilliant with cannabis flower and oil. He has a knack for listening to patients/consumers and being able to find the perfect item or combinations of items to help them achieve their goals. Each time I go into fireside I hope to get Ben as my Bud-Tender. If not he always says hi and offers to show me something new or awesome I haven’t seen yet. He remembers items that have worked for me and lets me know when its in stock. Ben is easy to talk to and he is very humble. He has no problem telling you how he feels about certain products and why they may or may not be appropriate for your needs. He is never afraid to share personal experience and truly has everyones best interest at heart at all times. So when in a pinch and if you need a hero I invite you to run to fireside dispensary and ask For Ben. He will make and maybe even save your day. Thanks Ben you are the Man. -Joe Public

Breeze Botanicals - Ashland

Do you ever have those days when the last thing you want to do is Smoke or Vape. Its cold and flu season to boot. Lets face it smoking with a sore throat sucks. Our favorite herbalists and bud-tenders at Breeze Botanicals have various answers to this seasonal dilemma. Two remedies I want to share hail from two different companies. First lets discuss our local Sun God Medicinal’s Hypnos Cannabis Elixir (tincture). Sun God Medicinals create cannabis Elixirs / Tinctures for anxiety, sleep, and pain. They are typically put under the tongue and within a half hour you are nicely medicated. This is quick easy and very portable. I have seen people use these at work because it is very discrete and convenient and there is no smell. I have family members who use it at bedtime and simultaneously it helps soothe their sore throat while getting the medicated goodness they need. Next lets look at Breeze Botanicals offerings of Oregon local business Lunch Box Alchemy. They make a variety of yummy medicated snacks and treats. One of their offerings is a BHO oil infused gummy known as a SQUIB. They have various flavors including but not limited to: pineapple, mango, cherry, and green apple. They flavors are amazing and there is very little flavor of the oil. Squib gummies have 100mg THC per piece. So that is nice because you can cut it into pieces depending on what level of medication you are looking for. Usually after consuming the gummy it takes about 20-30 minutes for it to take affect. Makes a great day time or even bedtime snack that not only tastes good but also is soothing for the sore throat. The squib comes in a sealed container that you can recap to save for later dosing. Another positive aspect of these two medication options are that they can be beneficial to your general health especially the BHO squib. Consuming cannabis oil has been scientifically shown to destroy cancer and various illnesses as well as improving function of normal tissue and organs. Thumbs up to Brie and her staff of herbalists and bud-tenders for offering their patients some great alternatives that not only provide equivalent experiences but that also provide major benefits health-wise. Breeze Botanicals is the only dispensary in the state that offers custom compounding of various methods of cannabis consumption. They utilize all local cannabis, herbs, and botanicals to find and create custom answers to patient’s various health and wellness needs. They have the complete idea of how to serve patients and do it from our own backyard…Oregon-Style. Go into Breeze both Gold Hill and Ashland today and let them show you how their expertise and ideas can help you achieve your greatest version. Be Wellness, JoePublic
