I started coming to Fine Fettle and my only hassle is I dont live closer. I always leave here with a smile based of my interactions with the beautiful workers. I would say I look around for clinics with the best products and deals. Fine Fettle wins

I love this place! The staff are sweet and knowledgeable, and the facility has a nice layout. You have to preorder and wait to receive a confirmation text before showing up, which makes the process much easier because your order is waiting for you when you get there. Only been once and definitely will be back!

I absolutely love the environment and energy the staff out into the facility. The staff are always so helpful and the decorations are always updated. They provide a lot of helpful informations and tips, it’s just great. Would definitely constantly promote this dispensary if I was an influencer, lol!🤍🤍.

Been going to Fine Fettle in Willimantic since they opened, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Love the rewards program too! I can't recommend them highly enough ;)

Over one year in and it keeps getting better! Best dispensary in the CT MMP, no contest! Hannah is literal personified sunshine at the front desk, Shane keeps the ambient beatz pumpin’ at all times, Miles brings the smiles (sorry dogg), Sarah knows she’s the new hotness and delivers on that promise, new guy Nick brought the fire even on his very first day, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST Haley’s spark for life brings it alllll together. Love this crew!

Warm atmosphere from day 1 i knew this was the place i wanted to go to verry good service great selection and like i said just all around great place. Definitely recomend they wont disappoint.

This is not a user friendly facility. Outwardly the staff is very friendly and welcoming, but their decisions are unreasonable and inflexible. I preordered a small amount of product and upon arrival a few hours later I was told to come back later in the day or go wait in my car - on a freezing afternoon! What kind of dispensary tells their patients to go away or wait in their car? A poor one. I've used two other dispensaries in the state and this one in Willimantic is the most inefficient and unresponsive to its clients' needs.

I always enjoy my experience at Fine Fettle in Willimantic CT. Everyone is so nice and helpful there. There is a huge variety of products which is great. However, I wish there was a way to look up products by specific terpenes, (for specific medical benefits) and a way to request more products with specific terpenes. I have been going to Fine Fettle in Willimantic CT for about a year and a half and I think that they are doing a great job there and I LOVE IT! ❤ 😍 💖

I placed my medical order at 11 AM, order to be picked up for 12-12:30 1. They called and asked me to send personally identifying documents to an unsecured email 2. Upon arrival informed me I had to fill out an intake survey 3. Made me wait an additional 90 minutes outside to put two items into a bag. Didn’t get my order until 1:30 Don’t come here for medical. They let at least 20 people in and out while I waited 90 minutes. If I had known it would have been such a hassle, I would have just paid extra and purchased rec.

Every trip to fine fettle in willimantic has been a pleasant experience. Staff members are always upbeat and knowledgeable about the products . Staff make it a priority to serve medical patients first therefore not having to wait in a line. I recommend the willimantic FF to all my friends.
