Fine Fettle - Newington

So glad I made the switch. Jessica is so knowlegable, finally a budtender who knows what I'm saying, as we're the other staff very sharp and on point. Dont have to wait outside in lines in the cold place has a great atmosphere...they have a sweet ass chrisstmas tree, just pleasant!!!👍👍

I changed to Fine Fettle & made my 1st purchase there last week. It is a nice, clean dispensary & employees are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that they take the time to answer any questions. Will definitely be returning.

There is nothing but amazing things to say about Fine Fettle Newington. I've been a patient here for over a year and a half now, and the staff does everything to ensure a smooth process and to go above and beyond for patients. I also have to mention how quick the in and out process is, very few lines. Being a former patient for six months at prime wellness, Fine Fettle can't be beat!

Fine Fettle provides a fantastic customer experience. It feels like you're walking into an upscale pharmacy, with attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have an enormous selection of products, and trained staff and pharmacists to walk you through the options to find what is right for your individual needs. Not sure why anyone would want to go anywhere else; I can't imagine it would be a better experience. It's what buying medical cannabis should be: safe, comfortable and customer-focused.

I'm not going to sugarcoat it............ Because there is no need! I'm purely basing this review on my personal experiences to date. But since day one every person that I have spoke to on the phone or anyone that I have spoke to in person and had any interaction with were extremely professional, very helpful, compassionate, super friendly and immensely knowledgeable - but above all, I have been treated like family before I got my temporary card and had selected Fine Fettle as my dispensary. I truly appreciate all the assistance with finalizing the process in becoming a patient. Now my mmp journey begins and I am looking forward to a new regimen for my symptoms and very satisfied with the hands I'm in and the exuding amount of knowledge that has been shown so far. MUCH LOVE TO MY NEW FAM!

Out of all the places I shop my favorite experience is Fine Fettle of Newington Ct. Fine Fettles has a beautiful calming atmosphere quick in and out of our dispensary.

Switched dispensaries because of the excellent selection at Fine Fettle, first impressions, the space is very urban, roomy, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful showing me around and preparing my order. Switch was so stress free and again you can't beat their selection, my old place barely offers half of the selection and never gave any discounts, deals, points, etc. The only specials they offered had to be viewed from within the dispensary on. a black board, and to be honest that never priced or felt special. At Fine Fettle I actually feel like they care about me and not just their profits, which is exactly how I felt at my old place. Thanks Fine Fettle!

I switched here a few months ago and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is unfailingly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great selection and prices. Comfortable atmosphere, usually short wait times so I’m in and out pretty fast. I don’t feel like a consumer here, I feel like a person and a patient, and I get real attention and consideration when I ask a question. I recommend this dispensary to anyone and everyone!

All the service reps were very helpful and patient with me as this was my first time buying medical marijuana. Very clean and coordinated environment! Really like this place. The products were great. The consultant I spoke to was terrific.

I liked the fact that the staff is super friendly and helpful. They make it easy for you from start to finish. I told some people in group that instead of going to Springfield, that this much better for medical marijuana.

Fast service, discounts and great location

Came here for the first time after going to other places. The selection is awesome, the prices were even better. From walking in i was able to go right up to the counter and pick up my order and it was ready. Looking forward to coming back again!
