This was my 1st visit & I found everyone very helpful & kind. It was also very clean. I will be back.

I just got my medical card this year , and i chose fine fettle as my dispensary. I gotta say i am certainly satisfied and happy with the service ive gotten every visit. The facility is clean , the workers are very nice & helpful . Not to mention their menu of cannabis is top notch ! Their isnt one product ive ordered , that i didnt like . I would definitely recommend connecting with finefettle . ( I perfer newington location )

Such an awesome place to be a part of as a newer patient. The service has been consistent as ever! After a while, you just feel like family. Could not be happier with my experience so far.

Anytime I go it’s been a great experience. The two things I would suggest is actually having orders ready when we notified that their ready for pick up and improve the pick up order process. Secondly, possibly look into an option to pay online, the other day I was there both atms were out and the card system was down. But luckily when it was my turn to check out the budtender said let’s try my card to see if it works. Which it finally did with my transaction. Aside from the that everyone is very helpful, kind and informative. I love coming here!

When establishments change from medical to all access you are going to lose individuality and ambiance. People are desperate to relieve pain they never asked for. Respectful seasoned experienced staff are priceless; which has always been the practice of Fine Fettle. Now some new employees are glibb and shrug their shoulders on serious questions. They need education and diplomacy. I feel bad ..because the employees that were there the longest are gone.. busy with all the new headaches adult use brings in I imagime. We also noticed how short the line is for medical...that could be an indication that clients are lost.Medical people saw this coming. I'm sure the owners are working on this. Raising medical prices is probably due to demand whis the growers should address. Lower THC is bad.

Some people say Disney is one of the happiest places on earth... I think Fine Fettle (especially Newington!) is one of the happiest places on earth🌎! They have a great selection of Indicas,Sativas and Hybrids in all different forms. They have concentrates, vapes, oils and all sortsa good stuff and accessories for all your Fettle needs. The store is always clean and well cared for. The Staff are GREAT and one of my favorite things about Fine Fettle in Newington! They are friendly, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable professional and FUN!!! They make you feel so comfortable,kinda like you've been a friend for years. With the latest changes and (finally) Adult use they've hired a lot of new staff who are settling in just fine. They have great teachers! Shout out to ALL the Fine staff at Fine Fettle!!❤️✌️❤️ 😁HIGHLY recommend!!🥳🥳

Overall great dispensary. Great staff. Lines can get a little long during rush hour but I’m sure that will get better as new places open.

I'm a wheelchair and they are so sweet.

Came in during during fettle fest because of the specials and it was my birthday gift. Couldn’t apply my birthday gift for fettle fest which is the only place I know that doesn’t apply loyalty points when you need them. Couldn’t get my medical because of this. Much better places to go who do accept.
