Ethos Dispensary - Wilkes-Barre

Ethos is doing it right. Their front desk, bud tenders and managers are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They also has a very large selection of products and their accessories. I’m always in and out within 5-10 minutes and they have very accessible parking. Since Ethos opened they’ve been my go-to dispensary!!

5 Stars all the way around!! This is my favorite dispensary in the area by far. The sales are on point. The store staff is very knowledgeable and products are always in stock!! Big thank you to Justin and Dana for their assistance today!

They are always professional at ethos Wilkes-Barre. It is the caviar of medical marijuana dispensaries in Pennsylvania. Austin, Dennis & Paige are always helpful; however today Kasi came through for me like a warrior on a white horse. For she held the last jar of caviar, and began waving it at me. My visit was great everyone friendly. Justin helped me out. He knows so much about the products. He was so helpful I couldn't express exactly what I was looking for but with key words mentioned he pointed me In the right direction. Excellent employee

I placed an online order for an RSO that was similar to the one i previously purchased as it worked very well but they didnt have the same strain. I went to get my purchase and at the end of the transaction i asked the budtender helping me, her name was Sarah, if i could be added to a call list for the product i previously used as it was very helpful. She asked me the product and it turned out they had it in store it just had not been updated on the online menu yet. She was able to return the purchase i just made and exchange it for the one i really wanted. That made my whole day! Im so glad i spoke up and even more glad Sarah was kind enough to look the product up and process the exchange. Love Ethos and will remain a customer.

One of the few places I don’t get anxiety going.. seriously they’re that awesome. I ll never go anywhere else.

I was here for opening day and I keep coming back! Great variety, and the staff is THE best! It's nice to get a nugget of information you may not have known about products. Everybody is friendly and the place is nice and clean.

I cannot express enough how incredible this dispensary is. Every single worker is eager to help and extremely personable. I've never once felt like I was inconveniencing or annoying regardless of any questions or information I needed. The facility itself is beautiful and the hours are extremely convenient. This is the only dispensary I'll take my business to. I greatly appreciate all the help from some incredible people!

Hands down the best dispensary in NEPA. Staff is extremely informative, always friendly, eager to help, and go above amd beyond. Quality selection, incredible prices. But again, what makes the difference here is the customer experience. Ethos became my go-to dispensary from my first visit!

The best dispensary, especially if you have children! The kindest staff. I always love to see Jill's smiling face, to discuss terps and the best concentrates in stock. But today I had the pleasure of meeting Justin who also expressed his love of Prime Wellness (which is my favorite but they don't carry..yet.. Hopefully soon)! He also helped me out with a dollar so I didn't have to run back out to the car with the kids! Will definitely be back!

Ethos is the best dispensary I have ever been to! Between the outstanding amount of knowledge and the amazing customer service they consistently provide from the minute you open the door is the reason I won't go anywhere else. They truly go out of their way to make sure you have exactly what you need and want every visit. for a first timer was made comfortable and relaxed. Austin Justin were extremely helpful on dosage and how to use tincture, how well a cream would work for pain, All were very friendly. Would recommend to everyone. Thought prices were reasonable and was surprised at discount
