I have always been helped to the best extent by each employee that’s taken care of me. Including if they didn’t know an answer they would go and get one for me. I have multiple mental health conditions and multiple medications I am on for them. Every staff member I have ever interacted with has gone beyond my expectations to help me and make sure I understand exactly what is happening. I also have a family member with extreme physical pain and they are not a patient however when I inquired and expressed that I was looking for help, they worked with me to give me a lot of information I could give to my family member including hand outs and written notes and explanations. Best employees, very knowledgeable and helpful
