This is the first place I ever went to. It is my go to, and they give me no reason to go anywhere else, and I love the prices.

Great staff, very helpful. Very knowledgeable people with more than enough information to help any patient with their medication. Would recommend this location over the other two.

Cool spot. super clean... just don't like the one on one doctor visit type setup... takes too much time. Oregon/ Washington have it better setup. but not bad at all. quality is decent along with price for Henderson.... so check it out. always cool to see new shops .

First off I'm a very frequent shopper at the other locations. I've stopped in the Henderson location a few times and never again. I'm tired of the hassle to buy here as a medical patient. I understand there was a computer update, the other locations went through it too. Funny enough they don't have all of your information and discounts at the Henderson location. Both times I've came in to get my medication I've had to wait an exceptionally long time so management could verify all of my information I gave them last time. Never did receive my correct discount. I also noticed that the prices are way higher than the Strip and Tropicana locations. Even the budtenders attitudes were cold. I'll stick to the other two locations. Better customer service and prices.

This was my first time here at Essence. The service I got from Michael was Great!!! He was Knowledgeable on all their products, He was friendly and a pleasure to speak to. Their prices were better than most everyone in the area from my research. Overall I love the place! I will be going back

Several issues right off the bat. If you have sensory issues at all, avoid this location. The store is always blaring loud music and the lights are extremely bright. If you're having sensory episodes of any kind do not go into this store. Secondly, if there is an issue through the online ordering Essence will simply put the blame on GreenRush and not try to help you solve your issue whatsoever. The manager will laugh at you on the phone and make fun of you if you bring any issues up to them. My experience isn't the typical experience. Most days Essence isn't that bad. But, when a medical patient has to leave bed, when they're having seizures, to go physically look at their meds to make sure everything is right. That is an issue. Whether Essence wants to recognize it or not. These people aren't disabled so they don't get it. So they'll continue mocking people like us thinking our problems are insignificant. Most people may be okay with that. But, I spend too much damn money on meds that I need to be treated like such crap. There's too many dispensaries in Las Vegas, and in a city that's known for hospitality, I don't think any business can afford to treat their clients so miserably. #VEGASSTRONG #Epilepsy

See TL;DR for short summation. First time here ( I live out of state ). Check-in for out-of-state patients was fairly straight forward. All of their staff is very friendly and professional. The back room is reminiscent of MIB's big white room lol. Its not bad just big and bright, nice and open space. I enjoy the way the bud tender really sticks with you and is there to answer any questions for you on the spot, displaying their knowledge of their medicine. The meds, oh boy, lets just say my bud tender told me I could make frequent trips out there and I jokingly brushed it off, however, no joke. The meds are on point. I was beyond ecstatic to get my hands on some quality dry sift! I didn't believe the quality they advertised for all of their meds but, their meds really are that good. Must try is the SinMint (go figure, COOKIES!). I have already made plans with the wife to make the trip from AZ more often :) TL;DR Great meds. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Only con I have, because I'm a cheapskate, is getting on par with Vegas on the discounts. Other than that, this place is will not disappoint.

Lindsay from the Henderson location is amazing. I visited the location today and there was a customer yelling because he felt he was being cheated for some strange reason. The real problem is that he went in looking for a discount he’s not entitled to. Anyway not one person was rude to him and when he demanded a manager Lindsay came over and handled the guy with grace and courtesy. This isn’t the first time I’ve happened to witness her having to deal with an irate customer and she never changes her demeanor and always is able to diffuse the situation. Essence is lucky to have her as part of your management team. I also wanted to recognize Justin. He’s helped me a couple times and is always friendly and efficient. The entire staff here is wonderful and the reason I continue to come back!

This is the Top Dog Spot of the whole valley. If you need a laid back classy place to get your meds swing by. Trust me.

Finally made an appointment to see the nurse, Denicka. She was absolutely amazing and super friendly. Knowledgeable on what it was that I needed to take medicinally. Explained everything clearly and made sure I understood. I have followed her recommendations/directions on my medications and it has made a huge difference in my well being. Thanks Denicka! As far as the dispensary itself, I love it. I pass up many other dispensaries to get here, it’s worth the drive. Everyone is always friendly and help me feel at ease while I’m there. Quality products. I would also like to give a shout out to the Security Guards and Andrew-my favorite budtender, you guys rock! The only slight complaint I have is the system keeps messing with my discounts, so I have to go back in, but they do correct it without any issues. Thanks for making this a place that I actually want to go to.

Great location. Perfect for green valley and Henderson patients. They have everything a patient needs.

This was a very pleasant place to be with knowledge friendly staff and the best prices in town. The addition of a nurse to answer questions is unbeatable.
