RISE Dispensaries Henderson

Weigh whatever you buy from Essence! (Specifically DGF products) I have now purchased two DGF 1/8’s that were between .2-.4 grams short of 3.5. When I brought this to the attention of management I was told to drive all the way back with the shorted 1/8, and exchange it for a new one. They deflected all the blame for the missing flower on DGF, who I have reached out to, but unfortunately they are not very responsive or helpful. Sadly, I will be bringing my business elsewhere form here on out, as I feel Essence did very little to correct this problem.

I'm the kind of person that likes convenience. I like essence but I don't like the Henderson when I go there I noticed I get stopped at the window to show my ID oh, no big deal. But when the woman's looking at my ID two or three people behind me have shown their ID in walked in ahead of me. that really pisses me off. then when I walk in the door to the showroom there's another line 12 to 15 groups ahead of me. No big deal because there's a lot of people behind the counter working but I feel like they spend a lot of time BS'n and talking too much because the line moves real slow. I decided that I was going to start ordering ahead of time when I go to this location. and what I found is it that ordering from this location through text or online is even more irritating than walking into the store. you don't get to see what the THC or myrcene content is. so if you're ordering online you really have no clue what's your ordering and when you go into the store and find that you're not happy with the product that you're ordering you then get to stand up and stand in line and wait behind everybody. ordering through text message you can at least ask these questions the ordering can take up to an hour because of the back and forth questions and answers.

Used to come here when I worked down the road from there.. used to be pretty decent but seems like their prices are ridiculous now. $18.50/gram and $54.50 an 1/8th for decent bud? I haven't paid that much in over 20 years since I was a freshman in High School.. not to mention the last time I bought an 1/8th there the bud was dry and crumbled into powder and weighed in at 3.1/3.2. You can't even see thc content or anything online when you view their flower so you have no idea what you're even getting. Makes it pretty difficult especially right now with Covid-19 and you can't actually go into the location. Will probably give them another chance if I see any decent deals come across my texts, but for now am sticking with where I can get my $20-$25 1/8ths instead of $20'grams.

Best dispensary in the area. Knowledgeable staff, great selection, great atmosphere. Asar help me find the best strain for my medical needs. Highly recommend.

This was my first trip to a dispensary ever and it was great. I have severe anxiety and a slight case of OCD and Dru was very helpful and informative. I will definitely be coming back!

This was one of the best experiences I have encountered. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and Denicka hands down was exceptional.. all 10's! Thank you all and looking forward to using the call ahead option for orders.. hella nice that you all understand that the efforts to get it done on a lunch break. Oh and goes without saying. The med tho are some of the best quality. I will be back to try Mr. Kahlifa's veggies.

Great experience. First time in a dispensary and felt totally comfortable. Travis was extremely helpful and patient answering questions. I will be back to this location.

See TL;DR for short summation. First time here ( I live out of state ). Check-in for out-of-state patients was fairly straight forward. All of their staff is very friendly and professional. The back room is reminiscent of MIB's big white room lol. Its not bad just big and bright, nice and open space. I enjoy the way the bud tender really sticks with you and is there to answer any questions for you on the spot, displaying their knowledge of their medicine. The meds, oh boy, lets just say my bud tender told me I could make frequent trips out there and I jokingly brushed it off, however, no joke. The meds are on point. I was beyond ecstatic to get my hands on some quality dry sift! I didn't believe the quality they advertised for all of their meds but, their meds really are that good. Must try is the SinMint (go figure, COOKIES!). I have already made plans with the wife to make the trip from AZ more often :) TL;DR Great meds. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Only con I have, because I'm a cheapskate, is getting on par with Vegas on the discounts. Other than that, this place is will not disappoint.

First off I'm a very frequent shopper at the other locations. I've stopped in the Henderson location a few times and never again. I'm tired of the hassle to buy here as a medical patient. I understand there was a computer update, the other locations went through it too. Funny enough they don't have all of your information and discounts at the Henderson location. Both times I've came in to get my medication I've had to wait an exceptionally long time so management could verify all of my information I gave them last time. Never did receive my correct discount. I also noticed that the prices are way higher than the Strip and Tropicana locations. Even the budtenders attitudes were cold. I'll stick to the other two locations. Better customer service and prices.

Absolutely gorgeous facility. Clean and sparkling. Attendants were friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially Michael and Jon. They made my first visit pleasurable and they made me feel welcome. Good folks.

I took my mom here on Mother's Day. Allen helped us both. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked that he would actively look up info on the specific effect of the terpenes on the conditions I needed to treat. So many budtenders will tell you anything to get you in and out and go on the he next customer. He made us feel like we were his priority. They had a great selection and were well staffed. We will definitely be back. We love you Allen!
