This was our first time visiting a dispensary and everyone was super friendly. Malu assisted us and she was beyond AMAZING she was very patient and answered all of our questions and really took the time to explain things to us which we loved! If you’ve never been to a dispensary I would definitely come check them out they’re super friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone just seems to have a great time with eachother. I just loved the over all feel, service and the flowers Malu suggested were as she described. THANK YOU GUYS!!! We’ll be back next trip!!!

Ive been a weekly customer since they were Essence next door. Get deliveries 2 - 3 times a month and all I can say is they have only gotten worse as time goes by. I spend about $400 a month here… I expect to use the debit system and expect to have a website that promotes ease of use and neither are true. Their website has become the worst site I have used since the 90’s. Pages crash. They want codes for every sign in? Its menus and ui are so unintuitive. Not only that the debit systems down so I have to get up at 830 to go get cash. Just to wait until 10:55 for my 9-11 window. When the driver gets here he tells me “yeah i saw you put your order in last night but you live the closest so I do a full loop that ends on you.” Wtf? If I put in a pizza order it is delivered in the order of receiving the order. Why am I last if I’m the closest? Makes no sense. Get a new manager

The service here is the best - the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have great sales and deals in quality bud. The ladies in the front window like Shannon and Anitra always brighten my day

Best flowers best dispensary

Just went through Essence in Henderson and it was great. They had a wide variety of flower to choose from, every sample I looked at looked and smelled great, the oldest item I was given of the 19 different flowers I picked up was two months, followed by only three weeks (so most things are very fresh). The bud tender who was helping me was very friendly and informed which is always nice and their prices were very reasonable (I averaged 11/g during my visit). I will definitely be returning to this dispensary.

I got bad anxiety and Matt made me feel super welcome. He helped me get the most bud for my buck! If you're reading this Matt, THANK YOU AGAIN!!! You made my day!

Best Flower Selection By now you should already know that Essence is the best in town but out of the 3 locations they have I would have to say that the Henderson location always has the BEST selection for flower compared to their other locations. It might be a little more of a drive for some of us but it is definitely worth it.

Long line but moved quickly. Employees seemed rushed. Problem at register with product that wouldn't ring up. Victoria was good but overall not as knowledgeable as other stores. Probably won't shop here again unless it's an off time. It was Friday night after work.

Best dispensary in town!!!! The management and all the bud tenders are the best in town!!! I’m disabled and have good days and bad days ! But the team at Henderson location always takes care of me! And make sure I get all my discounts . I would recommend Essence Henderson to everyone!!! Special thanks to Mary and all the awesome staff!!!

In my current top 2 dispensaries so far(nv. and co.) People were real AND friendly (don't know if they're really friendly irl) 1st time patient deal came with a $1 eighth of Purple Cotton(righteous)

This dispensary is the most amazing dispensary I have been too. If you are from out of state, Essence is the dispensary to go and visit. The service and bud is excellent quality. This is honestly the spot to go to!

Everytime I go there, my budtender is friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is also really good, especially since you aren't competing with tourists on the Strip. Victoria helped me out the most recent time I went and she really knows her stuff on top of being super friendly. Definitely recommend.
