I found a portal to heaven right here in our own backyard... It's the front doors of Emerald Place (not a Chinese restaurant) but the friendliest medication center I have been to yet.

This is a nice location in a nice area . it is some what hard to find. They have a points system to get free stuff. I mainly purchase cartridges. on sales day it's packed plan on waiting for hours and standing. staff is friendly and courteous but not knowledgeable.

So I'll tell you why the horrible review. I've been coming here for a few years and enjoy the products, I really do. The prices however are steep. Today was the second time I've had this rude girl as my register, same girl. I don't know if she has a problem with me or just hates her job, she "threw" the concentrates at me as they slid across the counter, my first time with her it was her attitude, she was rushing me and when I asked questions I got short, uninterested responses.. Same thing again from the same girl. She also didn't give me my 10% concentrate discount on top of that I went home and weighed my gram of agent orange crumble which came out to .7 which is now making me question to even go back. I'm not one to complain not get anybody in trouble but seriously.. I shouldn't have to go through this. Later.

OK I get that this place is nice….maybe too nice. I tried their meds twice with mixed results. The Jackie White was totally dried out and tasted like old sticks & stems. Went back and complained and got a pre-roll free which was horrible as well. I did give them another try and really liked the Ace of Spades. But their prices are way to high and definitely not what I’m looking for in a State Dispensary! I would rather it not be like a fancy bank, but simple and secure, with prices that are half of what they have them. If they can do it in Colorado why not here? I’m going back to my caregiver…who is cheaper and offers a better quality.

Workers at this store are awesome and super friendly. Avoid this place on Fridays if you hate lines though. placed an order at 10:45 for pickup. 3 hours later...picked it up and it was the wrong kind of flower and they forgot one item I ordered as well. Now it's not the end of the world, ended up getting a hybrid instead of my preferred sativa. Yet 3 hour wait to have it incorrect? Ouchie. Would totally shop here again. Never on Friday or Sat though. Can't stand in 1 spot for 45min..

I have a lot to say about my experience today at Emerald Palace. I'll start by saying I came here simply because of your "word to mouth" reputation amongst fellow card holders I know. I decided to stop in as a new patient today and was greeted very professionally by the Receptionist, then given and full rundown on the place and deals available to me. I waited patiently for no more than 3 min and was very impressed by the greeting and the atmosphere of the place. When I got to the budtender's counter is when my experience changed. I started out by asking my budtender about the different vape cartridges they have and he just gave me the most uncomfortable look and didn't say a word. Like I was suppose to know the differences in brand and price here at Emerald. Then he just asked me for my mmj card. (part of their process, but he didn't explain that or even acknowledge I just asked him a question.) I gave him my card. Then I got the same "why are you here" look. No words... So, I proceeded to ask my question again and still as of right now never got my answer... I was so uncomfortable because of this guy I ended up buying an edible I didn't really want, just so I didn't waste anyone's time and make the situation more awkward. Super let down. IF I ever decide to come back
I will not go to his counter. The edible was really good though!

The first time me and my boyfriend went by this location was an absolute bust. We're both D.As and medical patients. We were pointed to probably the WORST budtender they have...
She didn't properly apply any discounts/rewards and was more interested in sexy posing and pushing out her chest at my boyfriend while she tapped EVERY. DAMN. SURFACE. with her nails. Tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap.
We ALMOST said we'd never be back.
This time I specifically asked for and waited for Krystal.
Krystal is an amazing tender. The entire transaction with her was fantastic and she suggested a great flower for us. A model Budtender with no web model gimmicks.
Ask for Krystal if you want great service and knowledge. See ya next time lady.

Hi i came in today at exactly 7:03 pm and i had ordered a full oz for $90... todays deal...... when i opened my bag just now i have only 14 individually wrapped grams so i am out of a HALF OZ and drove really far to get this... it was the only half oz left of sb angel in the store like im really unhappy that im missing what i paid for and will have to drive back in the morning because of the mistake.. i have a video to also prove that im missing the half oz of “sweet black angel” and the receipt that shows everything
Im really hoping this can be resolved, i come here all the time and this isnt the first time this has happened

Long time card holder. I’ve bought here for about 7 years. Left after waiting for a long time. Parking was an issue as well. I’ve gone to another dispensary that has a line for card holders and it was a good experience. And veteran discount was better.
I have enjoyed coming to this location for over 4 years, and I have seen it go through a lot of changes. Loyalty only goes so far when profits remain the focus since Cura has taken over. Recent price increase you stated in a response to a review: We had to increase our prices due to the coin shortage going on across the US. Our prices include tax now so what you see, is what you pay. Ok, so why did select brand cartridges (as 1 example) increase from $40 to $45! Our tax is in Gilbert is only 7.8% so what use to cost me $43.12 now costs $45. So that difference goes right into your pocket as profit. May not seem like a lot but multiply the volume they sell each day from all their locations and they are raking in thousands of dollars right out of our wallets. Then they removed regular discounts like senior discounts from patient accts but did not say anything. So I did not get my discount applied on a couple visits until I noticed the difference and called it out. Bud tender verified that the discounts were removed from accounts so he would just add it back on. Shady practices, focus on profits at expense of customers, poor communications - is what I have experienced here.

I've been going to Emerald Gilbert for a while and today I went to take advantage of some sales they had. After I left, I double checked my receipt and saw I did NOT receive the 20% discount I was promised and I was instead charged full price. I called and was told I could drive back and return the product and that is my only option. well the product was already opened so I'm shit out of luck and they just get to make money off advertising sale prices and then not actually giving you those prices.
I highly recommend going to a different dispensary because in my experience when other dispensaries overcharge you, they will look up your account and refund the difference as a credit to your account for next time you come in. Emerald Gilbert refuses to do this, knowing they will make more money if they overcharge you and then force you to drive all the way back to the dispensary to rectify it.
I'll be putting this dispensary on the very bottom of my list of dispensaries to go to from now on.
Really brown lumpy shatter with plant matter in it. Torn apart for construction when I went on 12/24 so it looked really bad. Budtender wouldn't show me my shatter before i left and I ended up with trash, I guess that's why I couldn't see it.

Today the $60 per eighth "Private Reserve" flower that I bought from Curaleaf was all harvested six months ago and completely dried out and cracked. Not cool!

Ahhhh, I completely understand why my budtender told me to stay away from Leafly and use their website instead. If I had this many bad reviews I'd be doing the same thing. To be honest the top tier strain I got is kinda jank for what I paid. Thought I found a new spot but I was sadly mistaken.

wow they got the name right, you'll need a pocket full of emeralds to get any meds here. 35 a gram? hey guys find a location with cheaper rent, your bud isnt worth that much money, come on now, same quailty can be had for 10.
