every time I come here the bud tenders on point. Mike was awesome my last visit and made sure I knew about all the deals I could take advantage of.

I came in and decided to take advantage of the 20% off CBD products today. Everything was okay on that end, I live the CBD for life products... But I decided to get a topshelf gram of redhead18 flower while I was there, since I haven't ever tried the flower at H4L. The deli style set up is cool and all but I literally got shorted on my one gram that I purchased. Pretty irritating thing to have happen when I purchase only one single gram. I'll stick to using this place for the CBD products and that's all. Way better flower elsewhere that'll weigh out to what it should.

I'm not from the area but was on my way up to flagstaff today and decided to stop by and see what's up with this place. Working as a Budtender myself, I can really say this place knows what they are doing and the staff is incredible. Nicole helped me out today and was very friendly and helped me find the right CBD product I needed along with some killer Rosin. all around amazing experience from the tour until I walked out. THANK you guys!

Saw these guys pop up on leafly today and decided to give them a shot. Especially with special they are running right now with the free charger and battery. I would like to start off by saying the customer service was a nice break from other delivery services in the area. They were nice and answered a few questions with no hesitation... something other delivery services lack. I ordered 3 of the gorilla glue cartridges for 45 bucks. They got here in the exact time they promised and the guy actually got out of his car even though I was standing there already. Everything about this was professional. Im a budtender for a dispensary and honestly couldn't even get a deal like this on cartridges! thank you guys! I will definitely be back!

I was a new patient at SWC today and am very impressed with the Deep Purple flower I got. I got a gram of the Qrazytrain wax as well and the quality is good. Worth 60? Not so much, but can't complain. I felt welcome and was happy to here I got a free 8th for being FTP. Only DOWNSIDE is my budtender seemed like he was just trying to get people in and out. I get it, you guys get busy, but this is retail and medicine all in one. A little more interaction and maybe at least acting like your open to answer and questions can go a really long way in first impressions. Especially for FTP. I will definitely be back!!

I have a lot to say about my experience today at Emerald Palace. I'll start by saying I came here simply because of your "word to mouth" reputation amongst fellow card holders I know. I decided to stop in as a new patient today and was greeted very professionally by the Receptionist, then given and full rundown on the place and deals available to me. I waited patiently for no more than 3 min and was very impressed by the greeting and the atmosphere of the place. When I got to the budtender's counter is when my experience changed. I started out by asking my budtender about the different vape cartridges they have and he just gave me the most uncomfortable look and didn't say a word. Like I was suppose to know the differences in brand and price here at Emerald. Then he just asked me for my mmj card. (part of their process, but he didn't explain that or even acknowledge I just asked him a question.) I gave him my card. Then I got the same "why are you here" look. No words... So, I proceeded to ask my question again and still as of right now never got my answer... I was so uncomfortable because of this guy I ended up buying an edible I didn't really want, just so I didn't waste anyone's time and make the situation more awkward. Super let down. IF I ever decide to come back I will not go to his counter. The edible was really good though!

I was a first time patient. These guys replied quickly and didn't waste anytime getting to me. Whole process took about 25 min. As for product, I got the guerilla glue, it was decent. It was not their top shelf so I didn't expect anything special. But the buds were fresh and stinky. Thank you guys!

I contacted another delivery service but they were out of range and they told me to try Goodfellas. Sure glad I did. They responded right away... took my order and the delivery guy was here in 20 min. The whole process took 30 min which is great compared to competitors out there. I got 2 grams of the girlscout cookies shatter and this stuff is like glass. True shatter. To top it all off they matched the price of the delivery service I originally contacted. Great service!

I was skeptical at first, being a newer deliver place... but as soon as they texted me back I felt at ease. They made the whole process super easy and delivered to me about 25 min after the initial text. So the first part of the delivery was great! Once my meds arrived I was extremely pleased. Not only was their customer service amazing but the Girl Scout Cookies buds were the best I have seen in a long while. Dense, frosty, flavorful nugs 5 grams for $70 of super top shelf meds. Thanks again! definitely one of my top 5 places!
