Curaleaf - Gilbert

I’ve been to pretty much all the dispensaries in the Mesa/ Gilbert area, as well as some in the Phoenix and Tempe area. And I can tell you this is my absolute favorite dispensary. The only thing that would make it better is if they had longer hours. For someone with very severe social anxiety, the budtenders here always know how to calm me down and make me feel at home. They’re so warm and welcoming every time and form a personal bond that makes me excited to go back. And don’t even get me started on the weed. Oh my god the quality of their flower is always on point 👌🏼 Just from that alone is enough for me to drive 30 minutes out of my way and pass 2 other dispensaries just to come here. I’ll just leave it at that. Emerald is the best. Ok bye. Smoke the good kush.

Out of the various dispensaries I have visited this is it far my favorite. Best experience thus far from the moment I entered the doors. I'll definitely be returning to rack up some more points.

Went into Emerald for the first time in months and wow have I been missing out. I prefer to smoke flower and I was very impressed by the quality, taste, and freshness of the strains I picked up. Highly recommend this place if you like flower because they have over 20 plus strains to choose from. Tranica, my budtender, was very helpful & informative. She showed me some really dank buds. Will be back soon.

Been callin this place since 8 am to check on my card. They say they open at 8 yet no one is answering phones for patients.

Very happy. Comfortable, safe and discrete location with outstanding customer service. You want a selection (and who doesn't?), this is your place! One look at their menu and you know that these people are serious and they care about their customers. Prices are comparable but the quality is way up there. I will drive past other dispensaries to visit Emerald Palace again. No question about it!

place is a joke since curaleaf took over. Ordered online and when I came in the guy who runs the counter with the beard set me up as a walk in so I had to wait. The reason for me doing it on Leafly was cause I had to pick up someone and usually you dont have to wait in the line with walk- ins First time I went they were rude as well. The bearded guy seems clueless.

the place was cool and bartender was awesome but the manager was a real jerk they were out of the shatter I came for and what they had instead was 5 dollars more and I was 1 dollar short so bartender said he would ask his manager if he could discount 1 dollar and he told him no and made me go get a dollar wow never had that happen before don't know if I will go back

So I'll tell you why the horrible review. I've been coming here for a few years and enjoy the products, I really do. The prices however are steep. Today was the second time I've had this rude girl as my register, same girl. I don't know if she has a problem with me or just hates her job, she "threw" the concentrates at me as they slid across the counter, my first time with her it was her attitude, she was rushing me and when I asked questions I got short, uninterested responses.. Same thing again from the same girl. She also didn't give me my 10% concentrate discount on top of that I went home and weighed my gram of agent orange crumble which came out to .7 which is now making me question to even go back. I'm not one to complain not get anybody in trouble but seriously.. I shouldn't have to go through this. Later.

The menu was wrong, I was treated poorly, and my meds were seedy.

I made my first trip to this location on Tuesday. Today was my second trip. Less than 3 minutes to be helped each time. The service was great. Very knowledgeable sales folks. They were able to answer all my questions and help me choose what was best for me.

I’ve been to 3 curaleaf locations because of their deals online and every time I have gone they are out of everything they advertised for. At this particular location, the staff was extremely unpleasant.

Hi i came in today at exactly 7:03 pm and i had ordered a full oz for $90... todays deal...... when i opened my bag just now i have only 14 individually wrapped grams so i am out of a HALF OZ and drove really far to get this... it was the only half oz left of sb angel in the store like im really unhappy that im missing what i paid for and will have to drive back in the morning because of the mistake.. i have a video to also prove that im missing the half oz of “sweet black angel” and the receipt that shows everything Im really hoping this can be resolved, i come here all the time and this isnt the first time this has happened

I've been going to this dispensary on a regular basis and overall have been satisfied. The flower has all been good however I recently purchased half oz of lemon og and although I loved the effects of this strain , very sedating , I was not happy to have found 3 seeds so far . I also noticed after only 2 days a top shelf strain was now moved down to the next tier. I understand u run specials and things but it was a brand new top shelf strain Wednesday and Friday it's 1 tier down ? The gal that usually helps me is very nice but has never gone out if her way to tell me much about the strains I always have to ask a lot of questions where the other places are very proactive in providing info and ensuring I'm educated and informed. I do enjoy the edibles but also found potency to vary greatly. I bought a few cookies on sale and they felt weak , in fact I ate half a cookie one night and forgot I even ate it due to no effect. I'll still return but have seen a few things thst kinda made me question this shop at times

I came in for the free pre role, if I wore a star wars shirt. I searched high and low, looking for a starwars shirt and all stores were sold out! I decided to have a little fun with it and make my own star wars shirt! When I went to emerald I was met with a rude budtender that told me to stop cutting corners and that he wasn't going to honor the free pre roll. He was rude, standoffish, and really brought down my great mood. Where is the love ?!?!? I went to three other dispensaries and was met with laughs and good conversation when they read the shirt! They all honored thier deal and gave me a free pre role UNLIKE EMERALD. Its a shame that this man is bringing down emeralds normally stellar reputation. I will not be coming back unfortunately.

I came to this dispensary with prior hesitation as I have heard negative and somewhat positive things about emerald.. With my own experiences I can tell you the front desk help is as friendly as it gets in there. I was excited as a new patient trying to get the BOGO deal for 7 grams, when I notified my budtender of this he states very rudely “ we don’t do that here, we sell BOGO quarters”, then I ask him (which I already knew) “a quarter is 7 grams, right?” And he goes on to tell me how I can’t call a quarter 7 grams.. The whole situation was very confusing and my budtender had a crappy look on his face the moment I stepped up.. sadly this will be the last visit from me, this just goes to show “Love” and “Care” for patients is not valued at emerald..😞

places like this that price gouge medical patients for mediocre meds should be ashamed of themselves. The price is a direct result of mindset for the industry. Tell me how there are so many dispensaries in the valley and the price on these realistically mid quality flowers keeps getting more expensive? How can people be expected to take a naturalist route if everyone is charging more for a gram of flower and concentrate than for a gram of gold?

Nice store, terrible parking and discreet location. Staff are mediocre and products are just okay. Overall experience, average and satisfactory. Thanks for not being pushy and rude. 🇺🇸🤙🏽😎

The wait times seem to be long on Fridays, especially when they have additional deals on top of their daily deals. I preorder every time I go, usually my name is being called before I can finish withdrawing money from the ATM. Monday is my favorite daily deal w/ a BOGO 8th on Aeriz flower. I preorder as soon as I get the message announcing the deal and it’s ready within 15-30 minutes, or when I come and get it after work.

Ahhhh, I completely understand why my budtender told me to stay away from Leafly and use their website instead. If I had this many bad reviews I'd be doing the same thing. To be honest the top tier strain I got is kinda jank for what I paid. Thought I found a new spot but I was sadly mistaken.

The first time I went here was just awesome and every visit since then.. The most upbeat, educational place ever. They have so many special, senior discounts and points to boot.. I am really grateful to find a dispensary that offers so much .... Well done guys
