Electric Lettuce - Tigard

The place is nice. The staff friendly. But 30 bucks for 2 grams or 18 for a preroll is a joke. Overpriced for what I got. And often they talk u into a strain that isn't on the menu and then u find out its 17 a gram....

Came in for a couple oil carts for my roommate and I, and a new battery to use as a backup. Ended up getting Golden carts and a Select Battery. I asked several times if they worked together and was told yes. Guess what, they don't. Golden carts only work with Golden batteries. I went back and tried to exchange the Golden carts for one that did work with the Select battery and the other batteries I have at home (o.pen vape), they wouldn't exchange them because the carts "aren't defective". They weren't going to exchange anything. I had to get the manager and argue that this wasn't my mistake since they said they products would work together. They finally exchanged the Select battery for a Golden battery at the same cost. (The Golden battery is $5 more). If I hadn't had to argue just to get them to do this, I might have given 3 stars. Ideally, they should have let me exchange the Golden carts for carts that work with my other batteries. Now my roommate and I have to share a battery until we get carts that work with our other batteries. If they told me the Golden carts wouldn't work with the Select battery, I would understand their hesitation. However, since this was their mistake, they should have handled this differently. Will not be going back.

friendly laid back bunch and a great waiting room but you certainly pay for it. very spendy compared to other shops in the area.

I've been living in the area for a few months and this is still my favorite shop. It feels like what I would expect a shop to be. Very clearly presented product, lots of natural light, and a very laid back atmosphere. The quality of the product I've gotten here has been consistently good with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff have been welcoming and helpful every time I have visited and it is/will be the first shop I take friends to when they visit from other states.

I always ask for my rewards to be put on for a purchase but every time the shop is busy, it never gets put on my account. This is a recurring issue. This location needs better training on how to market rewards program as it should be mentioned with every customer even if the location is busy . Great people, great service. I’m not a complainer, this needs fixed and isn’t the first time I have brought it to attention.

They had a decent blue dream that the bud tender was really pushing on me. It was going well untethered told me it was 17$a gram WHAT!!! I asked about pre rolls he said 18$ WHAT!!! Then he said he would do me a favor and sell me the gram for 17$ and give me a paper for free. That's a deal. I left. I will not be returning to this location.

This is the best dispensary ever!! I love the service and everyone is so nice!! Eric's customer service is always phenomenal!

The only place I go, it's the one stop shop. You tell Eric that works there a little bit about what you want/like and he'll grab the perfect weed for you off the shelf right away. They have a super high quality indicas, sativas, and hybrids and he won't try to sell you on just the most expensive stuff, but give you the what's what on all your options and point out the best way to go for your price range. They take their time here and you don't feel rushed if you wanna open up all the jars and check everything out. This place is like a candy store

Great place to visit with a knowledgeable , friendly staff. The location is roomy , product well displayed and intuitively listed. The only location of 3 I have visited where the product & prices just keep getting better.

Really great place! Sam Schoeny was our budtender tonight, he was very informative and friendly and he definitely made our first time in super great! Also, the the lady at the front desk was lovely too! :)

Been hitting the Herbary for a while now. Love the people there, Jennifer, Eric, Katie are all great! Their selection is always on point. New hours are really convenient. Tell all my friends about this dispensary!

I like this dispensary going to go to Katie and Brandon are great budtenders very knowledgeable very happy go lucky types alway with a smile on their faces and they you'll walk out with one after every visit. P.S. you'll have to check out the owners daughter bath bombs but Lady loves him better than the ones at the mall. 👍🏾👍🏾

The budtender was really distracted the whole time. Flower was pretty good, but the service was just really weird. Great vibey shop though, I feel like if I had a different budtender I would've been a better experience.

I just called in and spoke with Lindsay.. I asked if they have pre rolls for sale and what they range from.. Lindsay's answer was, "I don't know but you could find that out online.. No customer service skills and rude.. I won't be going there.

I thought it looked scatchy at 1st but to my surprise it was welcoming experience. A lady name Farrah was knowledgeable and listened to me not tried to a special on me . That was Cool and i appreciate that.

All the bud was fire but $52 for an 8th... I don't think so. The CDC has my business.

I was just amazed with the friendly, helpful staff and quality product at the Herbary. I stopped in on a whim one day the check it out and ended up leaving with a whole bunch of goodies. They have a great selection with something for everyone at a decent price. It was easy and welcoming and they really cater to the customer.
