understaffed, nothing like waiting fifteen minutes in the waiting room only to find you get to wait another fifteen once you get through the door. then you're treated with short answers and less than friendly service. there's a lot of dispenseries out there with more to come, gotta do better than this to stand out.

it will be stores like this that will create problems with our med/rec regulations, to charge outrageous prices for med patients and distributing inferior products. STAY AWAY. ANYONE CHALLENGING THIS REVIEW SHOULD GO THERE AS A PATIENT/CUSTOMER. Watch for future "positive reviews" they will likely be from employees or owners.

One of the finest shops in Tigard, a bit high priced, but if you appreciate quality you will find it here at the Herbary! Friendly, knowledgeable budtenders to point you in the right direction as to what you might be looking for. Oh, and if it's your birthday 🎉 do let them know! 😊👍🏾

This is the best dispensary in the area, hands down. I've been to several others and I knew the second I walked into The Herbary this was going to be my new spot! It's beautiful, professional and they had great product for reasonable prices. Katie helped me, she took the time to show me her favorite strains (Catholic Schoolgirl is my new fave!) and answer all my questions about the edibles. Great experience, I'll be back!!

I am a medical patient and have had my card for awhile now so i know what to expect even from new dispensaries. The prices were very high. There are a few places up the street that are almost 3 times in prices. The quality wasnt the worst I have seen but for the price they are asking its not worth it. I walked out without buying anything and i doubt ill come in again.

For the first time, I was searching for a dispensary. I mainly wanted to try CBD for my anxiety triggered by PTSD and depression. I went to 3 dispensaries before The Herbary. They were nice. The staff showed me some products and explained some things. I walked out of all 3 doubtful. I decided to go to one more. The Herbary. I met Clarissa. I just said to her that I was curious to try an only CBD product. Clarissa was able to share her extensive knowledge and compared other clients experience with CBD with a small amount of THC. She shared more knowledge with me as well. My experience was great! I would never go to any other dispensary since I am confident I will be advised professionally as Clarissa did. Thanks Clarissa!! You were right and are great at what you do :)

I went in yesterday and there was a long wait. When I got back there I noticed there was only one bud tender and everyone was getting impatient. Alex was great and helping an elderly man who was taking a while She was great and was very patient and kind even with 6 plus people back there. it was my first visit and I got the Snoops dream which I highly reccomend and a cool pipe. Place has high prices but great service and quality

My name is Zach. I previously left a 5-star review of this location, but had criticized the prices of their cartridges. I wanted to update the review, because they now have lower priced 1 gram cartridges that are competitive with anyone else in the market. The service is always good and it's easy to share a laugh with the employees, as they are easy going and friendly. I have switched back to The Herbary as my go-to spot for affordable super dank.

The place is nice. The staff friendly. But 30 bucks for 2 grams or 18 for a preroll is a joke. Overpriced for what I got. And often they talk u into a strain that isn't on the menu and then u find out its 17 a gram....

Came in for a couple oil carts for my roommate and I, and a new battery to use as a backup. Ended up getting Golden carts and a Select Battery. I asked several times if they worked together and was told yes. Guess what, they don't. Golden carts only work with Golden batteries. I went back and tried to exchange the Golden carts for one that did work with the Select battery and the other batteries I have at home (o.pen vape), they wouldn't exchange them because the carts "aren't defective". They weren't going to exchange anything. I had to get the manager and argue that this wasn't my mistake since they said they products would work together. They finally exchanged the Select battery for a Golden battery at the same cost. (The Golden battery is $5 more). If I hadn't had to argue just to get them to do this, I might have given 3 stars. Ideally, they should have let me exchange the Golden carts for carts that work with my other batteries. Now my roommate and I have to share a battery until we get carts that work with our other batteries. If they told me the Golden carts wouldn't work with the Select battery, I would understand their hesitation. However, since this was their mistake, they should have handled this differently. Will not be going back.

friendly laid back bunch and a great waiting room but you certainly pay for it. very spendy compared to other shops in the area.

Nicest dispensary I've been too. Prices are the most I've ever paid though. I'd come back if they had a strain I wanted to try, but for everyday weed I'd have to buy cheaper from elsewhere.
