On 2/27 at around 5:40pm I visited Earth's Healing North. I visit pretty regularly, so my review will reflect my experience today and as a whole.
First, they still have not addressed the issue of only having one person checking customers in. This shows either ignorance to the feedback of their customers or disinterest in improving customer experience. Personally, neither explanation is something I am willing to tolerate as a customer with choice in my dispensaries. The check-in podium is next to the front door. If three or more customers arrive within close proximity of each other, the third person is made to wait outside. That's right, rather than easily switch the positions of the ATMs and the check-in podium to allow for more waiting room indoors and easier access to the queues, they would rather make you wait outside. To me, that doesn't sound like a business that cares about customer experience.
Second, they still have not addressed that online medical patients and recreational users should be served equally by the budtenders at the "Online Pick-Up" stand. Medical patients with online orders are not routinely serviced by the people in the "Online Pick-Up" booth. I have seen them serve 10+ recreational users before an online patient is called to the back. You read that right, medical patients that place online orders have to go to the back-the same place where the walk-ins go. The only benefit to medical patients ordering online, other than reserving product, is that there is a slight chance there will be fewer medical patients than walk-ins. Otherwise, there is no benefit to medical patients ordering online. The only thing Earth's Healing has done to address this issue is give certain (random?) patients laminated cards that indicate how long they've waited. It doesn't matter if I only wait 5-10 minutes when a recreational patient who came in after me is serviced before me. That's just disrespectful of my time and gives priority to recreational users. Is it because recreational users pay 10% more than medical patients?
Third, even if they don't regularly take online medical patients at the "Online Pick-Up" booth, the budtenders serving that booth should be taking online medical patients when there is no one in the recreational online line. I should not have to wait, like I did today, for the budtender to get off her phone. If she is so oblivious that she did not recognize me waiting in the online medical line, then she needs training. If she did notice me and decided to go on her phone rather than serve me as the customer, than I expect even more training. As a matter of fact, the female budtender never acknowledged my presence. After waiting for her to realize that I was waiting, I finally asked the receptionist "Can't these people help me?" to which he said "They can". So why wasn't she? I had to wait for the male budtender at the booth to finish with a customer and reset before he called me over to the booth. The female budtender remained on her phone. It doesn't matter whether I was waiting for 1 minute or 50 minutes, if there are customers waiting to be served, I believe she has an obligation to serve them rather than be on her phone.
There are other issues, but my review is long enough. I cannot recommend this dispensary to anyone who values their own time and hopes to have a good customer experience. I, personally, have had just about enough of Earth's Healing North disrespectfully wasting my time.

There is no excuse for trying to sell an RSO which has 0% THC in it. This is the new scam which is so common among local dispensaries with people across the counter merely shrugging at your concern. In some cases the RSO products showcased lack THC concentration. This sad State of affairs is indicative of an industrial failure to produce a quality product. For a dispensary to get three or four stars in the quality of products category, you should see a variety of RSO offerings which have the THC concentration clearly labeled. I came to the this site because the one where I normally went was rated lower and gave me the same shenanigans. So I don't mean to pick on Earth's healing North but I would encourage it to distinguish itself from this mediocrity.
