Earth's Healing North

Look at the 3 reviews after mine they state nothing about which products they purchased or they dont say anything about the quality of product they purchased they pay a couple of their employees to leave fake reviews saying earth's healing is so great or the best but where are the real reviews like earth's healings "stuff" since its not really meds helped my condition. There are none because they dont exist this place is an over priced "for profit" dispensary they know nothing about the stuff they are selling they just want to make money off you because believe me when I say if someone were as impressed with EARTHS HEALING NORTH they would leave a real review and talk about specific things like I did ....I recieved bad information from the staff...I received shake for the flower I purchased and after smoking the shake I got dry mouth and a headache no medical relief at all...I tried the 9lb hammer and the super glue again leaving on a positive note the people are friendly and polite ....

If the $100 Oz and $70 half oz continues to be this shaky I’m not coming here anymore. Seems like they’re just selling trim and calling premium. Sell it as shake since that’s all it is.

this location has decent flower but when it comes to answering the phone they never pick up it's really irritating like I'm not always trying to drive out there just to find out that they don't have what I want.

So glad they opened another location on North side. These guys have awesome prices but still give you fresh premium grade herb. We just need one more location on Eastside and we'll be set!

Brand new beautiful dispensary! They are open and are offering new patient specials to everyone! With over 50+ supreme strains their is no better place!

Sold me my medicine and then took it back and said I was over my limit. First time ever happening in 5 years.

Been going to this location but today the service was unacceptable. I placed an online order 2 hrs before arrival was told be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrive there are about 6 people inside already. Everyone is helped that was already there + 4 people who walked in after me were helped. Once my name is called they are not aware I already placed an order, then once the order is found it was wrong...what's the point of an phone order if you are placed at the back of the window line where people are making window orders and still deciding what they want....

I have to come to this location a couple times now and it’s always impressed me. Great atmosphere, great customer service and best of all always a great product. Definitely the location to go!!! P.S. tax is included in prices so what you see is what you pay!!!!

Becoming very disappointed in the customer service lately. Have been in the medical line and have watched Several recreational patients get out before me. Seems to continue to happen

I avoid Earth's Healing ever since I was threatened and price gouged in the massive unsafe 50+ person crowds in their stores during the mayor's mandated citywide shutdown. I placed my online order and waited an hour in line watching them turn down elderly patients when they couldn't pay the 25% increase as they price gouged medical patients. By the time I picked up my order, the incompetent budtender couldn't understand which website I ordered from or why they called me in, so he lost his cool on me. I explained to him I'm a customer, and he then began to threaten me in front of 2 employees and 10 patients in the lobby who all agreed I did nothing wrong. Now I takey my business elsewhere and support businesses who don't employ unprofessional thugs who price gouge and then assault veterans because they are incompetent. Go anywhere else. This place is complete trash people, process, and product. Their employees all suck.

Beautifully designed waiting room nicer and more professional-looking than any doctor office I've been to. Staff is friendly, no-pressure, and most importantly (to a weed rookie like myself knowledgeable. After a bit of hit and miss my budtender and I found the right type and dosage to keep my muscle spasms at bay. 17 years with doctors across the country, and I'm feeling healthier after two months at Earth's Healing than I have before. Plus, with the daily deals, I couldn't recommend this place more.

Where do I start. Too bad you can't put zero stars. That's what they deserve. How about this, this dispensary is garbage. All around. They raised their medical prices through the roof so they can have recreational. It's a choice with dispensary. It's completely up to them how they want to handle this and they decided to be greedy and raise all prices, take away Daily deals and raised our taxes even though taxes did not go up. They set up All sorts of smoking mirrors but trust me this company is greedy. It doesn't do this for the right reasons. They act like legal drug deals. No service. You don't like it too bad. They have zero customer service. I mean zero. I spend 6k plus a year for medication and I called over and over again to speak to someone about some of my concerns. Every time I was told they have no managers and no one to speak to. They drilled me about what I wanted to talk to someone and basically told me to F off and there is nothing they can do for me. I email headquarters and no response at all. I am not a kid and I own business and have been around the block. This company is a joke. Their prices are way off. Too high. Lol. If I was an owner of this company I would fire all of you. I can't believe the owners think this type of behavior is ok and ethical. If I heard one of my employees talk to a customer like they did to me they would be fired on the spot without me hearing your lame ass excuse. I'm taking my business else where.

What good is a Call in order and confirmation number if it’s not even ready doesn’t even make sense. Literally every other dispensary is better

flower can be hit or miss. microseeded flower is common. and turn on your phones. no excuses. if you cant handle phone calls you're in the wrong business and shouldnt be in retail.

Buyer beware, their cartridges don’t work on some batteries and they don’t tell their customers before they purchase them, then they will refuse to exchange or refund you.

SMELL YOUR “PREMIUM” PREPACKS AT THE STORE OR THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND OFFER A 20% DISCOUNT FOR YOUR NEXT TRASH 1/2 - Long time customer, always buy “premium” 1/2s and “premium” 1/8s - I received a stale 1/2 for $70. IF I wanted to buy trash weed I’d be buying your ounce not your “PREMIUM” Money is dumb tight right now and they have the audacity to pull this and say “buy another” INSULTING

the medication in flower was good ... but shatter ghost train haze had a very very strong tea tree oil scent and taste ..ruinned the medication. 😟 no potency. at all fr.... Idk what I smoke pure chemical
