I got 2 eighths one high grade wedding cake x kush mintz and tierra grow gelato. The high grade was bomb but this gelato is not top shelf 50 an eighth flower. I started to break a bud up and after it stabbed my finger with the thorns it has inside all the tree just fell off into dust and I want nothing to do more than to jump up and down ans yell at the top of my lungs. first the corona craps then this recreational craps you have ruined the great peaceful life I had last year amd now i just feel ripped off everytime I get my medicine. I understand you guys are all foimg prepack because of covid but if you're going to do that be straight up about what level flower you are selling this ia the 26 dollar bullshit

Rather it's (Mohave) or (high Grade) it doesn't really matter, You guys have these misleading percentages then when you try the product it's Disappointing the "Growers" from these Companies have no idea what Flower is to Smell nor breakdown to,there is Absolutely no potency or texture in the product on your Shelf! You guys need to reevaluate Your Flower because for 48/58 dollars a 3.5 for mediocre flower No thanks FLOWER IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE STICKY,AND HARDLY A SMELL ...IT'S SUPPOSE TO BE DENSE AND SMELL PLENTYFUL SMH premium flower yea..Right

The only way to get fast service is to order online or on the phone. They do not answer the phone 95% of the time. I've been coming here for so long the staff used to ask about my children and now you are no more to them than the money in your wallet. From inconsistent information to conflicting menus online to complete incompetence in some of the staff. Breaks my heart but I won't be returning here in the future.

Very poor quality product. The "top shelf" medicine is the lowest quality I've seen around Tucson. While I was there another customer was returning his order because the flower tasted like chemicals and made him feel weird. He said he was a long time user, Headband was one of his favorite strains and it tasted and made him feel terrible. I bought a gram of "top shelf" indica, and it was barely decent. The sales clerk was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor by helping me. The only thing I would come back here for is the low price 8th's, if you want something high quality, better off going somewhere else. BTW: the only reason there is so many good reviews is because they offer a free preroll for a review.

It’s almost impossible to reach this location by phone. And if you are able to reach them by phone, Do not have them placed you on hold. Because they will forget about you and leave you sitting there. Until hang up and call back.

A customer was being allowed to harass me while two security guards were present he bumped me aggressively twice and when I asked him to stop he made fun of me loudly and the indoor security joined and said people need to stop being shitty. I kindly asked the gentleman to refrain from touching me due to PTSD. The security is unprofessional and not secure at all.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND..aftering giving this place a SECOND CHANCE!!. I placed an online order at 10am I live clear across town but work close to north location. Drove to location after work at 11am. I drove to North E.H. and was told over phone orders are taking 2 and half hours. I asked security to check my order after order past 2 hours and 45 mins had past (I had got there an hour prior to the 2 hour 45 min window) only to be told its gonna be 3 hours. But why? EVERYTHING I ordered was PRE PACKAGED! People getting there stated their ordertook 45 mins from time on confirmation. So 3 hours after ordering while waiting i get a call the order was unfillable due to not having my item ordered at 10AM! I received a call at 3 hours and 15 minutes AFTER the order was placed to be told all the items I ordered $340 worth of items were not available anymore! So you know I ordered from THEIR website. like that wasn't bad enough the security guard had clipboard syndrome and canceled my order because my conversation was to loud and he was listening while I question the girl on the phone why is it not available when I ordered at 10 a.m. and barely getting the call! I never once cussed at anyone I was loud because I was outside. The woman on the phone said she would fill my order but due to security getting involved for NO apparent reason they cancelled my order! needless to say I left with absolutely no order at all! I will never order from this company again NEVER AGAIN! The quality isn't worth the wait and the short semi bald security had clip board syndrome issues which the company clearly believes! He had the nerve to tell me under his breath "I wish I could slap your bitch ass" .

I walked in before at least five or six people gave them my card and they forgot me and on previous visits weren't that great either. The just refuse to give you your points at the register. They just make the whole process of getting the medicine .place is a joke

THE CALL CENTER SUCKSSSSS: I called in and spoke to Morgan, I placed an order at 6:13pm, I drove from the far Northwest side. When I was 10 min away, I realized I haven’t got a confirmation text. So I called back and spoke to to Morgan who placed me on a 6 min hold. By this time, I’m sitting out front and she confirms I spoke to her when placing my order and she, “doesn’t know where my order went”, placed me a “new” order and told me, “it would be 15-20 min”. I called back and asked for “the person in charge” and I was told, “ she left at 5pm”. I am really disappointed in the lack of accountability. After I went in, the guys said I spoke to someone at the call center. Product, service and atmosphere is 5 star. Call center 0!

It’s really annoying placing an order, receiving the text, then show up and they try to upsell your shit. Then when you ask about using a certain deal they say they ran out?????? Then why did I get a confirmation in the first place!? They will do anything to make sure you’re paying them big bucks. It’s annoying. How come they never honor their deals?? Earths SOUTH would never !!
