Curaleaf - Reisterstown

The last two times I took the plunge and drove 45 minutes one way to your store, I couldn’t be happier. It’s harder and harder to protect yourself from sub par flower these days because you can’t see or smell the 8ths. I appreciate the sample bud you guys put out so I can see the basic characteristics of the flower, but the 8ths or quarters aren’t always trimmed or sized the same. I have been burned at your store with some bunk in the past, but hopefully we can continue as we have for the last few months. The Sweeties, Triangle Kush, and Afghani were all very good. Found some small under-developed seeds, but I find the exact same thing in Verano regularly, and there were only a few. Jared helped me again this time and again he was very attentive and interested in helping me. He gives great, honest advice. I don’t always get this treatment by budtenders. They either try to get way too scientific, or don’t know thing one about terpenes. Jared is a good one, and I can tell he is an empathetic and fair person. Again, very happy to drive an hour and a half for the product and experience I received. Keep things the way they are and you have my business.

Really enjoyed my visit. They had exactly what I saw online and at a great price because of their Wednesday special. My budtender Montrez did a great job assisting me and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

So convenient to buy here. Of all the dispensaries I've been to in Maryland, over 20, Curaleaf Reisterstown is the easiest with their drive through. Just place your order on Leafly or their own website, wait for confirmation, and go. I'm a 50 year weed smoker. Nice selection of weed, something for everyone. Knowledgeable budtenders if you decide to go inside.

the Customer Service is Awesome, Security and All!

Been here a forever. This is definitely a place I’d call home. Carla. Chris Ed. Jasmine Khalid garret lisa Danielle . So many other names even down to security are super friendly and super educated when it comes down to medical marijuana and how to relieve issues. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone. After leaving I feel like a weight as lifted. Always have new products and Rso droppers for the low. Definitely can tell this is a family oriented dispensary and the diversity there is amazing. Please don’t ever change.

The people were very nice and informative about that products there and gave me good information when go in for my first time. All the staff was lovely

The place is a tad high priced. Once in a while the sizes are on the small side, but they are extremely knowledgable, exceptionally caring and helpful. A bit hard to hear especially cause of the mask and distance from the tender. Both definitely check out. Especially the newbies. They will totally lead you out of the dark.

Its ok service great some days could be better then others it could be a busy day.

Waiting area was a little small but the staff and product was fantastic. Chuck helped me pick out some concentrates and made my transaction smooth.

The workers here care. They know the product and know their people. I have always received top notch assistance without worrying about being pushed the pricier products. I’d rather make the commute past two other local dispensaries just to get the service they provide at Curaleaf Reisterstown.

This place is awesome. I come here every chance I get. Definitely a return customer.

I love their product and their prices. It takes a lllloooonnnnngggg time to check out here. Double or triple the time of other dispensaries. Also, since the pandemic, it’s basically impossible to get any product support. You’re separated by six feet and a plexiglass barrier with masks. You can’t hear them or get any advice. Instead of helping us, it’s basically just a grocery checkout. Wasted a lot of money getting stuff I couldn’t use because there isn’t customer service anymore.

I loved my experience here. Carla was the budtender that helped my wife and I. she was very educated and uplifting.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dispensary not only because of the friendliness but because these two knew their stuff. The gentleman, Thomas, was a pleasant individual. In the past several times that I have visited Curaleaf, my experience with quality and service have been outstanding! I can't comment on the atmosphere because I have always been satisfied with their drive-thru services. I will definitely be returning.

My girlfriend and I arrived for a pre order and was greeted by the most friendly young lady by the name of Angel. She was extremely helpful and fast. I wanted to tip her for her amazing service but she reminded me of policy not to accept gratuity so I hope you reward her for her service as she will be the reason I return soon!

As a “first timer” I was in need of assistance! From the guard at the door, to the receptionist and then to my bud tender, Jared..this was a great experience. Jared was so knowledgeable and really cool to talk to. They had stock of what I wanted and I was in and out in no time! I can’t speak enough about how positive my experience was at Curaleaf Reisterstown and they will definitely be my go to dispensary.

Wanted to tip Cody for helping me with my first visit but was told that wasn't allowed, hopefully management will change that. All staff was super friendly and welcoming and deserves tips. Thank you for dark star tangie cart, it's hitting the spot!
