Curaleaf - Reisterstown

am a very patient man and am in no way a complainer but this one takes the Cake (pun intended). I stopped by here this afternoon. I have spent well over a thousand bucks here in the past 2 months to be told I have no reward points. I tought it was odd that the system was ALWAYS "down." when I purchased here. Red Flag 1!! So for the 2nd time I have received the wrong product. I asked for Sunrock shatter and received actual Sunrock Meritage which was cool cause I learned about true sunrocks. But this time not so much. I specifically asked for Wedding Cake shatter and got home to Galactic Jack in my bag and on my receipt. Get ur head outta ur rear. I will never step foot in this Joke of a dispensary again. thanks for nothing. how would u feel if ur doc filled the wrong script for u? Tragic that this place is falling apart. What a waste of time and money. never again curaleaf, never again. I am probably going to stop buying curaleaf product all together. What a shame...

Every time I go there they never have what's listed on the screen, and not to mention don't order online either products are never available and the budtender have an attitude with me the patient,will not waste my time going to Curaleaf unless it's for emergencies only this place has gone down and the flower is always dry. I'll stick to the place in Pikesville .

It's the closest dispensary to me proximity wise, and I can't remember the last time I went. I usually go for emergency runs of some cheap flower. Their flower tends to be on the dry side, and their selection is not all that expansive. They don't really have good sales either. The waiting room can get a bit cramped as well. Room for improvement.

Quality has gone down and prices have gone up...

This dispensary used to have some great deals but as of 5/26/2021 they are no longer worth visiting. They removed the only sale worthwhile there. ⚠️Quarter of the day is gone⚠️ Not sure if they are aware that we’re medical patients but milking us for all our money isn’t right, this isn’t insulin.

This is my go to dispensery. Great prices, deals and customer service. The waiting area can get a little tight sometimes, but it's handled well. Stop by and check them out.

I happened to stumble upon this place because it was next to the repair shop where my car was being serviced. I’m glad I did. I was able to get everything I needed without having to make an extra stop, which for me is critical. At any rate, the service was excellent, the products were/are awesome and the sale that they had was phenomenal! If you are in the area, I strongly suggest stopping thru. They’ll treat you very well.

Ive been to this dispensary when it first opened and now that its rec these budtenders are completely rude farmen was nice but my initial budtender light skin young lady with color dreads completely rude..she was my budtender and when i started askin questions about products her attitude got nasty and she just completely left and next thing i know mr farmen had to help..when she returned from running in the back i asked what happened in which she replied with another ignorant comment..plz remind these budtender especially the NEWER 1’s their job is to help medical patients

worst dispensary so far. pre-ordering is pointless. I ordered 4 items and got notified they were ready for pickup. 2 hours later as I'm omw there, guy calls to say 2 items are no longer in stock. I said if I knew that ahead of time, I wouldnt have bothered coming. I explain this is extra annoying since I'm already on the way and about to get stuck paying the toll. I asked him what the point of confirming my order was. he said "it's been a busy day" and the call drops. I call back, a girl answers, takes my name and confirms they will still have my other 2 items. big surprise, I arrive and fill out the new patient paperwork and wait a while until they finally tell me "we thought you weren't coming for them" and I'm just out of luck. I left with nothing. I wasted about 2 hours and paid 2 tolls for no reason at all. funny enough the customer in front of me had also left empty handed saying "when I called they said concentrates were on sale today but now I'm here and they arent." ..... seems like the employees just have fun wasting everyone's time. this was my first time, I bought nothing and will never go to any curaleaf location again. y'all should be ashamed of that place, for real.

Came in this passed Saturday to be helpd by Angel. Very sweet and kind and she recommended something to help me sleep. I'm very new at this dispensary life and sooo not used to it. She helped me feel at EASE!!!! I don't want to smoke because I cough so much. She gave me some sour edibles and taffy now that I LOVE!!! Thank you Curaleaf. Whole team was lovely. Very pretty inside. First time back since the pandemic started. All other dispensaries make it so stressful to shop. Others give no info!! They want you in & out. Not here. They make sure it doesn't feel like we are in the middle of a pandemic. So much help. Thank you Cura.

I love coming here and have been for the last year faithfully due to the customer service but recently they stopped doing deals which is heartbreaking so I have to unfortunately find a new location it’s been a great year

Does all of your “premium flower” have seeds? I found 7 in the 1/4 I got.

Was having a problem ordering some flower. Since it’s 40 minutes away I didn’t want to get there and hear “we just sold out of ...”. Called and spoke with Melissa who looked up what I was looking for and said they had 1 left. She asked if she can put me on hold so she could put her eyes on it and save it for me. Came back and told me I was all set. Kudos to Melissa.

I visited today, and was delightfully surprised by the improvement: the staff was super-friendly, efficient procedures kept the wait times short, there was a nice selection of balanced CBD/THC products, and the sale prices (such as 2 for 1 deals on Rhythm and Curaleaf cartridges and disposables, including the highly flavorable and economical Curaleaf slims) are unbeatable. Couple that with ample parking and acceptance of CanPay debit for non-cash transactions, and you have a dispensary that appears to be on the rise. Tip: ask to be placed on their daily text messaging list, which regularly features great unadvertised bargains and discounts.

I absolutely love everyone of the staff members! They are very knowledgeable about what will help with my needs. Everyone from the guards to the workers, had an amazing sense of humor.

Close for redistrrstown. Good price for average thc weed. Like to see more higher thc in flower come through. Went to few locations towards Baltimore and the variety they had in just flower was huge. All ranges of thc. Deal on certain ones for reasonable ounce. Like to u carry that over. When I find something I like it would be nice to afford a lot n not come back n not have it. Seen that a lot too. Maybe that’s just my financial situation but u should appeal to all customers. U do have great sales. That yard sale one u had early fall was nice. Staff is great. Helpful. Atmosphere ok. Crowded fast in lil waiting area. Esp with sales. Def worth checking out n returning. Atleast ur close for the Westminster gang. Thanks hugely for that.

They advertise free donuts today I went there and the donuts were gone that’s the only reason why I went I even left work early because I’m fat and I have munchies all the time I very rarely go there because they never have any specials or deals and the flowers are usually sitting there for months sometimes a year so I went today and decided to buy two flowers so that I could go get free donuts but the donuts were gone oh well

I got to this dispensary 10 minutes before they closed and was turned away because they “stop curbside at 7:50” - this isn’t posted anywhere on there storefront or website. I’m going through a really hard time right now and my medicine is one of my saviors. I now have to drive 20 minutes further after driving an hour already just to find product elsewhere. I’ve been a regular customer here for 6 months and will not be returning.
