I believe having a value menu for halfs would be great for business, I see 165 and 180 but no 135 what up with that and why can't you include your tax to make it come out at 165 or 180 not 165 +tax ..your Meds ain't that great trust me I know. .

Tried out their $10 pre-roll Cones, they wound up being very dry ultra ground up shake. The location and building are not the best, their theme is the ultra-secure look, which ends up just being annoying. Their bud tenders dont know anything really, and give you answers like "I really don't know", do me a favor and take off the lab coats too. This place seems like it was trying to impress the State rather than the patients. Foolish. With the med quality the way it is, and the strain selection, I would be surprised if Bloom stays open. Save yourself the trouble.

Overall a very nice facility, friendly staff and some pretty solid meds. However, since my visit, I have received numerous advertising texts on Bloom's behalf from at least 3 different numbers/area codes (replied with STOP, but texts then came from a different number thereafter). I'm no stranger to marketing, but this goes far beyond client maintenance, and shows that Bloom has little regard for privacy or respecting patient information. Kindly remember, Bloom management, that some of us prefer discretion in our health care choices, and while many people have no complications openly using MMJ, in some circles (most notably professional) it is still not accepted despite being legal, so being careless with my information and your communication is unacceptable. Due to this, I will definitely not be returning nor would I recommend Bloom to others.

I order online well in advance...yet I'm standing in this line OUTSIDE...someone tell me why order ahead if you go through instore process ANYWAY?!...very short and bossy no respect as a person... unapologetic I hate this place

security guard was cool both times, that's about it. staff doesn't explain anything even if it's your very first time. bud quality is badddd. you think the deals are solid but the flower is so tasteless it's not worth it. location isn't the greatest. parking is sketchy with the one lane. and again , staff is needing to be more assisting. I had no idea where I was picking up the weed\paying, what the point system was, what all products they offered. cool logo though

Good prices, good enough flower, not great service. No hello, no instructions, or communication when I walked up to the desk. Awkward experience...
The security guards seemed stressed and unable to handle the volume of customers. I had an online order and still had to wait for over 1/2 hour

Flower is pretty bad. I bought a couple of eights Blue Lights and Medicno something. Both left me feeling sick and really out of it. Sorry guys not digging it but best of luck.

Honestly reading these reviews I wonder if most people even know what good Marijuana is, because this place just straight up doesn't have it. Spread your wings and try them all and see how many better places are out there. The system is terrible and the buds have no flavor, it's hay!! I have tried all the dispensaries and there are probably only 4 that are good and this place isn't even close. I am a 20+ year veteran and I got better stuff when I was in high school on the east coast!!
I pulled up at 9:31 and they tell me they’re closed they will not help me I have an online order to pick up and No go what is up with that? Do you close at 10 but you’re kicking people away at 9:30 not cool

used to shop here all the time cause price was great with mediocre flower. but they pretty much just doubled their price and still serve the same crappy flower. not recommended.

I'm upset i usually always buy from Bloom and get good quality and service but yesterday that i went i got a .05g cart and (2) 3.5gs and 3 joints. My first problem was the cart it was already a half empty when I opened it and it's a .05g so clearly i thought maybe they just changed the cartridge size n i ended up measuring it since it was bugging me and i found an old empty Full cart i already had from Bloom and nope it's the right one so I was like okay i guess that's fine n i let it go cause i paid only $22 ,for it then i smoked all 3 joints and an hour or so later nothing happened so i was upset yet again theeeeen when i decided to pull out the flower/bud, there was lots of stems and untrimmed bud n i mean 70% of the "bud" was just sticks and leaves n the fact that i weighed it afterwards i was way more disappointed 😞 n idk in total i paid about $120 n sadly it was all horrible quality this time .

Just recently got my medical card and was very nervous about visiting a dispensary since I am fairly new to this. I chose Bloom randomly and was not disappointed at all! The service was great and the people there are just as amazing and nice. As far as the medication I cant say anything bad. it is top quality and I definitely will be coming here more often!

These packages they give you come from Cali or whatever , their main grow OP and so I went home and weighed my 8th and only had a 3.2g and had 50g weight to check my scale for accuracy, this should never happen from a pharmacy that's like going to get your pain pills and they not FDA require to double count it before giving it to you... it's so easy to get weight right, very disappointed. Shame

A dispensary should smell skunky. Weed smells skunky. What's the shit the dispensary is selling? It doesn't have any lf the dozens of overlapping Cannabis smells or tastes.
In the real world, a grower THROWS HIS CROP IN THE TRASH if he screwed up the smell. Flavor is the most important part of growing produce! No smell, bad taste, why are people buying this useless impostor bud!
I don't get it. Really don't. How dispensaries can grow weed with no/fake terps, and why people are buying it..
NOT ME, its not medicine whe the it taste like grow chemicals or nothing at all! Placebo weed. What a scam of an industry. Selling what is rightfully considered TRASH by northwest growers!

Very limited menu for meds, which were mediocre at best. I have been a patient and grower for some time and you can tell these "meds" are not grown to their full potential. And the pre-rolls taste just like they are just shake and leaves and cant even get medicated. Sorry will not return, much better meds and selection elsewhere in Phx.

I've been to this dispensary three times and have had excellent service from the bud tenders but the meds are hit and miss. My last experience was with the 'White Zombie' strain and it unfortunately had very little therapeutic effect for me. The buds were small and so dry that they literally crushed into powder and created a harsh smoke. Not sure if I'll be going back-the prices they are asking for should guarantee top shelf meds every time.

I loved Bloom & picked up 2oz / month from you. REGULAR PRICE! Since you started selling the Echo everywhere, you have FORGOTTEN ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. You’ve put PROFIT OVER PATIENTS. Every strain I used to get from you is now only in the Echo line (which isn’t in any specials). You went from $25 per 1/8th to $40 per 1/8th. Comes in pretty glass, but it’s not worth it.
Would love to remain a customer, but getting treated more poorly each time, on the 1/8th special days, you’d only sell 14 INDIVIDUAL grams & didn’t tell me the price was for 14 g, each remaining $7.50. That’s not fair. And now ALL the rare or good strains are going straight to Echo. You have forgotten about & mistreated very loyal customers who spend $300-$400/mo.
Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t feel cared for (except by a few employees) or appreciated anymore.
Hoping you read this & think about all of the others who aren’t writing. It feels like you’re giving us the scrap. Future, Kandy, Pineapple Trainwreck, Sherbet, etc... I’m not cheap, but personally didn’t see much difference between the $25 and the $40 per 1/8th. I’m a thrifty connoisseur, as are most in my shoes. Hoping to see some things change back.
