I visited bloom for the first time in mid May, which was about a month after there opening. My initial impression was that they were off to a good start. The staff were all polite, professional & welcoming, and meds were all at least decent.
Over the course of the last few months that I've frequented bloom, it has become very clear that bloom has been significantly declining in overall quality.
Now, The Service is fair-poor, fair if you're lucky; Managers have no self control! Saying whatever they want to patients! A female manager in particular who has an attitude with patients like its her job! The employees, and managers are all very bad now, and even the security guard that works there was completely inappropriate with several comments i overheard directed at a few different patients...
Furthermore, both myself & friends of mine have been treated so poorly by bloom dispensaries, that I find it absolutely necessary to inform all arizona medical marijuana patients out there!
I have given Bloom so many chances! And it's obvious that they don't care one bit about the patient! is it because I don't go in there buying several hundred dollars of medicine at a time that I am dismissed like a sub human? YES & This is why you lose! ;)
We all deserve compassion & a comfortable, welcoming environment while selecting our meds! Hope all you AZMMJrs find a better option for your meds as there are many out there now!

Bloom is awesome! You people are so whiny about everything. Be grateful that there are places like this where you can go and buy your medicine legally!! I came in on the 31st to bank my prerolls, knowing that they would likely not have them in stock because it was such a busy day. I came in on the 4th as soon as they opened and happily picked up all 20 of my prerolls. Now they aren't the best quality but it sure is nice to have something to smoke when I'm all out. I will continue to shop at Bloom and enjoy it! Everyone needs to take a break to medicate and relax, this place is awesome!

I ordered online it wasn't ready when I got there (so much for being ready in 15 minutes) when it's finally ready and she goes over it she starts naming everything super fast I catch that she shorted me a gram I then get home and notice an 8th is also missing I travel 23 miles 1 way. So I go back she disappears with my medicine and is gone like 15 minutes I'm then told they don't have what I ordered and I have to choose something else the manager never bothered to come out of the office to speak to me but he didn't last week when they didn't fill my order and sold out of everything I had ordered had to choose all new stuff without researching to make sure I'm getting what I need they don't compensate you for their mistake you just get to spend twice the time and twice the gas to not get what you want. After all that traveling I really had to go to the bathroom no dice they've now taken my money my time and my gas and they couldn't even let me use their restroom. Good prices decent bud but I'm finding the customer service and quality of care is severely lacking!

Your last batch of Dr. Who was shameful!!! Even the bud tender admitted this batch wasn't up to par and IT WASN'T!!! $55 an 1/8th for some basic green bud grown wrong. Your deals were cool when you could combine deals on days and times but poor Bloom wasn't making enough money so changed the deals and no more combining. Then the bud quality goes down. Example your bubba kush used to be purple and big bud, NOW it's small Christmas tree like bad taste no smell bubba kush grown wrong. You claim to have these strains but I fear where your getting it from is misleading you. Your deals and bud quality lost me and several people I have sent your way. Maybe you will change back then again maybe not

This was about the most terrible experience I've ever had. I have been coming here for years and have seen the slow decline. Somehow they have been telling me for months that my over 4000 points have "disappeared" and if I have an issue I should contact the company they pay to maintain these records. That is over $4k spent to earn these points and now they have a sign at the desk that instructs you to simply not ask. Wtf then I have the rudest front desk girl help me to re-register since they have lost all their info...annoying. I wait for over 30 minutes watching people come and go In front of me before asking how much longer and she simply tells me she doesn't know and I can order there if I'd like. There is literally 1 person in the back to help one person at a time with 30 people waiting in the lobby...bad business. The restrooms were out of order, there was a security guard who bombards you before you even hit the door for ID and the flower is the worst I've ever seen. 1 star for low prices but of course who could charge top dollar for that trash!

If Bloom is the only dispensary you have been to, you are missing out..This is not medical grade marijuana. Flower is not flushed properly, it's dried poorly and not cured at all. It all smells and tastes like hay and you wake up with a headache. Shop around, be happy!

I was a cultivator here a couple years ago and I would never smoke their weed. We used to do some pretty questionable things to fight pests and mildew.

I agree with you greenworks420, If you did something nice which actually gave you less profit and you got negative comments about it, would you continue? I like Bloom's deals so I'm posting in hopes positive response will counter the negative ones.
My free pre-roll count was 135, that equals 108 grams of free medicine. I received more
free medicine than I purchased and that's awesome! I have returned and picked up an 1/8 of medicine and 20 of my banked pre-rolls. I like Bloom's bank and hopefully next year more fantastic deals will happen and I'm going to bank as much as possible. I wish my financial bank would do the same deal as Bloom! Grams to dollar example, for every $35 I deposit the bank deposits $40 extra into my account, then I take my $35 home with me, I wish! Even if I had to wait a little for the free $40, the return is greater than the investment and it's free, I don't understand how people can be unhappy?
I have read complaints about Bloom's medicine being to dry, disagree, I actually cure mine
a little more for better vap usage. I have chronic pain, traumatic arthritis and nerve damage, some of Bloom's medicine works better than others, but, they all have worked. MMJ has kept me off morphine and helped me maintain a life outside of my front door, I applaud those involved with it. I thank Bloom and it's staff for all their great deals and service. I also think it bites that they get complaints while doing something nice.

Quality: comparing the 1st visit to now, it's very sad how crappy the bud is. This has become my last resort shop even if it is cheap it's not worth it. Service: The security guard is polite, front desk is always sub par, they don't usually know a whole lot, they lack any sense of urgency and there is no real personality. They struggle to recommend flower or answer questions. The check out area is small, but the staff back there seems better. When I had a problem I had to call down to Tucson to get help and it took weeks. This is like the Wal-Mart of dispensaries except you're just throwing your money into a trash can and smoking it. Patients deserve better and you do too. Free pre-roll reviews aren't really all that when what you get isn't even decent.

I Called in on Thursday to make sure they had a certain strain and they told me yes. I place my online order so I don't have to wait in line and 30 minutes later when I come in to pick up my order they tell me they don't have what I ordered. First off why did an employee tell me they have the damn strain in stock and make me waste my time and gas to come in just to rebuddle me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I’ve been coming here for years and I have to say the overall quality has gone down significantly. What made this place a « go-to » was that there was no tier pricing. Now it seems like you might as well go to other dispensaries near by and get better meds for the same price. Very sad to see Bloom let it self go.

Quality decreased and price doubled ever since they began preparing for recreational sales. I used to fill my monthly quota here, but no longer. They're a "non-profit" that has increased their profit by at least 100%.

I've shopped here many times now and I have to say any negative reviews have to be competitors. The site is very safe, very clean and the staff is far more professional than any place I have ever been here in the valley. I dropped by one day with a friend and then hit the sky-rail for lunch at Chelsea's Kitchen. The Meds have all been great and priced well. If you're a competitor writing negative reviews you should be ashamed of yourself. Every person i've encountered has been very knowledgeable about their products and extremely friendly. Don't be put off by coming here. It's the only place I frequent now.

BEST DISPENSARY IN THE VALLEY! The staff here are very well educated, treat you respectfully and great. They really care, as opposed to some places that make you feel like they just want your money and don't care. BLOOM is definitely my dispensary!!!!!!

Said I wasnt sure if I had been there before and I wasnt in the system. they said I couldnt get ftp special since i wasnt sure but made me fill out the paper work. Place is super ghetto as well as all behind glass and staff was extremely rude. Will never come back.

First off reception is rude and leaves the waiting room feeling hostile, was in the waiting room for 30 minutes. The bud tender was helpful though and nice(the only stars earned)...... AS for the MEDs I grabbed an 1/8th of Pineapple Express and turns out to be HAY(DRY LEAFY BUD/NO GREENTHUMB HERE). My wife who doesn't even smoke said "there was no smell" the smoke left my throat irritated, leaves me wondering if they are flushing properly? It seems like they have to much product and can't get rid of it before it turns. VERDICT: Little/No pain Relief/ Smoked like a Sativa, is a sativa dominant not a Indica as it should be. Don't know what pheno it is. G13 labs the breeder. No smell, outdoor possibly. Overall 2 out 5 for the bud as i personally can't stand when buds feel like potato chips CRUNCH!!

IMHO, Bloom Dispensary is centrally located in the East Valley and provides quality medicines in a professional environment. I found there is often little to no wait time. The staff is both knowledgeable and courteous. My compliments go out to them for not rushing anyone out the door and taking the time to answer one's questions!

There are way too many places that have great meds for 30 is dollars. bloom is a waste of money. i wouldn't pay $20 for the eighths they put together. the atmosphere is terrible. every employee seems like they hate their life. with swell and parc nearby , there is no need to go here. if my choice was bloom or somewhere in Sun City, I would make the drive to Sun City.

Just got an 8th of blueberry diesel and a pre roll of blue widow. The pre roll was shake so it had no flavor and burned poorly, but I expected that. was just hoping to be happily surprised. now the 8th of flower. looks great but is way too fresh. it's still moist and has non of the smell and taste that this bud should have. Unfortunately I probably won't return. it's medicine, it needs to be on point.
I pulled up at 9:31 and they tell me they’re closed they will not help me I have an online order to pick up and No go what is up with that? Do you close at 10 but you’re kicking people away at 9:30 not cool

Overall a very nice facility, friendly staff and some pretty solid meds. However, since my visit, I have received numerous advertising texts on Bloom's behalf from at least 3 different numbers/area codes (replied with STOP, but texts then came from a different number thereafter). I'm no stranger to marketing, but this goes far beyond client maintenance, and shows that Bloom has little regard for privacy or respecting patient information. Kindly remember, Bloom management, that some of us prefer discretion in our health care choices, and while many people have no complications openly using MMJ, in some circles (most notably professional) it is still not accepted despite being legal, so being careless with my information and your communication is unacceptable. Due to this, I will definitely not be returning nor would I recommend Bloom to others.
