Curaleaf - Peoria

Been coming to Bloom for years but have seen the quality of the flower diminish to the point I will not return now. I can't justify paying top dollar to open a bag to a basic plant smell and no crystals. The last three batched all different strains have done nothing but burn up. What is the point of buying product if it doesn't work. The THC results are based off what the flower should grow not test results. ( This was explained to me from the bud tender when I asked how it could be 24% and I can't see a single crystal on any buds ) Not sure what is going on with the company and there standards but I for-sure will be taking a hiatus from this company for awhile. Granted with the attitude of the staff they don't care if a customer doesn't come back another will replace me.

I have been going to this location for several week now and getting the 20% off reg price items for the medical deal. I went today and was told that the special is only available on one 1/8 of flower. Although that restriction is not stated on the promo listed. When I stated I have been getting this special for weeks he then blamed new employees. I then stated what the promo says on Leafly he then says that the 70.00 halves are on promo, I stated it does not appear to be a promo on Leafly since it does not show a reduction as other promos do. So if you expect the listed Promo to be honored I'd recommend not going to Curaleaf. I won't be back.

People are great. Service is great. The flower SUCKS! My last 3 visits that have totaled well over $300, all of the flower is dry AF and the prerolls are so dry and packed so badly that you can’t even smoke them properly. Great place to come if you need cheap green but it’s exactly that. Cheap. Save yourself the headache from bad dry high. I’m so bummed I wasted my money. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but third time is just no. No.

Flower was cheap, but not high quality. Staff was condescending and rude. I felt like they just wanted my money not to help me as a medical marijuana patient. I will not be returning to this “medical establishment” I’d rather pay a little more for my medicine then deal with a nasty money hungry staff. Trish was especially rude and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I’m surprised someone like that would be helping people with medical conditions.

Since getting bought out by Cureleaf they SUCK ..... I had a good amount of loyalty points that I want to use but can't because they are "updating" their system .... for over 2mo now. Their specials on eatibles SUCK Bloom had bogo on Sir Newton's now they no longer have that. Bring back decent specials on eatibles NOT EVERYONE SMOKES. Staff is great specials are no.

Gemz deal for Sunday unceremoniously removed and they refused to honor it for people there within an hour of them opening. Two other people had the same issue. I did a Leafly order for the 3 on the day of their deal, the least they could have done was text back that the deal is no good. Also mysteriously removed the deal for the first of the month today because of the let down today. Not going back

I usually love coming to bloom I get great service and great prices but today definitely made me question my loyalty I made an online order today for an 1oz forgetting that I only had 18grams left on my allotment. Christina (pretty sure this was her name) told me this at check out. I then asked her “I think I got an 8th that was added today... and I think I get a half oz tomorrow can you check for me what i get tomorrow?” (I asked this because i was seeing if i can get the oz tomorrow) She then huffed and puffed rolled her eyes and repeated to me “I said you had 18 grams TODAY” so rudely! I told her that’s not what i asked could she pls tell me what I get added tomorrow she then just stared at me with a blank face as if she was holding back telling me off, she never answered my question she ignored me. I then took my card and went to ponderosa Releaf where I got great service.

I found my new dispensary I love this place I will continue to come back

DON'T BUY ANY EDIBLES HERE AT BLOOM!!!! they overcharge your allotment 10X. I called and spoke to the manager who told me "Yes. That is correct." REALLY????! so it is the 24 other dispensaries I've been to that are doing it wrong? Um... no

a security guard asking for my med card is not okay its medical document and hippa laws still apply I'll not be back.

This place has gone down hill since they open for Rec. flower is not great and the concentrates have gone down plus they don’t care about med patients anymore it’s about the rec customers

So, ordered a BOGO, but was told that was sold out. Went ahead and purchased what some stoner decided I wanted,so I can do preorders in the future. What the stoner sold me was listed as a BOGO on the receipt... That was sealed in the bag. No interest in fixing thier f/u. No intest in ever going back. The old corner pot man has way more integrity than Curaleaf.😥

amazing place for great flower. every other time I go into this place they are playing the worst rap music I've ever heard. it's bad and I don't enjoy listening to it when waiting for my products. this is a professional establishment and should not be playing gangsta rap during business hours. honestly the music makes me not want to come in and be in their environment half of the time. please change your music to something more professional.

If you shop at bloom they are a good dispo , however whenever you order online they take advantage of you . They purposely gave me some dark cartridges , and purposely wouldn’t put them close to the glass to hide to fact that they were old really disappointed during these times of pandemic , that I can’t even get nice looking meds not coming back again !!!

decent deals, but not the best. decent quality meds, not the best but not bad either. pricing about average, decent daily deals though. preordering is a waste of time, they litterally check ya out as you appear in line (outside in the sun i might add).

Flower this time was garbage. Super dry, lots of stems and leaves. Picked through it for a good 20 mins. 2+ G's of crap. Don't get me wrong, 125.00 is a great price but that was a 90.00noz at best and no way it is 26-28%. Disappointed. Last a ibgot-Strickland propane- killer

Flower was okay, I've bought nicer flower from Bloom, it's a hit n miss really. Shout out to the Vegan guy! he seems to be the only one that cashes anyone out, great attitude always. wish you had some top shelf though

I had almost 3000 points and then they were bought by Curleaf, I have called them several times w they say it will be a week for them to convert them to their point system, they have the time to put up a sign but no focus on the customer , just look at the reviews

I am a disabled Vietnam veteran and just received my medical card. I have shopped at this dispensary many times as a recreational patient. Today, upon presenting my medical card, everything seemed to change. No customer service at all I was even told that I should look for a different dispensary that offers delivery. (???) It denigrated to confrontation so I felt I had no other option than to cancel my account with them and never return.

This corona virus sucks but I didn't expect the quality to drop so drastically. I paid $125 plus tax to get home and have to trim the excess stems leaving me with popcorn nugs. Kind of a bummer that they were out of everything else but I've only been here 3 times and the other two were amazing! STAY AWAY FROM THE KOSHER TANGIE! You have been warned.
