Sorry to say but their concentrates suck and the flower is alway dry. I tried it twice same results I won’t be wasting my money here! But customer service is awesome!

I was so excited for the $7.50 grams but... you get what you pay for honestly. I would not come back, the service was probably the worst. There was multiple people working & the person who helped me didn’t take time to help me or show me the products they have. This place has potential but there’s so many better places.

Terrible service placed online order waited 30 minutes for confirmation and nothing. Took an hour to receive a confirmation notice to pickup an online order. WAS not only one in line when i got there that had same issue.

Online order didn’t matter. Still had to wait behind walkins. No point in placing order ahead of time. Figured with 9 months to figure out and effective system to implement to get people in and out quickly. Bud is not too great either but not the worst out there
The website advertises there is a deal for medical patients for shatter/crumble, 5 for $89. If you have been a medical patient for multiple years and coming here like I have, this is not a new deal. I placed an online order and when I got to the checkout, bud tender told me he couldn’t honor the deal. I showed him a screenshot of the website from 5 minutes BEFORE I placed my online order. Bud tender was Jordan, he was nice but even after showing him the website he got his manager and they said they could only give me the DAILY DEAL of 5 gs/$99. I write this to warn other medical patients not to waste your time if you’re coming here for that deal

First of all....you haters need stop hatin. I’m tired of reading bad reviews, because you didn’t get a free pre-roll or your wax wasn’t crispy enough. In fact, most of the reviews on Leafly are just plain garbage. They are either 5 stars because someone got some free shit to rate it that way, or 1 star because someone is crying about not getting some free shit. I’m not one who typically writes reviews, but I decided to in this case. I did so on the off chance it may be helpful to someone like me, someone who just wants to know if you can count on the quality.
I’ve been to dispensaries in Colorado, but never in Arizona. This was my first dispensary trip, so I didn’t really have any expectations. What I do know is this; I have spent a lot of time in Humboldt County, I had my medical card in Denver (back when you needed one), I’ve grown top-tier buds and I was smokin $400 ounces 20 years ago. I feel comfortable saying I know my way around the dank, and that I have smoked some of the best in the world.
I decided to try Bloom because I was in the area, they were advertising $185 ounces and they were one of the few offering some of my favorite classic strains. I have tried almost all of the new hotness, but few are on the level with the original heavyweights. One of my particular favorites, when grown properly, is Northern Lights. I was a definitely skeptical about receiving the quality I desired, especially at such a low price. Some of the reviews even mentioned bad quality, and getting what you pay for.
Here is what I found; I went in right around 10:00 and there was basically no wait, being a first time customer I was still with a budtender in under 10 minutes, the facility was clean and modern, everything was well organized, the staff was friendly and courteous, they had a wide selection and most importantly....the buds were on par with every top-tier, dispensary grade, kind buds I have ever smoked. I purchased Northern Lights, and Jack Herer. I have smoked the real thing many times, and I can say these guys did a pretty good job.
At check out, the cashier noticed I was eligible for some discounts that the budtender had missed. He saved me another $20, and got me a free 1G pre-roll of some White Buffalo. I spent $240 and walked outta there with an Oz of chronic, a disposable KIND vape pen and 1G pre-roll. Like I said, I have often spent twice that for just 1 Oz and most dispensaries are charging 40-50% more than that for the same quality.
All of that said, I think there is more than enough reason for anyone to give this place a try. It’s not very often that I am in that part of town, but....you can bet any time I am, I will stop and say hello to the folks at Bloom.

This was my go-to place! No, my pure caramels! with Curaleaf owning it, its prices will DEFINITELY go up. I'll be collecting my points. Goodbye Bloom, nice having you as my favorite. Now you'll be known as the Gloom, instead of the Bloom! why? prices go up, items go out. That's the Curaleaf way. They should give you a thumbs down because it's impossible to put no stars, oh well you catch my drift. BY BLOOM I WILL MISS YOU.

I got an oz. and they didn’t show it too me when I opened the bag the weed was all dry. And complete garbage. I tried to trade it in for something else and they said they couldn’t return it. So basically got robbed for some shitty weed. Not happy
Well my experience was not very pleasant. After driving 50 plus minutes to pick my online order I was told it was accidentally lost . Just picking something else was offered as well as 20 percent off but after driving that whole way it seemed like a service failure. I expect high customer service from Bloom dispensaries. I was even disappointed in the information I was getting from the employees about the product numbers they were trying to have me pick a replacement. The numbers being quote seemed higher then what was listed on the website . Well the good news was that another patient was not picking up their order so I was able to receive my original order. But was then further disappointed when I had to remind them of my new patient status and was never even offered something else for my aggravation and inconvenience of the extra time I had to spend there . I deserve better as a patient .
Gemz deal for Sunday unceremoniously removed and they refused to honor it for people there within an hour of them opening. Two other people had the same issue. I did a Leafly order for the 3 on the day of their deal, the least they could have done was text back that the deal is no good. Also mysteriously removed the deal for the first of the month today because of the let down today. Not going back

I usually love coming to bloom I get great service and great prices but today definitely made me question my loyalty I made an online order today for an 1oz forgetting that I only had 18grams left on my allotment. Christina (pretty sure this was her name) told me this at check out. I then asked her “I think I got an 8th that was added today... and I think I get a half oz tomorrow can you check for me what i get tomorrow?” (I asked this because i was seeing if i can get the oz tomorrow) She then huffed and puffed rolled her eyes and repeated to me “I said you had 18 grams TODAY” so rudely! I told her that’s not what i asked could she pls tell me what I get added tomorrow she then just stared at me with a blank face as if she was holding back telling me off, she never answered my question she ignored me. I then took my card and went to ponderosa Releaf where I got great service.

Flower was cheap, but not high quality. Staff was condescending and rude. I felt like they just wanted my money not to help me as a medical marijuana patient. I will not be returning to this “medical establishment” I’d rather pay a little more for my medicine then deal with a nasty money hungry staff. Trish was especially rude and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I’m surprised someone like that would be helping people with medical conditions.
Since getting bought out by Cureleaf they SUCK ..... I had a good amount of loyalty points that I want to use but can't because they are "updating" their system .... for over 2mo now.
Their specials on eatibles SUCK Bloom had bogo on Sir Newton's now they no longer have that.
Bring back decent specials on eatibles NOT EVERYONE SMOKES.
Staff is great specials are no.

Your Flowers have sugar leaves on them?
The flowers are so small and airy, no body to them.
I picked up the Gelato #33 Echo and it is pretty tasty, but I dont feel I will come back, Poor quality flower, But its priced correctly.
If you are a new comer to having your license this is your place, if you are like me and have had your license for 7 years, There is way way way better out there, stick to what you like period.
They used to care about patients but not sure what's going on. A couple days ago they gave me a cartridge that was half full. I've been given the wrong product dream queen instead of blue dream and today instead of offering me a discount on the eighth I purchased that wasn't in stock they offered another one at a higher price. Be careful and check your products cause their supplier is shorting them and in turn they're shorting their patients. Very disappointed.

Been coming to Bloom for years but have seen the quality of the flower diminish to the point I will not return now. I can't justify paying top dollar to open a bag to a basic plant smell and no crystals. The last three batched all different strains have done nothing but burn up. What is the point of buying product if it doesn't work. The THC results are based off what the flower should grow not test results. ( This was explained to me from the bud tender when I asked how it could be 24% and I can't see a single crystal on any buds ) Not sure what is going on with the company and there standards but I for-sure will be taking a hiatus from this company for awhile. Granted with the attitude of the staff they don't care if a customer doesn't come back another will replace me.
