Curaleaf - Palm Harbor

I had mine delivered from this location. I ordered three of the master kush vape cartridges but was not impressed with the potency. I am fairly consistent with the amount that I use at the other two dispensaries I visit. These did not seem to last anywhere near as long as they should have.

After a terrible experience at a nearby competitor I decided to try this dispensary that just opened. I was pleasantly surprised by the superior customer service and awesome product. The vape cartridges sold by this dispensary are.... Awesome. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Katy( the one with dreads and beautiful green eyes) was very helpful and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations that helped me sleep. Thank you very much Katy you are amazing!!!!

I am reaching out to formally express my deep concern regarding an incident at Curaleaf Palm Harbor on today’s date. As a regular patient who depends on Curaleaf for my medical needs, I have always trusted your staff to provide professional and compassionate care. However, during my recent visit, I experienced behavior from your team that was both unprofessional and unsettling. While addressing a pricing discrepancy, I encountered multiple staff members who treated me with hostility. When I began to explain my concerns, one staff member initiated a tone that was aggressive and dismissive. Shortly after, two additional employees joined in, creating an environment that felt uncomfortably confrontational and unwelcoming. Their behavior, including cutting me off, rolling their eyes, and using disrespectful language, felt more like a high school bullying scenario than a professional healthcare setting. When I realized this interaction was escalating and my concerns were not being heard, I decided to record the conversation to protect myself and ensure an accurate account of what transpired. At that point, the staff attempted to intimidate me by incorrectly stating that I was violating HIPAA, despite my right to document my own experience. They went so far as to threaten that my prescriptions would no longer be filled, which I found not only inappropriate but also deeply distressing as it seemed aimed solely at silencing my concerns. As a patient, I expect Curaleaf to uphold its commitment to compassionate care and professionalism. This experience has left me questioning that commitment, and I hope that by bringing this to your attention, you will take corrective actions to prevent this from happening again.

Great Place as soon as I walked in Nicole greeted me and helped me set up my account for the points, told me all the deals of the day as well as what discount I get for my first visit she was very knowledgeable when I ask questions about a product would definitely recommend coming here.

Everyone is super sweet! Products are wonderful!! I got Alien OG Rosin which is absolutely delightful! I highly recommend this for pain relief and deep sleep!

I am a regular to this place and have to say I love most of their products. Flower is always good and strong, super helpful employees, and the carts for vapes are very nice. My only complaint is the edible gummies. The chocolate is amazing and my FAVORITE way to get my edibles, even made s’mores one night with it. But the gummies aren’t great. I have tried many of them and the worse one for me is the Xbites Mango by Select Oil. It smells of candle wax, tastes like candle wax, and when you finally swallow the horrible thing it makes your tongue numb with a bad aftertaste of paste/hand sanitizer. Now you are probably thinking, “that’s normal for gummies”. It’s not, I hate to compare companies but FLUENT has truly amazing gummies with zero smell or aftertaste of wax. So give Curaleaf a try, just don’t eat the gummies. Give the chocolate try though for 100% yummy taste

Employee's are all friendly in a comfortable environment. My only complaint as of lately is lack of inventory. It's been over a month since they've had any concentrates.

This dispensary has the friendliest, knowledgable staff around. Alex, Kayli, Joelle, Tommy and the rest of the staff know their products and every single time I go there..2x a week..its always a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this store above all others.

the distillate= AMAZING!! Both times calling in ordering customer service was excellent, so helpful and knowledgeable! I’m impressed and the quality... jaw drop. (I have a very high tolerance to MJ) but the distillates are PHENOMENAL! Quality is 100% here !!

I was hoping this would be my go to place because they are just around the block. I have only gone in twice because of variety. It seems like they don’t have much there. I thought they may be going out of business but I hope not.

The Only delivery for Curaleaf being a resident in central Florida that it’s takes 4 days to deliver and expectations are between 8pm and 10pm at night. Decided to try delivery once more and wanted to check to make sure it wasn’t going to be another 4 days because of so I’d rather go to the dispensary even though it’s an hour drive but pretty much told me if I have a problem to talk to the driver....

Great people and product. I was going into the store, but it's really far from me. I love that they have free delivery service. The delivery driver's,Woody and Ricky were great! Super friendly, compassionate, helpful and very knowledgeable on all the products. They were awesome!! It was like I went into the store and talked to one of the specialists! 2 thumbs up! I will keep using this service! Thank you!

Still fairly new at this and learning. Most of my education comes from Jake who has been a huge help. Major kudos to Jake!

They only get worse as time goes on. A couple days ago I bought a couple .125 containers advertised on their site at 28% gave me stuff that was only 20%. Today bought a couple .125 containers and one only had a tiny bit of flower in it. The theft among their employees is off the charts. Under weighted containers in now common for this company. Both time returned to the store, both times was hassled by their incompetent employees. They do very little to resolve issues that are their fault. Do not buy from Curaleaf, you will be disappointed every time you walk out of the store.

Curaleaf is the only dispensary that I have ever used and I don't see any reason why I'd try any other. Their prices are great, their product is quality and their delivery service is much appreciated. Gino and Wes are usually the ones I see and they are awesome! So friendly and helpful. Gino even remembers the little details, (like the sad fact that I discovered I was allergic to Safflower Oil and therefore unable to use your bottles of oil).

I used their delivery service as at the moment, I cannot drive. The ordering was very simple. I received a call to confirm my order. I received a text message from the delivery person giving me a timeframe of when they were going to arrive. They arrived on time. Very pleasant. Refused to except a tip. The product is as advertised. I wish it was a little fresher.
