The staff is so knowledgeable about the products. They are also so nice and personable. They really take they take to help you find the best thing to help you.

My first time in a dispensary. After so many years not imbibing at alI, it felt weird to just go buy some (with an MMCC certification of course). It was so above board, like they had it all down pat. The info, the service, all were top notch. The guys working there were uniformly patient, kind and informed. They understood what I wanted and knew what I needed. I enjoyed my visit.

I particularly like the deli style service and the one on one time spent reviewing the products, which there are plenty, and priced in tiers. Bianca was most friendly and helpful, important on my first visit.

The location is convenient and the atmosphere is different. I don’t think they do enough to move things along and I’ve found you can sit in the waiting area staring at anxious people for 10-15 mins. I’ve been to about 4-5 of the dispensaries around MOCO and this one probably has the least friendly service. Perhaps it’s a personal thing, as I used to judge headshops based on the friendliness of the personnel. But I found most other dispensaries, the staff is clean cut, look professional, home around and seem to be having fun. I found at Herbology, at least with the budtenders, to not look like they are enjoying themselves, not be as friendly and it just be more transactional. I now only go when I’m up in that neck of the woods, rather than seek it out and go out of my way for it. One major positive is that they use CanPay

I love Deli style. Always fresher and you get to see exactly what your getting. I worked with Stanley who was well experienced and shared his true thought on the product.

New patient process is quick and easy and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Once you get beyond the processing area you enter into a large, comfortsble waiting area. The actual space in which you browse is a bit small in my opinion but that isn't a big deal. The fact that there are no stools is odd as there are two comfortable chairs when you walk in but they are not near the counter. Fortunately the staff are on top of things. Bianca is a fantastic budtender and immediately grabbed a stool from a coworker and brought it around. I highly recommend this dispensary and the fact they accept Can Pay makes this the go to dispensary in the Gaithersburg area.

This place was great. Super friendly and on your first time they give you educational literature that I found very helpful. Bianaca helped me get to understand the menu the first time and answered every question I had wonderfully. -William

I was super excited to experience deli-style flower shopping but once you get pass the well lit and comfortable lobby area with friendly intake/receptionist and move to display/purchase area it gets really dark and dank (no pun intended teeheehee) and it was confusing for me because it was so dark - lighting was off (I am a visual person). My bud-tender had just gotten back from vacation so maybe he was jet-lagged but he was not customer service oriented at all. He did not give me a tour (it was my first time), and when I asked him a question about if they had a particular item on stock, he asked me if it was on the menu, so I was not sure if he was asking a question or making a statement. Overall, I love the receptionist and the lobby area; not to crazy about the bud-tender (they all looked so unhappy on this day) and the product floor area, it did not stimulate my visual sensory, lol. I might go back if I am in that area to see if I may have gone on a bad day, but would request a new bud-tender and not the guy with the raccoon hat.

This is another nice spot for the local area. Herbology is the most chill spot I have been yet. The medication buying area is very relaxed and comfortable. The GM Melvin is real easy to talk to and knows his strains. The other young lady was friendly too (sorry forgot her name). Felt like I was hanging out with food friends immediately. The product is on par with everyone else which is getting there. Customer service wins in the end.

This being my 2nd time stopping in, the atmosphere is very tranquil. Everyone is very cordial towards all visitors coming in. No issues with my purchase. I give these guys A+A+A+.

This is my favorite place to go! The entire staff is always so helpful and makes the process a lot easier when I am unsure what I need. I always ask for Ismael! I absolutely recommend coming here. They’ve got a vast variety of product so there is plenty to choose from. I have always been satisfied especially with the constant deals they have going on. Don’t miss out on this place!

My husband and I have been going to Herbology since opening day. They are friendly, funny and know their cannibals. They have a great selection and are veteran friendly. I HIGHly recommend this dispensary.
