Unfortunately, this wasn't the first dispensary that I went to today, but I certainly wished it was! I paid $15 more for the exact save product at a different dispensary. I am so glad that I stopped at Herbology. The staff (2 ladies that I can't remember their names... sorry) was knowledgeable and very friendly. The customer service is awesome! They made me feel right at home. Melvin is the GM. Although he didn't help me directly, I introduced myself, and it was as if we'd known each other for years! Great location, easy access. My “bud tender”, Vonn was helpful, but not overly, and did direct me to the evolve Yocan. Being 7/10 I got some deals on concentrate, and Vonn and I shared some chuckles...he put me at ease immediately! This will be one of my go to places....did I mention their service is “deli” style? Love being able to see what you get! Awesome :-)

I have been going to this dispensary since I got my recommendation. This by far the best dispensary in the Gaithersburg area with the best overall pricing and a huge selection of products. Devon was professional, knowledgeable about the finest details of the products he was discussing and made me feel at home. I would ‘highly recommend’ this dispensary to anyone who is looking for the highest quality medical cannabis!

Came for their opening and expected a wait. Their waiting room was warm and super comfy. The owners were there and were really friendly and vocal about any issues. They gave free T-shirt’s and discounts off future visits. I drove here for a specific product, when I arrived, they didn’t have it, but they offered to hold when it arrived. A few days later, they called me to let me know I could pick up. Totally pleased with my experience and with the choices. Visit them! You won’t regret it!

Great location. Great staff. The waiting room was huge compared to others. Wide screen 4K TV to keep you occupied, Cannabis books etc. I will be recommending Herbology to everyone! The Jack Herer was A1 quality, all buds.

I love this place. Everytime I've come, the associates have helped me pick the perfect strains for what I'm looking for. Last visit, Devon C. suggested 'Durban Poison' which is now my favorite! along with Lemonhead OG (also previously suggested by an Herbology employee). I will definitely be back!

Great staff, helpful and friendly... from opening the door, to registration, all the way to the sales counter. After a brief discussion staff helped me with a few selections to try. I left with balm, flower and vape.... and I gotta say, i was not disappointed. My only wish is they expand their CBD options beyond one vape cartridge. I've seen a few CBD and 1:1 strains popping up throughout the MD markets, and if HERBOLOGY selection were better it would be my only choice! Also. The Vape prices are, hands drown, the best in the state at the moment. They also have a loyalty program. I don't know if that is common, but certainly worth a mention. The facility is clean and well designed, and has good accessibility. Keep up the good works guys!

Once again, I placed an order with Herbology. I had made a mistake but the staff was right on top of it, helping me through everything easily, and insured I received what I wanted. Saw budtender Devon C. He always knows what to recommend. I even got a moon rock recipe! Variety is, as always, a little overwhelming with all the choices but the tender's recommendations have Never failed to make the choices simple. They also beat others prices even without any discount. My #1 shop!

I’m gonna go ahead and name drop....STANLEY!!! This is the third dispensary I’ve visited and because of the way Stanley treated me, I’m gonna make it my numero uno. His customer service isn’t something that can be taught in a class or seminar, he genuinely cares about us, the patients. He listened to what I was looking for, understood my concerns, and was able to recommend the best medicine for me. One bad apple spoils the bunch. one of the tenders was utterly horrible at his job. I was not looking for anything but cannabis but what I got instead was a reminder as to why customer service training is a necessity in any business. I can only describe him as of the kid with dreads with the superiority complex and lack of decorum. I hope for the sake of the franchise that this representative no longer represents their brand.

This place is great and everything you would come to expect and hope for with a dispensary. Staff is extremely friendly and super knowledgable. The variety is amazing and they always have new strains. The aesthetic in there is warming and comfortable. I don’t have to get patted down when I enter. It’s the best I highly recommend!

Today was my second visit and I totally love this place. I travel 27 miles to come here because they always have what I need. The staff is fun and knowledgeable and it's even a great time sitting in the waiting room, chatting with the other customers.
