Love the dispensary, just wish they had can pay

Amazing staff on 9/9/19 my budtender was extremely professional and had some knowledge about the product the first I'm gonna assume manager wasn't helpful at all he was the only male there but he had zero knowledge about the product he doesn't understand concentrates at all don't let him engage with customers when you have such a knowledgeable sales team he had to defer to more then once the second manage was a woman who knew her stuff and was very accepting of constructive criticism and here is that criticism your carts make zero sense how does mixing two 70+ dollar carts make a 50 dollar cart, your oils aren't worth what you charge, there are higher quality and less expensive extracts at multiple different dispensarys don't sell black shatter

One of the worst dispensaries, I always drive from fall river because of said deals to only get there and be told they dont have it, that's false advertising, it happens more often than none for it to be an error. And then to not even honor any deal for your error. I wont be back and will be sure to give negative feedback all around.

I'm a regular patient at this dispensary and the people are incredibly friendly! Not only the people who work for the establishment but the people who are waiting in line with you even though there's barely any way. Usually you can strike up a good conversation while you're waiting. The bud tenders are incredibly knowledgeable and loved to ask for feedback from their customers so they can improve the quality of their products. This place receives an absolute A Plus in my book! In fact, it's really the only dispensary that I've been sticking with because it only deals with medical patients. I do not want to go to an establishment where there is recreational and medical. I believe there should be a place strictly for medical patients, dealing with the medical issues that plague people who use cannabis. It's important for the bud tenders to be knowledgeable and how these substances can affect the human body and treat it more like an apothecary than a recreational weed joint. This will be the only dispensary that I will go to simply because they treat cannabis with much more respect than a recreational use facility.

I answered my phone inside and was yelled at and it was an important phone call I was waiting for...so I did not hang up, and I was then yelled st and asked to leave with or with out my order....which stinks cuz I come here alot and never give them trouble...I spend easy 300 a month here....too bad they treated me like that because I liked this place too...

👊Sirs I feel as though I should drop this opinion of how the folks at CAC have been doing. I've read some negative reviews and completely overstand u can't please everyone. Some of these issues or complaints seem to me could have been corrected or redirected if instead of it letting it go or thinking staff is aware of a situation or ignoring it let ur budtender/cashier or receptionist know once there done either completing a task, thought, order, etc. that in fact in a CALM, RESPECTFUL, manner u are in fact unhappy with whichever scenarios above u found urself in or a different one that existed. I have been a customer for a little short of 2 yrs. and have found that the less I ask and the less I speak the worse the vibe . So I suffer from anxiety deep depression etc.fear in public can't talk think people looking talking bout me sometimes they r sometimes their not. My point is I tried to approach the whole place differently bc I was sick of buying there products elsewhere. NOT the FIRST but starting at receptionist I tried to appear more alive if u will and now I feel my experience everytime is as GREAT as there concentrates cartridges and fills not included on said rating. We can only change are prospective and attitude,and with that may or may not change others but no doubt it will make u feel 💯 and that's all that matters. Il tell u I know more than a few people there FACTS . I still open the door for the employee to be a little idk Human 😐. Just saying CAC go to cannabis school and maybe how to have a sense of humor and be a little out going and Human . Shout out CaC nothing but Love . I'm on the CHECK-IN, also can't give the 5 stars bc though all concentrates are shelf stable and believe me there are some flagship companies in the cannabis biz almost commercialized CAC is NOT that CAC is def for the customer not sure if any1 noticed the 70/grm to 60/grm on different consistency not just wax . NOT 5 STARS bc some concentrates not even crossed with the same as other concentrates of same consistency have same tastes ,notes yet they are not strong and sometimes not even present terpenes. ,and that I buy badder and it's like sugars but dry. or buy wax and it's more like sugars but dry .Idk maybe no matter how it comes out the consistency of the concentrates how the bud is made to concentrate. I do know cold press and the whole live resin ,sugar deal .Where premium nugs are selected removed from plant (usually look for multiple trichome nugs) and immediately placed in certain COLD temp . COLD PRESS is those said budz or processed in2 the concentrate naturally without chemicals just buds are squeezed to produce resin little more than that . but thats the jist of it. I just visited CAC as a first time patient over the weekend. I've tried their concentrates from other dispensaries and loved them, and wanted to take advantage of their $100 off of $200 first visit deal. The quality and effects of the live crystals and wax I bought were amazing, keep up the great work with the products! Unfortunately the customer service I experienced while purchasing was disappointing at best. I'll start by saying if you can do curbside pickup, you'll skip a lot of time/hassle over picking up inside, but it is debit only. The best part of the experience was one of the security guards outside, when I told him it was my first visit he was pleasant and informative on what to do. The wait time was around 20 minutes, which during a weekend is understandable. But after I was allowed inside an agitated patient, apparently tired of waiting, was allowed in behind me. As I was making my purchase and signing a form, he was about 5 inches behind me, swearing and muttering and clearly hoping the staff would notice. Although the woman I was working with was generally nice, instead of telling him to back off and/or respect the social distancing markers they have on the floor the staff behind the window ignored the situation entirely. I'm a medical patient for severe anxiety and panic attacks, so that made me really uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth. My other complaint is about how much I was charged. My order total before discounts came to exactly $200. I was using the $100 off of $200 deal, so I was planning on paying $100. However, I was told that they were combining that discount with another one I had available. I know usually discounts can't combine, so I was thrilled. What was my total after "multiple discounts"?...$106. What? As I was so uncomfortable with the angry patient behind me and it was only $6 more than I was planning I just accepted it, but after looking over my receipt and order total many times I still have no idea why I was charged extra when they made it a point to tell me it would be less. If I go back I'll definitely be doing curbside pickup from now on, but honestly after this experience I would much rather just buy your products from a different dispensary.

First time visit. Ninth dispensary I have been to in MA. Great first time patient discount. Smooth entry and parking. Gelato and wedding cake were actually platinum quality flower. Spot on. I’m a seasoned consumer and an amateur grower. It was a great atmosphere with knowledgeable friendly people all around. Place was tight what can I say. Hidden gem?

Excellent staff here, location is ideal as it’s easy access but not a ton of traffic. Their Jillybean and Gelato #33 are the best anywhere and am looking forward to them being in stock again. Hint hint 😉

I love this dispensary. I always feel incredibly welcomed by their staff. Every bud tender I’ve met has been kind, knowledgeable and also fun to talk to. It is a very relaxed visit, I advise you to take your time and smell some bud. Make a new friend and get yourself an ounce for an unbelievable price. I will only buy flower from this dispensary as long as they continue their specials. I didn’t think it was true, getting an ounce of quality bud for $129 but it’s real. It is wholesale bud that was tested 6-9 months ago. It still smells great, feels great, and for the price is absolutely unbelievable. It is the deal of a lifetime. The bud is some of the best I’ve smoked. I think people forget the days of 5% THC dirt weed, just trying to get whatever you could. This weed here is fire, and I will never pay what others are asking for the same amount of bud elsewhere. I come in today for another ounce and they have just what I need- a Sativa strain at 20% THC- just what I needed for daytime use. This place is incredible. I am so glad to have you guys here in Taunton. Keep it coming, CAC. You have my business and support!

Every time I've been in, there's been 10+ employees at the point of sales counters and 1-2 patients in the building. There's like a 6:1 Budtender to patient ratio. It just doesn't make a lot of sense, and it's strange to be placing an order with 4 employees standing behind the one helping you. Flower I've gotten has been wholesaled from other places mostly. The stuff I have gotten that Commonwealth grew might as well have been wholesaled, there wasn't a lot of difference. Quality is down in the state across the board and it's not being raised up too much by Commonwealth. If you think I'm hating: #1 you have a less-developed relationship with cannabis than me. #2, look at the menu: 15+ strains but only a handful that are in the 20-30% THCA range. By no means is this the only indicator that a strain is necessarily good or bad, but it is an indicator of how well the plants were grown. A great indicator is a strain like GG #4. If it is grown really well, it will top out at or near 30% THCA. If it's not, it'll still get in the low 20% range because its a great strain. It's just not grown as well as it could be. And I'm pretty positive they have the genetics wrong on the menu for Wedding Cake if that is a cut and not from seed. Rookie mistake. Positives: A few edibles they have are unique and tasty. Cons: See above.

1st time the experience was great very informative and very helpful

I gave 2 for service and atmosphere because you have to order online. 3 for quality. Generally its very good. I bought an 8th og chocolate og (5 stars) however when i opened the container it was probably 70% small buds (I'm talking the size of skittles) and one bud about the size of a small strawberry. The quality of the small buds is great but it should be sold as small bud usually cheaper. I have bought small buds from CAC and they indicate small buds (Sour 8 strain).

It’s unfortunate how “corporate” this place has become. Total bummer!! Used to love going to CAC when it was strictly medical only. Now that it’s open to rec as well, it seems that customer service has gone downhill. I would not recommend this dispensary for medical patients. I would absolutely drive 45 mins away, however, to Commcan in Millis. They sell Cookies strains too! 1000% worth it!

(DO NOT BUY FROM HERE) ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTED ! After driving 2 hours on my ONLY DAY OFF! I showed up to an empty parking lot and that seemed odd enough ! Than after adamantly telling the server their online menu THC % doesn’t match the actual product description they assured me it was correct! So after paying and reading the bottle the genetics where wrong too! Plus To add insult to injury after I showed them the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and told them the product is no good to me THEY WOULDNT EVEN REFUND ME !! I was given an email address to follow up with !??? Wtf? 60 an eight FOR SOME B.S 130$ WASTED. !!!

They sell hydrocarbon extracts at 70-90 a gram? With the sheer scale of low quality product they’re producing those prices are outrageous. Selling distillate and “one fills” and carts cut with NCTs for 50-70 dollars when it costs pennies to make. You could sell your grams at $20 and still make money. Just another “dispensary” in Massachusetts that proves with their product that they don’t care about patients and only care about making a buck. Just cooperate greed. No wonder Massachusetts hasn’t gotten any better quality, patients are happy buying the crap they peddle & don’t care paying a 500% markup

What can I say? First, the new patient discount is amazing! Secondly, the staff are friendly, happy and genuinely have a patient’s best interests at heart. Third, their concentrates are by far some of the best in the state- the Pineapple Black Live Crystals are not only a potent and flavorful smoke, but a clean and smooth hit. I look forward to enjoying the flower I’ve purchased as I have bought their flower from other vendors and that set a high bar! Well done CAC! Thank you for your outstanding service!
