Every thing about this place is right on. Service, products and knowledge. I’m glad this is my local shop. I never need to go any place else.

Very good product and very friendly staff

This place is great!! Their product is a bit pricey compared to other dispensaries but I keep going back because they are always updating looking for the best flower and concentrates. The people are very nice and pretty knowledgeable, sometimes you can tell the rehearsed answers, was shortened change once as well, but they are all doing their best and you can tell here for the most part. The inside is beautiful, spacious, and just very high end compared to other places. The parking lot is always packed and I couldn’t find a space, despite being the only patient at the time there. But overall one of the best in the state and will always visit.

Nothing here flower wise has justified the price since before Thanksgiving lol step up your game guys

Always a friendly staff answering any questions I have. Top notch quality products too. Never had any problems with any of my orders. Even the delivery drivers offer supreme service. The staff remembers me and they know what I like. Type of place where they remember you and call you by your name. Outstanding all around

Very helpful staff and friendly. The concentrate selection is amazing and quality is the best of the best, A++. The flower selection is pretty small and I’ve had a hit or miss experience depending on the flower. One strain, Lemon Jeffrey, was all dry and fell apart the second you picked it up. The Jilly Bean strain was more B level quality, not dry just a bland flavor and effect. I avoid their flower, just a warning. Go to ACS or Theory. But they have dank kief for a $35/gram and concentrates have deals when you buy 2 or more grams, which also stacks with financial hardship. Definitely a must visit for me! You guys are awesome!

Definitely my new favorite medical dispensary in southeastern MA. They made becoming a new patient so much easier than a particular one in Fall River that will remain nameless.

Havent seen an ounce sale in awhile but oh well Mayflower Medicinals always has oz 199.00 mini nug but ultra fresh and actual thc levels are great just saying ...drove 30 mins to get blue rasberry fill ..was not impressed lacked flavor and potency...defininetly should not be classified as a sativa....just made me hungry..wanted to splurge but they had no indicas by the gram....strange Natures Medicine in Fall River has more of the strains than they do and on days like today you get a deal +2 add on grams to regular priced 45 eigth so end of day 5.5 grams 55.00 thats ten bucks a gram.Not to mention somehow nm has fresher flower....get on your game fancy appaerance dont make up for prices ..18 a gram realy?Gave it a two for atmosphere because was lost as who to goto staff qas too busy talking..

I am in the parking lot of the Commonwealth alternative the dispensary I was met by Kyle cuz Nico was not here I love them both the security guard Jamal he's very friendly he come out and helped me and especially Julie she came and gave me some toilet paper because I needed some and they were in a box I was sort of embarrassed but all I'm trying to tell everybody is this place is amazing and what makes it amazing is the staff that works here I feel that they really do care it's not just a job for them for them to be able to deal with me and I'm all over the place I recommend this place highly to anybody great staff

Everyone was super friendly and polite! They now have two types of seltzers which is great and the Dogwalkers "Special Occasion" is an absolute must-try. The lines move quickly and the team is really knowledgeable.

I absolutely love the staff! They are so friendly and helpful. Let me know when there is something I would like. Some bud tenders remember you a what you like and suggest something I never tried. Like the reign man omg LOVE IT! Ty to one of the guys or I may not have tried it.
