Great pharmacy. A hidden gem. I did not know they existed. The guard at the door and all of the bud tenders are super nice and helpful. They treat you kindly and compassionately and have plenty of product on hand. The prices are better than some other dispensaries I have been to. I was able to get in, registered and out in no time. Unlike other pharmacies where I have waited for an eternity to get in, this place is efficient and friendly. Kudos to Columbia Care, my "new" go to location. I wish Columbia Care would open in Columbia County! If you really want to save time, pre-register online.

Not a good selection thay don’t get a good shipments of there products and to over priced on stuff

This place is great! Not only do they remember your name and greet you with it, they remember what type of products you like or dislike and also what you use regularly.

I decided to give this place another try when I was in the area. Still seemed chaotic, even when the line is short I feel like I’m waiting forever. I was also pretty disappointed when the girl didn’t know anything about the terpene I’ve been focusing on. Also heard who I’m assuming to be the manager say some pretty mean things to customers when I’ve been there, everyone else seems very nice though. Surprised Scranton is always so busy, I’ll stick with Wilkesbarre 👍🏼

I was there the very first day they opened, got tons of information and they answered all my questions. The staff were more than helpful and so nice. I was amazed on how secure the facility is, clean and how knowledgeable the staff are. How can you not love being taken care of. Now, I am overwhelmed with all the products to choose from. This is trial and error for me, finding the ones that suit me best, but they have been more than patient with me. Some products go quickly, but they do keep up on the orders. I do have one suggestion for one manufacturer, think of people with arthritic hands.

Love the knowledgeable and friendly staff! Whenever I have questions, there is no hesitation in their answer. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to offer price deals for capsules. For example, $70 for 30 capsules, $85 for 80, and $100 for 100 capsules. I use this method of delivery for a host of medical problems. It really works! My problem is that the best effect is gotten when I take one capsule every 6 to 8 hours a day, 0instead of just at bedtime. But, I cannot afford to replenish the doisage in nten days at $70.

Columbia Care in Scranton is one of my go to dispensaries. It is about an hour away from me unfortunately, so I try to make a small amount of big trips when I go to pick some up. The receptionist is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and she even remembers my name. All of the budtenders that I have interacted with were kind, knowledgeable, and all around good people. The selection isn't always the best unfortunately, but that is a problem that will get better over time as the state gets more growers. The prices are also flat across the board, more or less. Brands that are normally $65 for 3.5g are still $55 here. They also offer discounts and they run specials often. The only reason I can't give this dispensary 5 stars across the board is because I had a security guard make a rude remark towards me, and I had a receipt that said I had 3 disposable pens, but there were only 2. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but when it comes to medicine, it's extremely important. Overall, I highly recommend this dispensary! This one has earned my loyalty as a customer.

One of the worst dispensary in NEPA, once they changed the establishments hours to 8 p.m. the service went from 5 stars to hardly 1 star. The online ordering platform jane is use improperly, the terpenes profiles are usually off. They leave things out of orders. Also they do not follow their own guidelines put in place, the orders will be put back before the 48 hours, without any notice. If their is a change to the order they rarely notify you. The staff is unprofessional, and do not enjoy their jobs. If you ask to see terpene profiles you get treated as if your bothering them, or asking something that is not in their job description. Its ashame.

The staff is really friendly and the products are top quality .this will be my fifth visit time to stock up.

I had NO CLUE what to expect going into Columbia Care. I made an appointment so I could get the most information as possible; without wasting other peoples time. I have a complex medical history along with chronic pain. Dave was awesome! He listened to my concerns, steered me in the direction I should go in. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well. They are very polite, professional and friendly. The staff takes their time with each client. I never feel hurried or pressured. (The only downside I would have about Columbia Care is they run out of product frequently. I have been going there for just over a month and had to go back for meds twice.They are nice enough and put it aside for me and call when it comes in.) I would definitely recommend Columbia Care to anyone who requires medical marijuana as a health alternative. 😁

First time at Columbia Care yesterday for the first day of flower and I was really impressed! Such a really nice atmosphere inside with nice wood accents. Really clean, calm and welcoming! It smelled amazing the second you walk in the door. All staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful! The selection of flower blew me away!!! I was recently in Colorado and could not believe that there was a wayyyyy bigger selection of buds here than at any of the dispensaries I went to in CO! They also threw in a free T shirt for first day of flower and had nice snacks and stuff all over inside for people. I will definitely be back and really look forward to the Wilkes-Barre site opening soon and plan to go to that one regularly since its much closer for me. Thanks Columbia Care!!
