Columbia Care - Scranton

Nice Shop, Great Medications in Scranton. I have been in literally 100's of shops in California, Colorado, Michigan& Nevada over the past 8 years of being a legal consumer. Our local shop has all the goodness of everything out west, this is a great addition to Scranton. Keep up the good work.

Keystone Canna is such a better dispensary. This place refuses to post prices or carry terrapin products. I am forced to drive an hour and a half with a disability to get $37.00 1/8ths and 40 cartridges. They own both the dispensaries in my area, so I’m unfortunately stuck with this company. Keystone Canna and Keystone shops never run out of stock like this place and also post prices and carry terrapin products which are the only affordable products. Desperately wish a better dispensary would move in to NEPA and create some competition for this place

Have been going to this location for awhile and there seems to be one person there who knows what he is selling. Went there today and Coleen, as she was drinking her tea, tried to help but informed me she is there to sell and cannot suggest or answer questions. Duh...I was spending over $100 on meds that she knew nothing about. Suggested I make an appointment with the pharmacist next time. Yup, at a different location . ....

The staff is friendly for the most part. Aside from the man in the black robe who cut me off in line to allow another patient to cut ahead of me. There were a few people in line but i got there first and should have been next. And as my luck they sold out of the African Thai from PW RIGHT before i got the the counter!! Livid isn’t the word!! Never will i go to Scranton Columbia Care or any Columbia Care again. Not after that and the fact that they never have any good products and when they do they’re gone in an hour. They carry all Ilera which everyone knows is trash. Would recommend Justice Grown in Edwardsville and now also Dickson City, and Beyond/Hello in Scranton. Concentrate is cheaper and they have a way better selection of Terrapin, PW, GR, and CR. Oh and did i mention Beyond/Hello also has a rewards program WHICH COLUMBIA CARE DOES NOT!

Sadly enough, I would have to agree with the last review posted stating that when it comes to the experienced cannabis users you ABSOLUTELY need to know and understand more than just the basic google answers for the differences in CBD and THC which I did not even feel any of the staff here actually understood that aspect, it was more so they were scripted on only the basics of what they could read from the medicines package. The sales associate that helped me out at the counter seemed to lack very basic customer service skills and slim to none if any product knowledge at all. (No, sorry.. concentrate is not for adding to your food 🤣) It would be nice to be able to actually have an intellectual and competent conversation with someone experienced who actually understands the medicine in full form for once! Overall I enjoyed the product I bought, but did not enjoy the lack of product knowledge and energy displayed by staff. If you’re behind the counter “patient advocating” you should be able to do a little more than sit there and look pretty on a register is all I’m saying.

Not sure what her name is but apparently im not the only one to complain about this one cashier and her horrible attitude. Very rude and im pretty sure she just works here because she thinks its cool lol besides that this place has gone down hill recently, literally no grams on the menu at all today so somebody there doesnt know how to order product. The wilkes barre location always has more strains but still doesnt carry enough grams. The menus of available items are basically the very expensive items.... and ofcourse they are always fully stocked. Can we get more dry leaf please? Stop being so greedy and bring the dry leaf back and someone please help who ever is doing the ordering the fact that you guys barely wvwr have grams now is ridiculous. Basically trying to force people to spend more money....not cool.

The quality of the products is amazing. The prices on the other hand are very steep. I’m hoping that as more dispensaries open, the prices will drop. I found Colleen to be very helpful and DJ the most knowledgeable about the product lines. My experiences keep getting better, and a lot if it has to do with the level of customer service. So, thank you ✌🏻 I will most definitely be returning!

This was my second PA dispensary to shop at. The experience was pleasant and the atmosphere was very nice. Their security guard and secretary in the front were friendly as well as the remainder of the staff. However, I did feel that the visual displays throughout the store offered me more insight than any of the staff. The information being relayed was generic at best and it seemed no one really had a true understanding of this wonderful medicine. When dealing with experienced cannabis users, you must know something beyond the difference between CBD and THC. Overall the product quality was not bad but the prices were nothing to get excited over. Thank you to all who helped me that day and good luck!

Truly love the convenience of the location, and the staff is just great. Sadly the continuous lack of product has driven me to other locations. I continue to watch the menu-Truly hope they can increase their inventory.

I wish I could say something nice about Columbia Care.

This is the closest dispensary for is and it's a 60 mile drive from NEPA. The staff here is friendly, knowedgable and polite. When on line waiting for the facility to open, i've met the nicest people (patients) who are willing to share knowledge and experiences on their road for treatment. CC has a beautiful dispensary which reminds me more of an Apple store. Even the bathroom is spotless! 😎👍

Great pharmacy. A hidden gem. I did not know they existed. The guard at the door and all of the bud tenders are super nice and helpful. They treat you kindly and compassionately and have plenty of product on hand. The prices are better than some other dispensaries I have been to. I was able to get in, registered and out in no time. Unlike other pharmacies where I have waited for an eternity to get in, this place is efficient and friendly. Kudos to Columbia Care, my "new" go to location. I wish Columbia Care would open in Columbia County! If you really want to save time, pre-register online.

Everyone is extremely compassionate and informative. They are always there to help. I have had constant daily pain for 20 years. This has been a lifesaver. The staff is super helpful and they're no judgements made. Everyone there just wants to help. Thank you for your kindness, you have changed my life. God Bless

I was there the very first day they opened, got tons of information and they answered all my questions. The staff were more than helpful and so nice. I was amazed on how secure the facility is, clean and how knowledgeable the staff are. How can you not love being taken care of. Now, I am overwhelmed with all the products to choose from. This is trial and error for me, finding the ones that suit me best, but they have been more than patient with me. Some products go quickly, but they do keep up on the orders. I do have one suggestion for one manufacturer, think of people with arthritic hands.

Love the knowledgeable and friendly staff! Whenever I have questions, there is no hesitation in their answer. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to offer price deals for capsules. For example, $70 for 30 capsules, $85 for 80, and $100 for 100 capsules. I use this method of delivery for a host of medical problems. It really works! My problem is that the best effect is gotten when I take one capsule every 6 to 8 hours a day, 0instead of just at bedtime. But, I cannot afford to replenish the doisage in nten days at $70.
