I just want to hop on here and give a big shoutout to the bud tender Mervin- talk about a WEALTH of knowledge. I didn’t even know what I wanted before walking in, but left knowing EXACTLY what I was getting, how to use it, how not to use it, and feel super confident about what I got. Besides being the most knowledgeable dude in there, he was fun to chat with, super friendly, and is down with protecting bats. I don’t know what else you could possible want from a bud-buying experience.

Benny has the goods and the compliments. First thing when I walked in he said he loved my leopard crew - it made me smile. Love the attitude and service. Thanks!

I shop at Cinder regularly because consistency is the mark of greatness. With quality product at competitive pricing, Cinder stands out amongst Spokane’s dispensaries wherever a location resides. Take the downtown branch, in example. For a business to succeed, they must understand their patrons; the downtown Cinder location receives a vast swath of patronage, and the budtenders there provide them all professionalism and expertise efficiently while maintaining a comfortable community vibe in the store. In my most recent visit, my budtender Blue took some time to show me extra product I had interest in while traffic in the store was low, leading me to a purchase more suited to my tastes and needs. You can expect this kind of specialized service at Cinder, as each budtender I have purchased from there has displayed a strong foundation of weed-based knowledge, as well as an understanding of what in stock may appeal to your preferences. Cinder is one of my Top 2 favorites. Yesterdayi called for help before I drove down there. The Budtender on the phone was awesome! He really went out of his way to help with what I wanted. When I came in , I got the same guy that had tried to help me over the phone! His name is Tony. Besides being professional he was very sweet. I was short $2 for what I wanted and he helped me out! I couldn't believe it! Thank you Tony! Tony you really made my day and helped take some pain away :-)

As a regular I see lots of tenders. I love this spot and today Sammy (dude with long metal hair) legit was above and beyond. His instant knowledge of inventory and his ability to actually listen to what I said was huge. This guy is a huge addition to this shop. I’m gonna always look for him for my resin and rosin needs. Left with a mega smile and was happy af I stopped.

I ordered 2 products online and walked in the store to pay for the product, they had a problem processing the CASH PAYMENT I gave them, they made me wait in line for over 10 minutes with no response, so I told one of the other employees that I apologize for leaving but I cannot just sit here with no answer, so I left
