I just want to hop on here and give a big shoutout to the bud tender Mervin- talk about a WEALTH of knowledge. I didn’t even know what I wanted before walking in, but left knowing EXACTLY what I was getting, how to use it, how not to use it, and feel super confident about what I got. Besides being the most knowledgeable dude in there, he was fun to chat with, super friendly, and is down with protecting bats. I don’t know what else you could possible want from a bud-buying experience.

Traveling through and stopped in for some wax. Great atmosphere, beautiful eye-catching glass! MERVIN was super helpful, knowledgeable and sold me some fire dab! We will definitely be back again!

I shop at Cinder regularly because consistency is the mark of greatness. With quality product at competitive pricing, Cinder stands out amongst Spokane’s dispensaries wherever a location resides. Take the downtown branch, in example. For a business to succeed, they must understand their patrons; the downtown Cinder location receives a vast swath of patronage, and the budtenders there provide them all professionalism and expertise efficiently while maintaining a comfortable community vibe in the store. In my most recent visit, my budtender Blue took some time to show me extra product I had interest in while traffic in the store was low, leading me to a purchase more suited to my tastes and needs. You can expect this kind of specialized service at Cinder, as each budtender I have purchased from there has displayed a strong foundation of weed-based knowledge, as well as an understanding of what in stock may appeal to your preferences. Cat@ downtown center is AWSOME she brings light to your business we use to go to lovely buds bit we make an extra mile to come see cat and she makes sure we get the best prices and quality for our money I think she brings in a lot of revenue to your business not to take away from the other employees there good too but cat is our favorite and she's very knowledgeable and she just brings us lots or joy

Love the discount for employees of downtown businesses!!! I always stop here after work and usually helped by Erin. She knows what she is talking about and is always extremely friendly. Some stores I have been in to have a lacked in the customer service department but not here... The convenience of the location brought me in but Erin continues to bring me back she is such a sweetheart and I love getting to see her!!! she knows me by name by now which shows she truly cares!!! Thanks Erin!!!!!

Called to place an order as last time we placed an online order, they were out of something, and called us when usually they send a text, so we missed the phone call from an unrecognized number. the girl who answered today was pretty snotty about the whole thing, like we inconvenienced her precious time by calling instead of online ordering. Her tone was cold and regardless of her "sweet words" disguised by her tone, it was just a bitchy interaction all around. next time use some kindness instead of chastising someone over the phone because YOU changed the rules about calling your guests instead of the usual text. people are in quarantine and it is discouraging that the first few people we have a chance to have a conversation with are just downright rude.
