Caroline's Cannabis- Uxbridge

Every time we’ve gone to Caroline’s we have left happy. Staff is super accommodating and nice. Was promptly messaged that my preorder was over my limit (forgot I had selected a half of popcorn buds) and really appreciated the quick catch as I was about to head out and drive up and wouldn’t have been able to respond after that. Haven’t got anything here we haven’t liked. Can’t wait for our next trip.

I visited Caroline’s last week. It was super easy to find (I’m in RI).. the store was super clean, very organized and had a very large selection of products. I am an edible girl and I loved their selection, and their prices! They are a bit cheaper than other local places. I also loved the atmosphere of the women positivity the store had. Will most definitely be back!

Huge selection of vaping products including some hard to find brands. Love the fact that you can place an online order before they open so it's ready for when they do. Friendly and helpful staff too.

Staff is very knowledgeable but store is tiny and always feels crowded.

Meh, almost seemed like I was bothering the employees by being there.. That said, store is very well stocked and prices are very good.

Drove there because they advertised kosher kush. Was not kosher kush.

Dry brittle buds :( so disappointing could not cut with scissors, bud just crumbled . 2 out of three times I have had this outcome here…won’t return

So I've worked in retail for 20+yrs. As far as I know it's illegal to advertise a product for a price and not honor it.? When did this change? Buyer beware bait and switch. They have a vape marked 1 dollar. So heck yeah I put in the cart imagine my surprise when it wasn't ringing up that way. I told my cashier and she said it was a part of a promotion and the register is ringing it at 30$ I'm like yeah it says 1 dollar. She tells me that's not the actual price. So I said I no longer wanted it. I took her word an drove away. Well after checking again it does indeed say 1 dollar. I should have been more stern but not 100% on false advertising laws for dispensaries otherwise I would have been. I do have a picture as proof.

It's a okay place if you don't wanna travel to the city or if you don't have a med card. The people are slightly knowledgeable about there strains. But definitely can learn more. Most bud comes from cultivate which is a hit or miss. Definitely stuck up made a comment about a different store I use and they just said there product is better( it's a 50/50 on that) the line is long most of the time and can be a long wait even if it's a few people! Again it's a okay shop with okay product. Just wish they would come down off the high horse a little and try to ask customers what they would like to see more of or try!

@chall i had the same concern, i contacted the company that makes the actual cart and this was the response. Hello xxx! We fill our carts with precision machinery so please know, it's full. Our CCELL ceramic atomizer absorbs up to 30 percent of the oil out of sight to prime for use. If you think this cart was defective, please ask your dispensary for assistance.
