The "woman" at the door needs to get her attitude checked... just because you are the only place that doesnt have a seperate line for medical patients doesnt mean you can tell someone to "get lost and go to the back of the line". Worst customer service EVER at a dispensary. Will Definately be leaving reviews of this terrible place on every site I can find.

Great place and staff? Place isnt open yet. How would you know? Another review claiming great product and blah blah blah! This place unless illegally are selling to ppl are not open for medical patients?! Dummies

Loose , badly trimmed flower. Very weak potency. Don’t waste your time and money coming here.

Just drove 45 minutes (after calling to make sure they had what I wanted)....sat there in line for 20 minutes. They obviously closed at 2:30 in the afternoon for some reason. No one was being let in and no one seemed to know why we were locked out. After a while most everyone I saw left, so I did also.....won't be going back

No advertised pricing and limited hours of operation is not attractive especially as more store fronts go rec. At the very least... if prices cannot be listed on their website... they should start using Leafly like all the others.

The shop was good but I got a cartridge that was only filled 3/4 of the way went to exchange it today after I was told my an employee they would be happy to exchange it when I got there I was told that the product weighed more so whether the cartridge was filled or not that it was still a 1/2 g probably won’t be back after this I feel taken advantage of

After a 35 minute drive and another 25 minute wait in the heat I got in. The strongest flower on the menu was Lemon Haze, listed at 24% THC on the menu. Cashier, named Maureen P. on my receipt, was miserable and clearly did not want to be there. I order a couple 1/8ths of the LH, which she puts in a bag and shoves my way. I get out to my car, only to see the label says the LH actually tested at 20% THC, almost 20% lower than it was listed on the menu. Great, so much for getting lit. I get home and open it, to find some nice sticks and a ton of leaves to go with my bud. At $60, you could at least sell manicured buds, list the actual THC content so I know what I'm buying, and not be miserable about it. This was my 6th time here, and after this experience, along with the rough smoking buds I got the last two times here, definitely my last. At least the security guard here is awesome, although they could get the poor guy an umbrella and a chair so he doesn't cook.

Horrible product. Bought a 0.5g preroll JollyBean . Burnt black and tasted like chemicals. Unflushed poorly grown flower

False advertising, thc content on the label of my product was 3% lower than advertised on the chalkboards. Edibles are weak and overpriced, even compared to other price gouging MA dispensaries. My overpriced 8th was half a gram short. Really wanted this place to be good because horrible NIMBY scumbags are keeping dispensaries out of my area. Another disappointing MA dispensary.

After driving 45 minutes, I stood in the hot sun for 45 minutes only to be led into what I would charitably describe a broom closet. They don't even try to make you comfortable with a vending machine for water or shading from the sun. It was a tiny space in a large building. I bought two strains and both were full of twigs and tiny buds. The lemon haze strain was listed as 24% thc but it was only 20%. They had a strain on the menu written Dosidos (it's spelled Do-Si-Dos). It had one large bud and a bunch of twigs and small buds. The woman behind the counter was a miserable human being who knew nothing about the strains. I bought both, tried each, and if it was a dealer I'd smack 'em across the face. Both were completely dried out with no sticky buds or residue. Lousy high. Will have to try a different store. Won't be going back. And Caroline the owner was no place to be found. What a dump for such expensive products. Stay away.

Similar to others I was greeted by a locked door with no instruction. I waited a few minutes and then an older guy opened the door and signaled for me to come in. I looked up at the board for the thc% and based my purchases on that. Like others - the percentages on the board are SIGNIFICANTLY higher and exaggerated. I got four carts - the lowest thc percentage listed on the board was 74%. The highest thc % was 60%!!! The other 3 were low 50’s. The main reason I went here was for the high percentage/quality carts. This was my first and last visit to carolines. Small, cramped inside, employee scanned and bagged wrong item so I had to get that fixed, when asking for recommendations from the employee he was basically useless. Buds - like everyone else said - trimmed in a way that favors the dispensary. Several gross trimming pieces thrown in. Strain stated it was from 5/19 so obviously crispy and stale. Overall I was just really disappointed. When you pay as much as you do you expect care and quality. Ultimately- posting deceiving thc percentages that were WAY off says a lot about the business in my opinion. The reason you come to a dispensary is to find the quality and care you pay for. This was absolutely a first and last.

Took a trip after seeing my favorite strain in a pre roll on Caroline's website. got there very early afternoon after seeing my favorite was there online. (Carolines opens at 11AM) just to wait in a lone of 10 people that took 25 minutes because they only let 4-6 people in at a time. I get inside and am told the maximum purchase amounts. I anxiously approach the counter to buy my favorite strain that I haven't had I months to learn that they only have 2 of the 6 online advertised pre rolls in stock and they were barely even open for 2 hours with customer limits!......I drove a long way there to not eve. hey what I wanted. when I told the lady at the register that I only wanted one pre roll (one that I never even intended on buying I just didnt want my trip to be completely for nothing) she says "that is it?". Yup because I drove all the way here and stood around to be let down. this rec shop has been doing rec for almost a month and cant even hold stock for their first 3 hours open with customer limits. Very disappointing. probably will never come back or do business at this shop again. would lot reccomend to anyone unless you like being disappointed.

Went on opening day. Not too crowded - about an hour wait. Nice shuttle bus! Nice selection of products! Would have been nice to study the menu before getting to the counter - had more strains than I thought from website. Please upload the menu to leafly !! Owner and employees very nice! Will be back!

Caroline’s is a nice alternative for people in the Blackstone valley area that don’t want to drive to western mass or into the Boston area. The store has 3 cashiers on duty at a time and usually allows about 8 customers inside the store at a time. There wasn’t a big menu but the flower they had was really good. Some of the concentrates come from other dispensaries at a slightly higher price.

It’s a very small store, but the staff is so friendly, it makes it a very intimate setting. I was offered Double Bubble at the door, too!! They have tinctures, which is a huge plus for me. At other dispensaries, I’ve found that those are reserved for the medical customers, or are always sold out for recreational customers. There’s something special about small businesses, and that’s what makes this dispensary my favorite. I’ve only been here once, but I look forward to going here again in the future. Maybe take some friends, too.

they Cartridges have an after taste, pretty much like the ones you buy for $25 out there, it was horrible that i threw it away, the flowers were good quality, I wouldn't recommend this place for cartdriges. location and staff is great but you need to improve your quality

Awesome spot - highly recommend for flower varieties and high quality strains. Super friendly folks, Caroline helped us out and it was quick and easy service. Come during the Pats games - no lines!

great place good people, a tad small and you should know what you want before you arrive to keep the line moving but definitely quality product will continue to buy.

They do not properly trim their buds, leaving good sized stems and some leaf with the product. I also noticed that the percentages of thc were listed differently from the ones listed on their suppliers website (Revolutionary Clinics). I asked for a sativa preroll and received “Black Mamba”. The label on the container said it had 18.5% thc. The company that grows the stuff states, on their site, that it has a 16.4% thc level and is a hybrid. This could be nothing but I hope other people check.

The owner (Steve not his wife) was a complete obnoxious ass to me. He thinks the COVID-19 pandemic is a hoax. Enough said.

To the guy complaining about the dif %from what’s listed on the original vendors menu... DIFFERENT BATCHES WILL TEST AT DIFFERENT % Doesn’t matter if it’s the same strain one batch could be higher in THC than the other

Prices a bit lower than cultivate, friendly staff and when ive gone it takes less time from leaving your car and getting back to your car than cultivate. They also have tinctures for rec which is AWESOMESAUCE!

The product has been great (3 visits now), I’ve mostly purchased cartridges. I purchased a pax era today and couldn’t be happier with that decision. Service has been very helpful, but it’s helpful to the point where it becomes a major lag in the purchasing process. There is a serious need for an order ahead or “I already know what I want” line. This location has 2 registers only, which is slow to begin with. Then add to that the people who are amazed by the whole process and ask every question their heart can possibly think of. It’s incredibly annoying for people who just want to get their product and leave. Please make a separate line for gawkers and another for people who want to be hasty. As annoying as the idea sounds, places that require appointments have been far more convenient in my experience.

Lines move quick, if at all...amazing service, extremely helpful...
