I love this place.. when I’m in the area I have to stop here!! (I come from the west side) Krys is awesome and everyone is so helpful. Great spot, great meds!!

I think the staff is awesome. Would be my first review for SWC Tempe. Been about 5 times. Always really helpful. They were out of pre rolls came up with a solution really quick. Worked out wonders. The flower is nice. The shatter has great taste. One time the had the Thai Stick. I would recommend it. Side note the glass thing it is standing in that's a glass mouth piece didn't release till it was burning my mouth at the end. One minor thing I wish we could change is the wait times. Some times it's quick other times it's slower then a 8 grader trying to grow his first beard. But other then that Thank You SWC. See you soon.

I visited this place about 2 weeks ago for the first time. Walking in the door the environment puts you at ease. More than enough space in waiting room and the aesthetics are awesome with the treehouse style decor. The check in process was smoother than other places I’d been to in the past. After a short wait I was greeted by very friendly employee. I want to say his name was Carlos but I may be wrong as I no longer have receipt with his name and I knew I would forget his name smh. Very professional yet at ease and knowledgeable about product. He steered me clear of any wrong choices by describing it as we are under Covid 19 restrictions making it harder for the dispensary agents to do there job. I ended up getting a few memorable strains one being a house brand which was the orange cheddar. I would def come back for that strain alone! Anyway at the end of transaction I was short some change and he was kind enough to take care of it rather than me going to atm and paying another fee for some cents which seems like nothing but it was a lot to me. That was the human element a lot of these chain dispensaries are missing these days. Anyway great place and will be repeat patient.

SWC is the best. It's my favorite dispensary! Super knowledge people; who are never bothered by my thousands of questions. They always have the BEST edibles: my favorites are the Macarons and the S'mores by Flourish 🍃

I've been coming here since I first became a cannabis patient in 2015. Usually my experience is awesome, however my last time in was not very pleasant. SWC has a 48-hour cartridge return policy. Which encourages you to bring in a defected cartridge. A couple days prior to my visit I had purchased a Kind Live Resin 500mg cartridge. It drained my regular O.pen, my 2.0, my Huxton and dream Steam batteries after inhaling 3-4times. I explained that to Jared, my budtender. He took a look at the cartridge and asked me if I want to get a new battery. I don't understand why he asked me that if I had just mentioned to him that I owned several batteries. He insisted that it sounded like it was. I mentioned that I've been told before to bring in a cartridge if I had any problem with it. He then asked me what I WANTED HIM to do, for the second time!? At that point I just told him forget it. I felt put on the spot. One of the reasons for medicating is to help me with chronic worrying and a bit of social anxiety. I have abnormal reactions to these situations especially if I'm not familiar with the people involved. Adrenalin starts pumping, my heart thumps, I have to focus on breathing making it's hard for me to get words out. And so I live in fear of being 'put on the spot' everyday. I went on and bought another cartridge. Definitely thought about walking away but that would not have helped my anxiety for future visits. At the end I saved $10 off my $100+ purchase plus my reward points and discount for being a PSC member. Totaled I saved about $25. I try to use the savings to justify the ill feelings during my visit but here it is, two days later and Im still thinking about it.

This was my first visit to this cannapharm. It's hard to find since its in a small suite of a huge business complex but I made my way. The lobby was small but comfortable. I didn't wait long. Once I got in, the lay out is a little narrow but the service is top tier. My budtender Jared, was very knowledgeable and informative about when new flower came in and what deals they had each week/month. The only problem I had with this place was the quality of flower. It might have been since I came in on a Monday and the budtender told me they get new shipments in on Tuesday. The Acapulco Gold had seeds in it and it was going for 54$ an 1/8! First time patient deal is great though, spend 50$ get a free 1/8! And a fantastic loyalty rewards program! I'll be back but on Tuesdays from now on!

really good flowers , just gotta follow your nose to find the one for you, been here twice now with no complaints , flower is cured right for me , read a comment below, guy was complaining there was no moisture in the buds, if he knew anything, he would know fully cured flower is the best. I always have to cure my meds. a week longer at other places which sucks 'cause then I have to have some on hand well the other cures, anyways great meds. , can't wait for the T.D. to get back on the menu. peace.

they keep trying to sell me the soapstone. It is a very poor quality concentate!!! I still love this place but the concentrates are starting to slack!

Superb flower and customer service to match!! The atmosphere is awesome and super chill and they always have some good deal going on. This will be one of my go to dispensaries from now on. Definitely recommend!

Couldn't be easier! I put in an online order and was in and out in 10 minutes. One thing I really like about this dispensary is that their specials are great and they don't unload old product on their specials. My new favorite dispensary.

Great store, staff and selection! I discovered this place in march and they have not let me down. The staff are always friendly, helpful & professional! I appreciated their patience with me being a newbie to the dispensary world. They always have a top notch variety and deals that I like.
